Great time buying a car!! - alana1
We had another great experience leasing a vehicle from George Bonnaz and Rusnak. They make the process easy and limit the haggling. This is the second vehicle we have leased from them and highly recommend them!!

Awesome buying experience! - loriott1
Flew to Burbank from Phoenix to test drive a few 328 sport wagons as there were none in the Valley. Drove 3 vehicles extensively and were very helpful throughout the whole process. Pricing was great as compared on KBB. Huge inventory of factory demos.
Overall very good - Jack1954

thank you so much... - diana_530e
I was referred from my friend to the BMW Genius, Tony. I had an Encore appointment with him a while back and he explained precisely on all the functionality of my 530e. He went into detail on when I should use the edrive modes, pretty much all around general advice on how to maximize the car. Big ups to his great service. Mckenna has really friendly staff members and I've had a pleasant experience every time. I highly recommend Mckenna BMW and if you have tech questions about your vehicle, ask for Tony
BMW agreed to assist Partial Goodwill warranty - BMWOntarioassistance-Thanks
Excellent service received from Sergio Herrera.
I recently visited BMW on a couple of occasions.
My last visit I was informed that my Engine Mounts were collapsed and not covered. I explained that I shouldn’t have to pay the full cost for the repairs.
My service advisor, Sergio Herrera reached out to BMW and explained my situation and BMW agreed to cover 90% of the repair. Thank you Sergio, for going beyond and over to make sure I was very satisfied..
RIP OFF - FTnr8NgQf5W84JE
Four years ago I went to SB BMW to purchase a car but they gave me a terrible price so I bought it from Riverside. However, I decided to service my car @ South Bay BMW. Then last year I was looking for a new car for my wife. I contacted the dealer and they never followed up with me. I purchased a car from Keyes Audi. Everything was fine till my factory warranty and maintenance expired recently. Last week I went to for an oil change. The service adviser told me that I also need spark plug replacement and oil change. I knew about the spark plugs because I already changed them. I was quoted for $450 (vs $100 for labor and $80 for OEM parts @ 3rd party shop). We moved forward and the service adviser "Kyle Robinson" told me that they have a "service special" for oil change @ $99 (down from 250). Great? He started working on the paper and when I was about to sign it I've noticed a charge "Client states perform standard scope per key reading". I asked what does it mean because the price was higher than the actual oil change. He explained that they need to reset the computer readings after the oil change for just $116 on top of the $99 oil change. (I'm not a car expert but I usually research about cars and I knew that resetting the oil/brake interval is a matter of holding a button for few seconds and then holding it for few more to reset the service interval). I asked him if he wants to charge me $116 for probably 30 sec of work and he said " Yeah, but it's still cheaper if do that than if you go will the full price oil change $250... I confronted him and he was pissed and he scratched it from the invoice. (I was promised a complimentary loaner when I scheduled the appointment, however, he called an Uber to pick me up. That's fine ... Then a few hours later he called me to tell me that my car is ready. My wife dropped me at the dealership and I paid the invoice. I gave the valet the invoice and 15 min later I asked what happen with my car. Few mins later the valet told me that my car is not ready. It'll take an hour to wash it. They completely lost me as a client.

No complaints. Bought a CPO and the process was a breeze. I noticed something about the car after I signed the paperwork, and they fixed it for free the next weekend.

Only if the wait was not that long - SirSJW
I have been coming here for years to service all of my BMW's, the following is my overall observation after more than 5 BMW's being serviced with Bob Smith. 1)Wait is too long avg. 1/2 hour to get checked in. 2) No shuttle service on the weekends (out of luck if you do not have a loaner) 3) Their advisers are superb and the main reason why I keep coming back
lack of Documentaion - splicingtech
Took vehicle for a maintenance scheduled brake fluid change and had a coupon for a wheel alignment. which included rotation of tires and wheel balance for $199.99. Once complete, my documentation was absent of any verification of a wheel alignment nor mention of tire balancing performed. I then contacted dealership regarding missing wheel alignment certificate and was told paperwork was in passenger seat. At this point I informed service agent i would attempt to verify his allegation and get back to him. Without doubt, there was no evidence in passenger seat. He assured me it was there. In closing, I possess great doubt that the work they charged me was ever performed. To place important documents in a passenger seat is unprofessional and disrespectful. They made sure they handed me the bill!
Thank you Huu Vuong - Lovecoffeecars
Huu was very friendly and able to squeeze in a service call last second after we had a question about the tires. The team is great and are very welcoming. Great coffee and cookies while you wait. Thank you Huu.
Below Average - oshahidi
Took too long to get my car serviced and no call back. I had paint all around my car and they said NOTHING . I took it in the next day and all they did was spray paint over it. They told me they would scrap it off before they do that. When I called the service guy he said because I could only let it sit in service for more than one day. While the paint people told me no one asked them to do that. They are dishonest. I’m stuck with the job they did and have no recourse.

