I was starting to feel like I’d never find the car I wanted at a price I felt was reasonable and the experiences I was having with other salespeople were frustrating to say the least! I felt completely overwhelmed and confused and ready to give up.
Dave responded to my first e-mail quite late in the evening, quickly located a car to fit my needs at another dealer, gave me the best price I’d seen RIGHT off the bat with no games. I picked it up got to meet him and experience his fabulous service in person. He really took the time to walk me through the car and set up and explain the key features AND even after all this, said I could contact him personally if I had any further questions. If only there were more like him out there! As a woman, I tend to feel intimidated in situations like this. He didn’t talk down to me at all and was extremely patient. He’s a gem.
Don’t even waste your time at other dealerships, go with Dave and get your BMW experience the way it ought to be!

Fraudulently Induced into BMW 4- Series Lease by Lying Salesman Kyle Rancourt - BMW BUYER BEWARE!
I recently leased a BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe from Nick Alexander BMW, and had a horrendous experience with Kyle Rancourt from Nick Alexander BMW, who fraudulently induced me into leasing the vehicle.
The vehicle was delivered with a part missing, and on the good word of Kyle Rancourt, who promised that the issue would be immediately addressed the following week, I agreed to take delivery of the vehicle.
Kyle continued to play games, promising to deliver the missing part. It has been over a month, and the part has still not shown up. I have been driving around with a HOLE IN THE FRONT BUMPER.
To Nick Alexander BMW management: I understand that it may be your practice to employ dishonest sales people in order to reach your sales goals, but it is objectively bad business practice to be a penny wise, pound foolish and lose dozens of future customers over failure to make good on a promise that costs only a few dollars, and worst of all, was something that the car was never supposed to have been missing in the first place.
I have purchased and/or leased 5 BMWs over the last 10 years, and I have helped friends and family purchase and/or lease close to a dozen BMWs over the years. This will be the last time I ever come to Nick Alexander BMW, nor will I ever refer anyone to your dealership because of your lies, deceptive sales practices, and lack of ethics and poor communication.
There is no reason to come to this BMW dealership when there are so many better options in Los Angeles.

I have been coming here for years to service all of my BMW's, the following is my overall observation after more than 5 BMW's being serviced with Bob Smith. 1)Wait is too long avg. 1/2 hour to get checked in. 2) No shuttle service on the weekends (out of luck if you do not have a loaner) 3) Their advisers are superb and the main reason why I keep coming back

The staff at BMW of Riverside are amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were consistenlty treated with hospitality and smiles. They have a very relaxing dealership with a lot of beautiful toys to look at and make it very easy for you and your family to spend an hour drinking fresh coffee while browsing. We were lucky to have Gill Iftikhar as our sales representative who goes out of his way to let you try whatever you want without any pressure. He answered all our questions and was able to find exactly what we wanted. He worked closely with Jennifer Wright in financing and Mo Malek and Edwin Sarhad in management to get an awesome deal and make the whole process effortless. I could not have asked for a better team at BMW. They all worked synchronistically to make everything easy and transparent. It is a very open and comfortable feeling there. Highly recommend.

Shelly BMW has been sold to AutoNation - SteveS
This afternoon, I had a question concerning my 2015 BMW 328d and my warranty documentation and then asked for a copy of my warranty documents. The gentleman with whom I spoke told me that Shelly BMW has been sold to AutoNation, which will take over the business next week. In the meantime, I was told that if I wanted a copy of my warranty information, it would either be located at Iron Mountain (wherever or whatever that is) or at IRVINE BMW, and I would have to call the new organization to find out. After I pushed back, he finally told me that he would find out and give me a call back next week.
After the poor experiences that we previously had with this dealer's sales force, repair department, and General Manager Michael Rich, we have moved our service to McKenna Motor Company in Norwalk. My wife, who is the principal driver of our BMW 328d loves their attitude and their customer care. If you find yourselves lost in the corporate shuffle at Shelly, you might want to consider McKenna as an alternate.
Awfully Slow Service - first timer
Slow check-in even with an appointment. Oil change service notification of completion took 5 hours! That is unacceptable for an oil change since I was told by the service writer it would take about 1 !/2 hours.

The guys at Century West really treated me with respect and were always looking to get me in the BMW that I wanted and were able to get me the best payment. I went to many dealerships but ended up in Century West BMW in North Hollywood. I came with my dog and everybody was so nice with Comet He loved the experience! Thank you Century West BMW.

Zero stars! Do not buy a CPO vehicle from this dealership. I have spent the last year trying to get them to right a "Wrong". I love the BMW certified pre-owned program and I was looking to purchase a second CPO from BMW. Steve Thomas had a X3 at a good price so I drove 90 min to check it out.
Once I arrived they said it was being worked on (the door panel) and we had to wait. Once it was ready we test drove the car all seemed good except for a few scratch marks and interior marks.
I wanted to return at a later date when the car could be detailed. I was convinced to stay and they would make sure the car was perfect.
I did. The reason I like CPO is that everything is checked out and guaranteed. So maybe I did not scrutinize the car in the way I should have. Well less than 6 months later I was told by a Valencia BMW when I took the car in for routine maintenance that I needed new tires.
I was shocked. I contacted Steve Thomas immediately and they did not stand by their CPO car and said the tires are just made poorly.
I contacted the DMV about this case of fraud.
They could not help but they did say I had a case against the dealer and I could sue. (Please see attached photo.)
I believe there are two scenarios that are possible. One, they made a mistake and missed the damage to the tires because a CPO would not have such damage or two they are being fraudulent and sold me a car with bad tires.
Unfortunately, after all of the back and forth I believe they were being FRAUDULENT.
I guess I will see them in court.
Shady practices, poor customer service, lazy staff - JustLooking11
Was ready to purchase a vehicle and was waiting on a call from a finance manager on processing paperwork. After waiting nearly 24 hours for a call, never received it. My business obviously wasn't important. To add to that, one of the employees that I had texted regarding the purchase apparently mistakenly texted me instead of a coworker, with a rude a dismissive comment about me. They even demanded that I allow them to run my credit, even though I was not using the them for any financing. This dealer and their staff are just aweful.

This morning around 9:30 AM I called the service department and asked if they could fix the head light switch on my 2001 Z3 BMW that I purchased new from the dealership. After waiting on line for ~10 minutes, I elected to leave a message. It is now 1:21 PM. There has been no response yet.

Mazen Gharzeddine lied to my face , quoted wrongly , made me drive there for one hour and soon is i got there the price changed and now also suddenly they lost all the discount programs, just in 1 hour before i got there. . i am very disappointed with the way they handle me. Game they play was just sick to watch ! I am a buyer and have many BMW over last 12 years and shall not be treated this way , no one shall be treated like this. game they try to play on me was just sick to watch! Sep 8th 2018 Update got 4 SMS on Sep 7 from Mazen Gharzeddine stating how he doesn't want to bring Monthly payments $40 lower to sell me $100.000 dollars car . WHAT Really???? Then: Got a call this morning 9AM from Polo Lopez Sales Manager . Thank you for a call Mr. Polo and a questioning me about my loyalty to BMW , THIS IS A FIRST ONE FORE ME!. it was a nice Call and i thank you . However : i just dont see the point of calling me early morning on my day off and talk about this nonsense. Let's stay professional here , STOP THIS GAMES PLEASE. If you want to make a deal then lets get to it if not , then we shake hands and part away.
