I visited all the Jeep dealers in the area and test drove and priced out nearly a dozen different variations of the Wranglers available. But when it came time to actually make a purchase, I returned to the very first dealership I visited which was Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep. Why? Because Tony Bowler is the nicest and friendliest sales rep that I met. And Tony made the whole buying experience very easy. The facilities are very clean and modern too. I give this dealer 5 stars! No pressure, no hassle, great prices! Highly recommended!

Screwed my kid over - Pissed off father
They manipulated my kid and screwed her over. Do not purchase from them. They are thrives. Had her go back 3 times to sign new contracts and last one was to convince her she had to get the extra warranty for 3200 added to her contract. They should be ashamed. It’s all about the money. Not the client. They don’t care.

The service department is the worst I've ever seen or heard about the co-owners grandson is head of service department and is arrogant and argumentative I've had property stolen from my vehicle degreaser used on the front of my vehicle when washed and when I said something about not putting it on my vehicle I was told that he the service manager the grandson had been doing it since he was 12years old that doesn't make it right
