Good Luck Dealing with the Service Department- - Screwed
After repairs were completed on my 2012 E350 Bluetec requiring replacement of both intake manifolds my engine light came on within two days. Seems like the same problem. There is limited power. I sent a text and called 5 times over several days with no response. Repairs cost more than $5,000 and previous repairs within a few months were over $10,000. It is as if my service advisor just does not care if the work was done properly. Over the years I have purchased four Mercedes and I was planning on replacing my wife’s ML 350. Rest assured, this is not going to happen with this dealership. My car is a lemon (probably spent as much as $20,000-$30,000 that has required(?) very expensive repairs over its life time, and Clear Lake Mercedes is not the place to purchase or service your car. I’m off to Mercedes of Sugarland, Texas to use a trusted service advisor and repair shop.

Vehicle breaks down after only 3 days. - asts123
Purchased a used vehicle on Oct 13 2018 told by Salesman Ryan don't worry you have a 4 day - 1000 mile warranty which ever comes first. Welp 3 days later car breaks down now, no one knows anything. Beware ppl they do not honor their promises. Don't make the same mistake I did get everything in writing! The manager Koby was rude and could careless.

Awful experience. I was so excited about getting a brand new Mercedes Benz and I made a mistake going there. I was not approach by any of the sales people... nobody said Hi. I had to walk by the sales people and said Hi. They replied with no interest and didn’t even ask me what kind of car I was looking for.. NOTHING! Completely ignored. I work in a luxury business and customer service is key. I go above and beyond, but these people have no idea of what that means. Terrible... they are loosing my business and who knows how many more people feels the same way. I rather spent my money somewhere else. Stay away from this place.
BAD MANAGERS, VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO CLIENTS AND STAFF - TERESA RUSSO
NEVER GO HERE, THE MANAGERS ARE ARROGANT AND RUDE. I thought for a minute I needed to call the police, the manager was holding on to my car keys, refusing to give me my keys, I kept asking him for my keys - he ignored me because he was trying to make me buy one of their cars. The sales girl was in tears! The managers name name is Keith. Something needs to be done about this place.