Dehumanizing experience - veritasaequitas
Just moved here and SM BMW is the closest to me from MDR so I made a service visit, had a rear parking light go out and tire pressure light go off and thought I should get an oil change after driving across the country. Bill was my service manager and I scheduled an appointment at 7:30am, arrived promptly, was told I don't need an oil change but they'd change the bulb and put air in my tires and check the car for anything else after my road trip. He said it'd be ready early afternoon. First contact I received was at 1:40pm thinking my car is ready and I'm told they're out of the bulb and needed to order the part so my car needs to stay there til tomorrow. I had an interview and errands to run before a trip to Mexico so I was thinking 7 hours already seems ridiculous for one measly lightbulb there's no way it'd take them longer than that. I asked if there was a loaner car and he said no.. so then I asked him why it took him 7 hours to figure out he didn't have a part and notify me (I could have made other arrangements in the meantime). He just completely ignored me, restated they'd need to keep the car, not a single "sorry for the inconvenience" or ANYTHING and on top of that asked me for $1400 to change my tires. It took you all day to figure out you're out of a part and you think I'd trust you with anything else? I wouldn't trust you to pick out my gum! I was absolutely floored. I wish I could post pictures here but I did post screenshots of our leaving-much-to-be-desired exchange. This dealership is the pimple on the rim of BMW (and not wheel rim, if you know what I mean).
Proceed at your own risk.
Oh - the best part, when I got there, they couldn't even be bothered to put air in my tires while my car sat there for 10 hours and they tried to charge me $7 for the uber that took 20 mins to arrive, which I never even ended up taking round trip.
I've never been able to describe a customer service experience as dehumanizing so congratulations Bill & Santa Monica BMW, I can't believe BMW allows this. Luxury car my ***.
Buyer Beware! - VroomVroom
I am appalled at the horrible business practices of Beverly Hills BMW (which isn’t even in Beverly Hills by the way). I was interested in purchasing a “certified pre-owned” BMW that this dealership had listed for sale on its website. I arrived at the dealership, test drove the car and was ready to purchase it. My sales person then told me that the car is not certified pre-owned. When I began to question this and mentioned that the car is being falsely advertised, she went to speak to her manager. She then came back and said the car isn’t certified but can be certified, but I felt I was being lied to. It seemed like this “manager” was having his employee say whatever it took to sell me the car. I said “no thank you” and left. I ended up buying my car at a BMW dealership that was 50 miles away. The honesty of that dealership and the peace of mind it gave me made it worth the trip. I will never deal with Beverly Hills BMW again.
No response to message left with parts department. - carguy456
This morning around 9:30 AM I called the service department and asked if they could fix the head light switch on my 2001 Z3 BMW that I purchased new from the dealership. After waiting on line for ~10 minutes, I elected to leave a message. It is now 1:21 PM. There has been no response yet.
best experience I've ever had!!! - jillian53
In all my years of purchasing and leasing vehicles, I can honestly say I've never been treated so well. From start to finish Orson & Gary the GM were so hospitable I thought I was on a reality show, I see some negative feedback and cannot understand for the life of me... If you just went to Gary I cannot imagine him allowing you to leave unhappy, he just wants his guests/clients to be happy. I've also never seen a GM so hands on, he's part of all deals and will do everything he can within reason of course to conclude the deal..... That's hospitality in my opinion.
I would recommend HIGHLY.
Fraud - Ricajones
Zero stars! Do not buy a CPO vehicle from this dealership. I have spent the last year trying to get them to right a "Wrong". I love the BMW certified pre-owned program and I was looking to purchase a second CPO from BMW. Steve Thomas had a X3 at a good price so I drove 90 min to check it out.
Once I arrived they said it was being worked on (the door panel) and we had to wait. Once it was ready we test drove the car all seemed good except for a few scratch marks and interior marks.
I wanted to return at a later date when the car could be detailed. I was convinced to stay and they would make sure the car was perfect.
I did. The reason I like CPO is that everything is checked out and guaranteed. So maybe I did not scrutinize the car in the way I should have. Well less than 6 months later I was told by a Valencia BMW when I took the car in for routine maintenance that I needed new tires.
I was shocked. I contacted Steve Thomas immediately and they did not stand by their CPO car and said the tires are just made poorly.
I contacted the DMV about this case of fraud.
They could not help but they did say I had a case against the dealer and I could sue. (Please see attached photo.)
I believe there are two scenarios that are possible. One, they made a mistake and missed the damage to the tires because a CPO would not have such damage or two they are being fraudulent and sold me a car with bad tires.
Unfortunately, after all of the back and forth I believe they were being FRAUDULENT.
I guess I will see them in court.
