I had such a fun day buying my first BMW last Saturday. I had been looking for a 2016 model for a while and was actually heading North to check out a pre-own model. I had also inquired about a 2017 model at Murrieta and have to say that Dave is just the nicest guy I ever met. He educated me with facts to help me make the right decision. I ended changing my destiny and went to Meet Dave. When he met us, he gave us the deal we wanted. I ended up getting an awesome car with additional upgrade at a excellent price. I have been coming here for years to service all of my BMW's, the following is my overall observation after more than 5 BMW's being serviced with Bob Smith. 1)Wait is too long avg. 1/2 hour to get checked in. 2) No shuttle service on the weekends (out of luck if you do not have a loaner) 3) Their advisers are superb and the main reason why I keep coming back

I’ve been to 3 different dealership prior to going to Century West BMW, Corry ask me by phone what i want on my X3 and how much i am willing to spend and he will try to look for one that suited my need best. When i got to their dealeahip he show me one that almost perfect to what i want as one option i am asking for was really out of my price range. Bottom line i got the best X3 for my buget and a very profesional experienced dealing with Corry and his boss.

Discrimination - Liscet
In 6/7/18 was the worse experience at Shelly BMW. I suffered abuse from false pretense, false misleading information , discrimination, degrading and Harassment! . All in one day from a period of 10:00am-4:30pm. I stood up for my rights and was attacked by 4 men there. The salesman, Sales manager and Finance manager last but not least a man that was there through out the whole ordeal and refused to see me call me or Help me. General manager Mike. I walked in with 24k cashier check and Wellsfargo paperwork and over 4K cash. To walking out with them refusing To sell me the vehicle and calling the police because I lrequested all there requirements that were in violations to my rights to be in writing. I feel they treated me this horrible and like a crook All because I refused to allow them to run my credit to be financed w/BMW Finance Corp And didn’t fall for the bad salesman tactics. BMW Is not a reputable dealership to go to for Fairness equality or excellent customer service. They disrespected and degraded a Lonely Hispanic Female that they though didn’t know what she was doing. But I stand firm on my Christianity and do what’s right . I did Nothing Wrong but stand up to HARRASSMENT ! DISCRIMINATION AND STEROTYPE FROM BMW EMPLOYEES !!! And they shut the door to A GOOD STANDING AMERICAN CITIZENS!!! Born and raised. THAT lives life with the motto: WHATS RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WHATS WRONG IS WRONG..... honestly never thought I would have experienced sure horrible inhuman treatment from BMW

I have went to different BMW dealerships. This was the first time I had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and this will be the last time because this is the worst one in the Los Angeles area I have been to. Their service manager is very unprofessional and made fun of me being not speak good English. He told me that " YOUR ENGLISH IS NOT GOOD. I WAS BORN IN ENGLAND AND I SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. BETTER THAN YOU." He also told me that you don't have to service your vehicle here and you can go to other dealership if you want. Basically, as a manager, he is asking a first time customer not to come back to their business. So how can your business survive without returning customers? First time to hear that from a manager.
At the end, when I am ready to pick up my vehicle, the service manager told me that they could not find my vehicle and my vehicle was picked up by my wife. Luckily it was my wife. What if it is someone else? How can a dealership releases a vehicle to some one other than the owner of the vehicle! That was before I made the payment at the cashier! Terrible management and very unorganized!
Not recommend to go to this dealership if you don't speak fluent English and if you don't want your vehicle to be picked up by someone else. Go to New Century BMW. They are much more better. At least if you don't speak good English, they will still treat you as a customer and will not make fun of you!
Fraud - Ricajones
Zero stars! Do not buy a CPO vehicle from this dealership. I have spent the last year trying to get them to right a "Wrong". I love the BMW certified pre-owned program and I was looking to purchase a second CPO from BMW. Steve Thomas had a X3 at a good price so I drove 90 min to check it out.
Once I arrived they said it was being worked on (the door panel) and we had to wait. Once it was ready we test drove the car all seemed good except for a few scratch marks and interior marks.
I wanted to return at a later date when the car could be detailed. I was convinced to stay and they would make sure the car was perfect.
I did. The reason I like CPO is that everything is checked out and guaranteed. So maybe I did not scrutinize the car in the way I should have. Well less than 6 months later I was told by a Valencia BMW when I took the car in for routine maintenance that I needed new tires.
I was shocked. I contacted Steve Thomas immediately and they did not stand by their CPO car and said the tires are just made poorly.
I contacted the DMV about this case of fraud.
They could not help but they did say I had a case against the dealer and I could sue. (Please see attached photo.)
I believe there are two scenarios that are possible. One, they made a mistake and missed the damage to the tires because a CPO would not have such damage or two they are being fraudulent and sold me a car with bad tires.
Unfortunately, after all of the back and forth I believe they were being FRAUDULENT.
I guess I will see them in court.

