I’d recommend the service department at Crown Dodge, but I’ll never buy a car there again. I was getting spam phone calls to buy my car at least once a week sometimes more after I paid it off early, couple of times the caller was speaking spanish for some reason, no habla espanol . This went on for almost 2 years, now not so frequently. If you do buy a car give them the wrong number or they’ll keep calling.

We bought my Chrysler Pacifica from Tuttle Click. Got a great deal, better than other Chrysler showrooms, and they found me the exact car I wanted, as they didn’t have it on their lot. Soon after I got the car there was an issue with air leaking in one of the small triangle windows by the front passenger seat. An unusual problem, the first of that sort they had seen on this new model of car (this was 2016). Issy in service worked hard on getting the problem solved and succeeded. Since then when I have had recalls on the car they work on it immediately and in a timely manner. The bonus of having a loaner available adds to the ease of repairs. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Issy, as well as his kind and thoughtful manner.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership for service. I took my Jeep in for a warranty oil change and tire rotation. It was 12:30pm, I was told that it would be 2-3hrs max. I said it was ok and I would wait. He didn't offer a loaner car or shuttle service. After 2 hours I decided to take a walk with my special needs son that was getting restless. We were gone for about an hour. I later called for a shuttle to get picked up. When I arrived I asked if my Jeep was ready, Eduardo was like I just called you about 15mins ago, I said no you didn't. There's no message or a missed call, then he said oh I got busy! So what is it you called me or not, he was saying that was a leak in the coolant system and needed my ok to replace it and I said well if it's under warranty go ahead, so if I wouldn't have came to the front desk & asked for the status, you wouldn't have said anything and I would be waiting in the waiting room still. He assured me it would be fast. But lied to my face. After another 1.5 hr I said this was enough. I asked for the service manager. Instead of apologizing or getting on the phone to check on the eta, he just ignored me and disregarded me, sent me to the manager. Where he was given a chance to explain and he did not make any effort or wasn't even sympathetic that I've waiting for 5 hours. He has no customer service skills what so ever. I must've been the calmest client there, since I work in customer service, I know how to fix things but Eduardo really needs to be Educated, taught, he needs to learn how to treat his customers with respect & dignity. he's not a service advisor in my opinion . Even though the service manager offered a free detail I declined, I would never step on that lot again, never again. So AVOID this place, at all cost. Unless you want to an express oil change that will take 5 hours.

I have a problem with my new car. I take it to my dealership for 3 times and i wait for 1 month, they still did't do the work and even lie to me.
the problem happened to my new fiat spider 124 break, and i gived it to my dealership (Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep), they kept my car for a week and didn't fix it. when i have the car, the problem come back again, so i have to take it back. However, they take the car for more than a week and retured the car to me with out even fix it. they said that they gonna ask the fiat company. and i take my car back, still not fixed, i wait for another 1.5 weeks and keeping asking them, they always lie to me that the parts gonna be ready tomorrow. finally,i contect fiat company and i sent my car to Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep. i wait for another two weeks and they still not even start on my car. Also, they said it was a small factory problem which just need to change the break pad , but they turns out to change at least 12 part(whole breaking system and part of suspension system.) they keeping lie to me that the work is gonna be done the next day or week. but the truth is they not even start.
Because of their inefficience and dishonesty. i no more turst their work.
I really don't know what to do right now, the only thing i can say is DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!

