My husband dropped off the car and he asked about specials fir oil changes and Eduardo was kind enough to extend a Special offer. Upon my arrival to pick up the vehicle the service Technician directed me to the service desk. As I entered the door Shey directed me towards the back with a very direct welcoming invitation to assist me. My credit issues were complex (in my opinion) due to the Credit Card points, not to Shey though. She's made the transaction so pleasant. She also multi-tasked while holding fir the Credit Card company. I thought that was impressive. If I were that other customer I would of appreciated it. GREAT JOB SHEY!

The Kia Soul I bought here is the best car I've ever owned, and I got a fantastic deal. But I never got my second key. They said they had it, but I never went to get it. Until I needed it. Two years later, I go in, $200 key. I think, oh wow, I really screwed up, but they took care of me! I'm getting my service here, now, too, since I found out their prices are way lower than I expected for dealer service. Love my Kia.

The transmission on my 2013 Jeep Patriot started making noise and not running right. I brought it in talked to Carl Crocker. He said they would test it and get back to me. I wasn’t home maybe 30 minutes and my phone rang. It was Carl. We needed a new transmission. He set up a rental car for me and called me daily on the progress. We got our Jeep back and it runs great. Shady, Mean & Untrustworthy - GERP
WARNING! This place is a total scam. They try to get you in there and use their shady financing. I have good credit, and they were trying to get me a loan with a high interest rate and a PREPAYMENT PENALTY! They advertise low prices, but you have to get one of their HORRIFIC loans where they make tons of money off you on the back end. The managers are very unprofessional and the sales team has no idea about anything they are doing. Usually when you go to a car dealership they try to be nice to you, and try to earn your business, they pretty much told me to get out when I called them out on their shady tactics. I offered to pay cash for the vehicle and they were not interested in that either. I would have been totally fine getting a loan through the dealer if it was a credit union, Ford financial, or any reputable loan company. I drove all the way there on a week night in rush hour traffic to buy a used car, and they pulled this crap. I called several times the next day to try to speak to a manager who had some idea what they were doing, but after 6 calls with promised call backs, never heard from them. They are CROOKS, SHADY, DISHONEST and one of the WORST dealerships I have ever has the displeasure of dealing with. BEWARE OF THEM!

This was the worst automotive service experience I ever had. I made an apt for a recall on my 2014 Jeep Patriot and to service an engine light that was diagnosed as an evap leak. I dropped my car off at 8am, did not receive any calls or updates throughout the entire day and finally called at 4pm. I received a call back at 4:40pm stating they could not locate the leak and had not started working on the recall. Almost 9 hours went by before I was given any updates. Kevin (service rep) said they would need to keep the vehicle another day to hopefully complete the work. I said I would need to reschedule as I needed my car for work the next day and would have to make an apt on a Saturday. Kevin said when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he would look at the tech's upcoming schedules so we could schedule the next apt on a Saturday. When I arrived, I was told Kevin was gone for the day and would have to call back to make an apt. The service dept had 9 hours to locate an evap leak and check for a seatbelt recall, neither of these were completed. The lack of communication, poor customer service and no consideration of their consumers time are reasons I will never be taking my vehicle to the Simi Valley location again. The next day, I contacted West Valley Chrysler Jeep and spoke to a friendly service rep who confirmed they had the recall parts needed and guaranteed they had a tech to prioritize servicing my vehicle the day of my apt.

Worst customer service ever.
I leased a 2004 Jeep Cherokee with these guys. At the time the sales team was great. Very professional and not too pushy.
But once the lease began it's been xxxx dealing with the service dept. Their was a Jeep recalls so I brought the car in on a Wednesday to be picked up the next morning. But I never get a call to pick it up like I was promised. I called Thurs but no call back. I called Friday and again, nothing. I waited to pick it up and left two messages in vain. I called Saturday - and left messages with a few people including the head of service - and NOBODY CALLS BACK! I'm rearranging my day and they could care less.
DO NOT LEASE A JEEP AT HOOMAN. The day you drop it off to get serviced you will realize what a mismanaged, horribly inept place this is.
They do not care about their customers once you sign the lease. If CHRYSLER is reading this, you need to do a customer investigation on this dealership.

After working with Michael in Fleet, I am a fan and client for life! I contacted Glendale Dodge after reading the reviews, and was fortunate to meet Michael. He not only provided stellar service from my initial contact, but all throughout the sales process. I purchased a Ram 2500 Cargo Van, and Michael who was extremely professional, friendly, and transparent during the process, provided the best deal in this town and beyond.
I have worked with numerous dealerships in the past, and the team at Glendale Dodge is really outstanding. Sako was able to meet me to complete the deal and deliver the car. Jeff in Finance who is extremely knowledgeable, very clearly and thoroughly reviewed the contract, and other docs with us. He worked efficiently, and with our interests in mind, completed the transaction in a timely manner. The van was immaculate when we picked it up, clean so clean, and a full tank of gas. I didn't even think dealers did that any longer!

I bought a brand new defective truck from Rydell RAM. It had numerous defects. The dealership was made aware from the beginning. They continually ignored me and did nothing to help me.
Once you buy from them and submit the corporate survey, they do not care about you or your vehicle.
I contacted corporate in Michigan and I filed a grievance.
Rydell RAM and its staff are terrible. Their management is just as bad as their sales staff when it comes to post customer service.
