I had a sensor in my rear lights of my Q3 go out. The George at the Fairfax service center was the best. I dropped my car off at 7:30 and was back on the road at 7:40 in a loaner. He kept me up to date on the process. When I picked up my car, it was looking brand new. This is my 4th Audi and the best service I've ever had.

I bought a new 2018 Audi A5 sportback yesterday. It was my 5th Audi overall, and second one that I currently still have in the household. This was my first time at this particular dealership, since I just moved to the area.
The dealership/showroom is somewhat smaller than what I am used to for Audi, but their selection is still wonderful, and the atmosphere brilliant. To point out the negative, the only reason I have given the dealership a 4, instead of a perfext score, is due to the lack of an on-site insurance agent. At my previous dealerships, there has usually been at least one on-site insurance agent/agency, who could take care of that for me on the spot. This is not a huge deal, if you already have a car with a policy, as you can just call your agent and add or switch to the car you just bought. However, being new to the state, and needing a new policy, it would have been nice to have that available.
Now, for the positives, we were greeted at the door by Marcos, who took us to his desk and talked to us about what we wanted. He found something quite close and took us on a test drive. The only thing off was the color. We wanted to have matching his/hers! Now, he could have pushed us and tried to sell this to us. He didn’t. Instead, he searched the region and was able to find something pretty darn perfect at another location.
Unfortunately, midway through our negotiations, he got a call and had an emergency he needed to go attend to, and he, very professionally, handed us off to Roman after filling him in on where we were. Roman was nothing short of wonderful. We put him through the ringer because our budget was somewhat short of our taste; can I get a witness?
Roman did All he could at his level. Next, he got his manager, Mike, involved, who was very determined to help us, and did. Finally, when we were pretty close to what we wanted, but still out of reach, the sales manager went to clear the final step with the general manager. At this point, I wasn’t sure we were getting the car, because they had really done a lot already. To my surprise, the GM Ok’d the deal and we got our new baby.
We spent a little longer at the dealership than we wanted, after securing the deal. They were having some computer/system issues, and we have to finish our Audi care another time because that system was down but overall, it was as nice an experience as buying a car ever is. At the end, we were too tired and hungry to wait for the car to arrive from the other dealer. Roman offered to personally pick me up from my house in the morning. I didn’t make him do it, though. We now consider this our home dealer. Visit if you can. Thanks for reading.

Accompanied by my son-in-law I leased an Audi crossover vehicle. The process was fair, pleasant and informative except for one snag. The salesperson spoke directly to my son-in-law, not to me (the buyer!). I finally said something to the salesperson after over an hour of this disregard. One other incident with the same person. I specified initially that I wanted a navigational system. He spent a good amount of time showing me a great car, but with no Nav system. Once this lack was noted by me there was embarrassment and a final correction.
Exceeding Expectations - Delivering CE - CE#1!
Customer Experience (CE) began with the 1st touch with my phone call to schedule the recall service appointment with Yamani. She did a terrific job detailing what would occur from my arrival through service completion: she offered several appointment schedule options, expected length of service time, name of service advisor, etc.
Both check-in techs were welcoming, courteous, efficient, and immediately summoned my service advisor. The best 2-words to describe these 2-techs are ‘crisp’ and ‘sharp’: appropriately dressed, well spoken, direct eye contact, and committed to moving the process forward in a purposeful manner.
My service advisor Frank Carmago is a gem - a ‘diamond in the rough’ representing your company. He has an intuitive feel for immediately grasping the customer dynamic and tailoring-delivering the CE to address that dynamic. He very efficiently addressed my time constraint - getting on the road to the Dodgers game in-time, and also emailed the service docs to save additional time. He basically exceeded my expectations to the point of “why would i ever think of going anywhere else??” Don’t lose this guy - and provide him with a more expansive role where he can be even more effective: CE Manager. He’ll address and manage your entire CE Delivery.

This review is not geared towards my salesman as I honestly believe he had no idea this car had these issues. My problem is with the intake and inspections on their trade in vehicles and the terrible condition they allow these vehicles to be sold in.
I recently flew out here from Las Vegas to purchase a 2013 Edge. I received a Carfax that showed this vehicle had no accidents and was informed that it was transferred there from DCH Oxnard. With that said, this review also reflects the poor standards and lack of integrity coming from DCH Oxnard.
When I arrived in Vegas the next day, I decided that I wanted to get rid of the front license plate. When I grabbed on the license plate frame, I felt the grill was loose. I then looked lower through the grill and could see that my AC condenser was bent in along with the metal front crossmember that connects to both frame rails.
I threw the vehicle up on my ramps and removed the front bumper cover which was extremely easy to do. Once I removed the cover, I observed the front lower crossmember pushed through the radiator core support, A/C condenser, radiator and electric cooling fans. One fan continuously runs and the other does not. I then looked beneath the vehicle and could see (unrelated to this damage) a HUGE collection of fluid near the transmission. I investigated further on that and then determined that the fluid was leaking from the passenger axle seal. I drove 300 miles like this! Unbelievable.
The next day, I ended up taking this to a body shop and was quoted almost $1900 to repair NOT including another $600-800 for the axle leak! Suddenly my $12k Edge now became a $15k Edge in a matter of minutes. I don't have that kind of money to fix this. But wait, there's more! Knowing the axle was leaking fluid, I decided to drain and fill the transmission. Upon draining the fluid (which should be red) I discovered it was BLACK and smelled burnt. NOT good for a transmission and will affect the longevity of it. What a nightmare this has been.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase a used vehicle from these dealers. It's 100% obvious now that they literally take these vehicles in as a trade and slap a for sale sticker on them. NO inspections whatsoever. That's a terrible business model to have and no customer deserves to unknowingly purchase a vehicle with hidden structural front end damage. This vehicle is not mechanically sound or safe.
Unfortunately, I purchased it as-is with no legal recourse. While I may have lost out on several thousand $$$, I have no doubt in my mind that this review will prevent others from purchasing a vehicle from an auto chain that literally has no integrity or values. Go elsewhere, auto dealers are a dime a dozen.

Promise one interest rate and then at the last minute I asked to double check and found they were charging more. High pressure sales tactics. Stay away!
