This review is not geared towards my salesman as I honestly believe he had no idea this car had these issues. My problem is with the intake and inspections on their trade in vehicles and the terrible condition they allow these vehicles to be sold in.
I recently flew out here from Las Vegas to purchase a 2013 Edge. I received a Carfax that showed this vehicle had no accidents and was informed that it was transferred there from DCH Oxnard. With that said, this review also reflects the poor standards and lack of integrity coming from DCH Oxnard.
When I arrived in Vegas the next day, I decided that I wanted to get rid of the front license plate. When I grabbed on the license plate frame, I felt the grill was loose. I then looked lower through the grill and could see that my AC condenser was bent in along with the metal front crossmember that connects to both frame rails.
I threw the vehicle up on my ramps and removed the front bumper cover which was extremely easy to do. Once I removed the cover, I observed the front lower crossmember pushed through the radiator core support, A/C condenser, radiator and electric cooling fans. One fan continuously runs and the other does not. I then looked beneath the vehicle and could see (unrelated to this damage) a HUGE collection of fluid near the transmission. I investigated further on that and then determined that the fluid was leaking from the passenger axle seal. I drove 300 miles like this! Unbelievable.
The next day, I ended up taking this to a body shop and was quoted almost $1900 to repair NOT including another $600-800 for the axle leak! Suddenly my $12k Edge now became a $15k Edge in a matter of minutes. I don't have that kind of money to fix this. But wait, there's more! Knowing the axle was leaking fluid, I decided to drain and fill the transmission. Upon draining the fluid (which should be red) I discovered it was BLACK and smelled burnt. NOT good for a transmission and will affect the longevity of it. What a nightmare this has been.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase a used vehicle from these dealers. It's 100% obvious now that they literally take these vehicles in as a trade and slap a for sale sticker on them. NO inspections whatsoever. That's a terrible business model to have and no customer deserves to unknowingly purchase a vehicle with hidden structural front end damage. This vehicle is not mechanically sound or safe.
Unfortunately, I purchased it as-is with no legal recourse. While I may have lost out on several thousand $$$, I have no doubt in my mind that this review will prevent others from purchasing a vehicle from an auto chain that literally has no integrity or values. Go elsewhere, auto dealers are a dime a dozen.
Buyer be warned - Lmicha
I bought a Pre-Owned Audi from this dealership in July and thought it was great, they told me they’d take care of all the paperwork and I’d even get my plates in the mail.
This quickly changed a month later when Kit (the salesperson I purchased the car from) tried to get me to sign some backdated documentation from the DMV. After I said I didn’t feel comfortable signing a backdated document all I got was radio silence from them.
Cut to 3 months later, I still haven’t received my plates in the mail and have called and emailed them countless times to no response. I actually got better service from the DMV when I called them, they told me the dealership never filed the paperwork to get me the new plates.
I don’t know what shady dealings are going on here, or why on earth they’d try to get clients to sign backdated documents, but when you buy a luxury vehicle you’d expect luxury service, be warned this dealership does not offer that.

They promise you a great deal but you’ll find out your overcharged. They act friendly but don’t give one xxxx about anything but their commission. Old school dishonest salesman. Promise one interest rate and then at the last minute I asked to double check and found they were charging more. High pressure sales tactics. Stay away!

Audi Valencia sales team were very disrespectful and unprofessional. Dealing with them did not feel like I'm buying a luxury car. We ended up canceling the deal with them, and went to a different Audi dealership.
