Great service - Avenes
Kriss A. Assisted me with my S63 purchase and answered literally every single question I had. Went over certain details of the car and was not pushy at all
Great Customer Service - Mercedeslover
I gave this dealership the rating that I did because they were prompt in waiting on me and my daughter and they made my purchase of my 2018 GLC 300 seamless. I hope that my sales experience will carryover to the service experience when the time comes for me to have my vehicle serviced. As of today I would recommend this dealership.
I will never come here again! - tguess
I will never be back here again!
My car was worked on here my (Steering Lock Motor) went out on my steering wheel and cost me $1,568.85 to fix. It was dropped off on Saturday and picked up on Yesterday (Tuesday), drove my car to work this morning and my check engine light came on. Called the dealership to find out if my battery would be kicking off my check engine light, and they informed me that it shouldn't but I would need to bring it in. I scheduled it to be brought in today at 12:00pm spoke with Eric the (Service Manager) and told him what my complaint was, he told me that they would pull it back and find out whats going on. I waited for about 15mins in the waiting area he came back in told me I was ready to go. He told me that an engine valve was left open, and that was it. Never one time received an apology from anyone for my inconvenience and their negligence of doing half as work I honestly believe if my husband came with me I would have been treated differently; but customer service is truly an lost art. Eric is a piss poor Service Manager and because of that I would never set foot in Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake again!
Please don't leave anything of value in your car! - Daniel77584
I have been a customer for 5+ years. This week I took my car for maintenance service. I left an unopened pack of cigarettes on the driver's door pocket and it just disappeared. No need to say that it is not the value of the cigarettes, but the lack of lose of trust. When I got home and noticed the problem, called my service assistant right away. He denied any wrongdoing and "apologized" for my "perception" of the problem. He said that there is nothing they could do about it. So I asked for his supervisor. He said that the supervisor would call me in a few minutes. She didn't. So I called again. She said that that was not possible, but offered me $20 as a courtesy compensation. I nicely explained her that is was not about the money. I wanted an answer and expect, at least, her to go around and investigate what might had happened. She said that she would do that and would call me by the end of the day. She never did. They didn't care, obviously. My last time at this dealership. Just be careful.
Second time they misdiagnosed my car HORRIBLE!!! - bigabe422
I have an older Mercedes and they misdiagnosed my ac they first thought it was something else then they figured out it was the compressor after I told them it was the compressor that needed to be changed then they got a faulty compressor and had to get another one then install it so I was in a rental for 2 weeks. Now this is the second time I had my car towed to the dealership because it broke down they charged me 160 to tell me it was a dead battery. I then put a brand new battery when I picked the vehicle up and it ended up breaking down again now I am having to wait till Monday to have the car towed again to the dealership which is 175 for each tow so they can hopefully find the real reason the vehicle is not working, this is absolutely horrendous I take it to a dealership and you would think they know what they are doing and I also asked them to charge up another battery for me so I would have a charge to get to auto-zone he responded ill think about it. Which they did not do.. As well as I asked if they would change out the battery and they said that would cost $100 dollars to change out a car battery.. Seriously I already paid around 2000 dollars for the compressor to be replaced on my first visit now the second time I have already spent $160 for a bad diagnostic and $175 to have the car towed and going to have to spend $175 more to have it towed again there plus all the ubers I am having to take due to not having a vehicle when they typically provide a rental but was unable due to flooding. I am just upset as well with the customer service Im spending so much money and they look like they don't want to see me there.
BAD MANAGERS, VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO CLIENTS AND STAFF - TERESA RUSSO
NEVER GO HERE, THE MANAGERS ARE ARROGANT AND RUDE. I thought for a minute I needed to call the police, the manager was holding on to my car keys, refusing to give me my keys, I kept asking him for my keys - he ignored me because he was trying to make me buy one of their cars. The sales girl was in tears! The managers name name is Keith. Something needs to be done about this place.