I bought a 2018 Dodge Charger a couple of months ago from Jesus.
Since I purchased this car at night I didn’t notice the paint chips and scratches and the car had to go to the body shop. The day after purchasing the brakes squeaked horribly and the tires clicked when turning either direction. There was also a huge gouge in the glove compartment.
They put me in a rental for a week to fix these.
When I got the car back the tire pressure light went on and I noticed a light on the front passenger door didn’t work.
They put me in another rental to fix these problems.
When I got the car back I saw the light hadn’t been fixed at all. I went back to the dealership to tell them and they had the mechanic come out so I can show him which light I was talking about.
The mechanic said “Don’t you want to replace the door panels first? This is the car with the broken door panels isn’t it?” I looked and the door panel and YES it was broken.
Nobody told me? Nobody fixed it? They obviously knew.
I told them this car is a xxx and I want it replaced with the same exact make/model. Nobody should be dealing with this with a new car.
The manager told me I beed a lemon law attorney and he’s not swapping it out without charging me for it.
I went back to the service department and told them to call me when they have all the door panels and lights and I’d bring it back in to get replaced - even though pissed off to be driving a brand new Frankenstein’s Monster car.
It’s now been 3 weeks and nobody’s called me or anything. I’ll be driving back down their again to remind them I exist and figured I’d post this here first.
***UPDATE - 2 months and a week later... they still haven't fixed my car.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - Jesse
THE WORST experience I've ever had with a car service ever in my life. Bought a $60,000 Hellcat here. Had to come back 3 times with the same check engine light problem which they were unable to fix. First time, one of the girls, Liz, accused me of installing "after market parts" into the car, which was absolute BS and tried to charge me $300 to re-install the firmware. When I refused to accept that, they just cleared the check engine light code and sent me home. (not to mention that Liz was very eager to ask me to give her 10 stars when I get a satisfaction survey email)
Of course a week later the light came back. This time I was talking to Stephanie, I explained to her that the code is associated with the fuel pumps, which likely need to be replaced (after doing a simple google search for the code). The car was sitting there, outside (got it back looking like it was sh*t on) for 3 weeks. This is not a $5000 used car. it's a $60K premium car. Would it hurt to hose it down before returning to customer? I should get it back in at least the same condition I brought it in. Again, it's a $60,000 vehicle and they just toss it back to me with a layer of thick dried up dirt on it even though there's a bunch of guys washing cars for new customers in the same garage.
When I lost my nerve and started inquiring, it turns out that nobody touched the car for 2 weeks until I started complaining, and then they proceeded to replace the wrong part, apparently cleared the code, and sent me home. Of course, the code came back again. This time I took it to Glendale instead, where they fixed the problem within 24 hours (and for those curious, yes, of course it was the fuel pumps, which they replaced)
At the same time, I had a plastic cover on the bottom of the car that needed to be replaced. Although I went to great lengths to explain to Stephanie exactly which part was broken, and I even had a printout of the part name AND AN IMAGE OF IT, I found out a month later that they returned the car to me without fixing anything, with a hole under my engine.
Everybody in the shop has a crappy attitude and acts as if the customer isn't even there. After I complained, I turned around to see Freddie (I made sure to take their names this time) laughing behind my back. I guess I was just another inconvenience for them to laugh off.
During this entire nightmare, I was told several times by several different people that they would call me back. BUT NOBODY EVER CALLS BACK. The service girls run around with their iPads but when they tell you they will give you an update on your car before the end of day, don't expect to hear back. They never do. I always had to call and ask. After I complained to the owner of the dealership, I was told someone would call me the following Monday, of course nobody called. I had to demand their attention once more to get anyone on the phone.
I filed a complaint with Dodge and am in talks with a lawyer, since my car spent a total of over a FULL MONTH at this place and they DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING. I went through so much trouble asking for favors, taking time off work and not being able to get around without a car. A month of sitting outside in the dirt and the car was returned to me untouched. I will never return here again (which sucks because Glendale is a much longer drive, but it's worth it a million times to avoid this place at all costs).

Our sales rep Garret was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and was not pushy at all. The new car detail job was subpar, had smudges in the interior which were pointed out before and still there which we will take care of on our own. For this reason I gave an average for quality of work. Finance dept. a bit pushy, but we knew what we wanted. Overall experience was good. All questions were answered at a later time when we returned for the detail.
Great experience at motor village LA dealer - panda1570
Motor village service department went beyond expectations and did an excellent job for my car. I have an Alfa Romeo Giulia which is a new brand car in US market and I had concerns about the service etc. My car has been serviced there a few times. First time, the electric throttle had a problem and the technician Robert Ibarra found the problem and fixed. Then the brakes didn’t feel as good as before and they did a software upgrade and now the car drives even better. Robert has very good knowledge about the car and did everything professionally. Sujey and Cindy are always helpful and friendly. I live 50 miles away and each time they gave me a courtesy car so I can keep my life as normal by driving my kids to school and soccer field. I had a very good experience at the motor village dealer and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs an auto repair.
