Was doing some online research through my banks "car buying program" when I cam across the exact vehicle I was looking for. I put in an interest request and was immediately contacted by Raul Valles asking "what I needed" to make this a successful experience. Raul immediately coordinated a time he had available on the following day that I wanted to be at the dealership. He kept me well informed and even went out of his way to send pictures of the vehicle to me. The 2015 Ford Focus I was interested in had just arrived at the dealership and only had a photo or two uploaded. Upon arrival we walked up just as Raul walked out, perfect timing right. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire experience. I have been to numerous car dealerships and purchased other vehicles and Raul by far made this the easiest experience and was the most professional auto salesman I have come in contact with. He made sure the vehicle was ready beyond expectations because he wanted it to be perfect for us. While the paperwork was being drafted he even treated us to an awesome lunch at the attached diner, Mustang Sally's, which was amazing. Big thanks to our waitress there, she was very kind. Kem and Kelly were also extremely helpful during our visit ensuring everything was covered, handled and explained. I think I can honestly say that if Raul wouldn't have been the one helping us we might have left there without a vehicle. Big thanks to Raul and all of his help and professionalism!

WHAT A HORRIBLE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE - tere0628
I was greeted by a salesman Brandon he was very nice and showed us some f150 trucks we were interested in. We asked for his card because we had to leave, he then stepped away and engaged his manager Jose. He asked my husband what we were looking for we told him exactly what we wanted he said I have the truck for you, we asked how much as we did not want to waste anyone's time he said no more than 35k we thought wow lets see it. took it for a test drive and fell in love with the truck when we came back. we entered the office and were very excited, we were filling out paperwork and I asked before you run my credit I want to be sure this is the price for the truck, because I know we have excellent credit. he said yes and that this was the process for calculating. He came back and showed us a 48k price tag. I immediately asked why the price was different than what was quoted and asked to speak to Jose. He explained Jose had a "family emergency" and had to step out. So he engaged his manager Ricky Avalos, who came over and said that Jose must have thought we wanted a basic model. The salesperson Brandon actually said no Jose brought that truck to them and said 35k. The Manager said well I can definitely not do 35k that is was below the sticker so sorry I don't know what he was thinking. I had to leave because we had an appointment elsewhere otherwise they would have got a piece of my mind. Later that day I received a call from Herbert in customer relations who I explained my entire story to. he said I is against their policy to disclose family emergencies and within 48hrs a manager would be reaching out to me 2 weeks later no call no apology. This dealership and its staff is completely unprofessional and deceitful to say the least. I would recommend that no one chooses to do business here. They changed my car buying experience into a nightmare both my husband and I work hard to have excellent credit scores and because of the negligence of two individuals now we have a hit on our credit and no vehicle. The funny part of this all is we didn't even give them a budget the salesman said 35k and he drove the vehicle in front of the dealership to show us. Don't waste your money here there are plenty of other professional dealers in the valley