I'm not sure if business is so good that they don't feel it's necessary to treat new customers with any respect, but that's the feeling I've been left with every time I walk into that showroom. Both in terms of my attempts to purchase a new car there, as well as my experiences bringing in my BMW, purchased elsewhere for service.
I somehow doubt this review has any impact on anything, but still wanted to express my personal experiences at the dealership.

Quick and easy! If that's what you're looking for when buying a new car, look no further than BMW of Beverly Hills. Having had our fair share of horrible experiences with dealerships. Disloyal and conniving sales people. Deals that were made and then broken. The list goes on. It was quite disheartening and we almost got to the point where we were reconsidering purchasing a new car all together.
Enter Ara Durgaryan. In our last attempt to salvage our car buying experience, I contacted Ara at BMWofBH. From the beginning, Ara was attentive and responsive to all my questions and inquiries about my car of interest. He would keep me posted and updated me throughout the day, even into the later hours of the evening. We live in the southern most tip of San Diego County, and the drive up to Beverly Hills is quite the excursion. I made it known to Ara that if we were to come up to purchase the car, I wanted to make sure everything was in place for a smooth transition and purchase. Working with Ara, that was exactly what we got. The negotiation took no longer than that first day, and we were on our way up the next morning to pick up our new car. Even prior to heading up, Ara kept us updated on the car by tracking it down, sending pictures to us, and making sure we were in good hands.
On arrival, we finally met Ara, and everything was set in motion. No funny business. No headache. No nonsense. No wait. It was easy and effortless. The experience was actually enjoyable. Imagine that! We test drove the car, started the paperwork and in a few short hours, we were on our way back to SD with a new car. It was quite a refreshing experience after all we had been through with previous dealerships. We got a great deal working with his Sales Managers, Mike Forouzan and Toufie Sarwan, and I left impressed by BMWofBH and especially with Ara. He made the whole process simple and you could really feel that he did his best to provide great care for us and provide a good overall experience. His service alone earns the dealership a 5 star review.
After our time at BMW of Beverly Hills, we highly recommend this dealership and especially recommend working with Ara. He has restored our faith in the car sales industry with both his professionalism and his personal touch. Ara and BMWofBH went above and beyond and definitely exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with our purchase and will be referring all of our friends and family here. Ara was great to work with and definitely someone we will contact again for our future car purchasing/leasing needs, even if it is quite the drive for us to get there. BMWofBH has gained a loyal customer. If you're tired of the monotony and dealing with nightmare dealerships, do yourself a favor and contact BMW of Beverly Hills. It'll be the best decision you'll make. Ask for Ara!! You will not be disappointed.

This morning around 9:30 AM I called the service department and asked if they could fix the head light switch on my 2001 Z3 BMW that I purchased new from the dealership. After waiting on line for ~10 minutes, I elected to leave a message. It is now 1:21 PM. There has been no response yet.
2-Terrible Experiances - sushi123
Get a call that car is ready to be picked up. Drive over and check in. Car will be "bought up immediately" Wait 1-hour. Have to go find service adviser. He finds car - no one went to get it. Has diesel fluid all over back of car, wheel, and tire that technician spilled on car. They have to take car back and clean it. Another 20-minutes. Took 1 1/2 hours to pick up car that was ready for pick up.
2nd service call. Air conditioning stopped working. Had an appointment and a loaner car arranged. Go to service station - adviser is chatting with a friend about personal issues at her desk. A man walks in and sees someone immediately but my adviser is still chatting with friends 20-minutes later. I ask person at front desk what is going on here. she asks one of two service advisers sitting at desk having coffee and chatting with each other to help me. He says is will be several minutes as he has some work to do on computer but then continues to enjoy his coffee and chat with other service. I leave after being there 30-minutes and I had an appointment. This place SUCKS.
