The Kia Soul I bought here is the best car I've ever owned, and I got a fantastic deal. But I never got my second key. They said they had it, but I never went to get it. Until I needed it. Two years later, I go in, $200 key. I think, oh wow, I really screwed up, but they took care of me! I'm getting my service here, now, too, since I found out their prices are way lower than I expected for dealer service. Love my Kia.

Brought in my dodge magnum to have a problem fixed with the car shutting off. Took them a week to replace an electrical switch.
Whent to pick up my car and and it was left in a much worse condition then when i brought it in.
My car didnt even make it off the lot, literary 5 feet before it began to sputter and the dash cluster began to light up and all the check engine lites turned on.
Spoke to service person about it and he told me "hey, atleast it doesnt turn off anymore"
Spoke to manager who told me to leave it again. Took them another week. Told me it would cost $2000 to fix

They do not provide a pleasant car buying experience, they did not listen to our needs and did not provide all buying rights and factual financing information and when you try to talk to them they handle themselves in a rude and professional manner ! I bought my jeep July of last year, Fidel arranged for me to come in and test drive the Renegade I was interested in, when I got there Symone took over from there. They were both awesome, I want it to be known this review is not about them. This is about the service department. Within 6 months of purchasing this car the engine light started to turn on and off and then eventually just stayed on, the car started jerking when I put it in gear, buttons on radio started sticking and I was unable to use them, as well the latch on the back got stuck so I was unable to shut my back door until I forced it closed. I took it in to the service department where the service clerk took all of my info down and then casually asked me if I had a ride home because they would need to keep my vehicle for a few days. I asked him if they provided any loaner vehicle or would help with a rental, cause ummm I cant be with out a vehicle and he casually just said "no, that he could not provide me with that" so I walked away because I cant be with out a car and I Do not have any other way to get to work and school. I later talked to the manager Chris who was able to resolve my problem and he offered to pay for the rental while they kept it for two days. (thanks Chris) they told me that they couldn't find anything wrong with the car and to pick it up. As soon as I got home the engine light turned back on. The car to this day still jerks. I do not have time or money to be going back and forth, and now it appears 1 of my roters are going out already. This car was the worse mistake of my life and I have never had so many problems with any of the other dealers I have purchased from. Not sure how they expect you to turn your car over to them and let you be with out a vehicle. I pay my car payment monthly for a reason, I do not pay it to be left with out a vehicle and/ or spend more on a rental especially when I was possibly sold a defective vehicle from this dealer.

Do you enjoy being lied to and having people wast your time? If so Bravo Chrysler is the place for you. I negotiated a price for a used 2016 Expedition, and asked twice about dealer add-ons (nitrogen filled tires, door guards, alarm system, etc), and was told twice there were no add-ons. Well, after spending nearly 4 hours, and having them do a hard credit pull, the lies became apparent. Lupita (or Lupe), informed me that there was a pre-installed car alarm that cost $1,495, and that it was humanly impossible to remove the alarm.
I did not end up buying the car, and management (Cesar) was indifferent to the switch and bait that took place. It would be best to avoid Bravo Chrysler, and Lupita. If you do go there don't let them pull credit until you get a written cost for the car you want. Don't believe the lies that come out of their mouths. Also, if Lupita tries to interact with you, ask for someone else, someone with honesty and ethics.

I brought care in for malfunction light coming on Friday at 3pm May 25th. I have an extended warranty which you have to call on before you do the work. Heri Vera said I would need to leave the car as no one works after 5pm . Saturday I get a call from Heri and he says it is the Oil pressure switch and Thermostat. cost $1283. plus the diagnostic test of $89.00. He said the extended warranty place was closed during weekend. I ask why he did not do diagnostic Friday since I was here at 3pm and he could have called them. He said it is like going to McDonalds. your in line and you think you should be first. After that all he kept saying to me what ever you say ma'am. At that point he stopped listening. So my car was there until Tuesday , May 29th. I called my son who is military getting ready to deploy. Said I need help! I told him how they were treating me because I was a woman. He called and spoke to Bryan Grosman, asked why is the cost so high. Bryan said they needed to send out for the parts. But if your sister company has them it could be less. Something they did not tell me. My son told me since I had a extended warranty to let you guys fix it and see what we are charged. Bryan was nice but in the end was more worried about his survey as he told me that survey is how he gets paid. The car was fixed and warranty covered it all but at the cost of $770.84. When I asked why was my cost doubled Bryan said contract rate. I know contract rates and they should not be double . I feel your company was trying to gouge me for more money because I am a woman. My son even thought so and for him to have to worry prior to deployment is even worse. Be warned all woman they take advantage of us. FYI: called in numerous times and got disconnected a lot

Visit was to test drive and purchase a Jeep Latitude. The experience from the test drive to the actual purchase was the smoothest car purchase I have ever experienced in my 50 plus years of buying cars. From sales to the Parts Department (to order additional options) , and Finance Dept, everyone was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We would encourage everyone to take the time and visit Courtesy for your next car or truck purchase.

Stop! Don't bother going here. Please take my advice as a loyal Jeep owner for the past 30 years. This is a great brand and a great vehicle, but this dealership will not give you an example of either of those. I have tried to buy jeeps here, tried to have my jeeps serviced here (I have owned 6 and half dozen of my friends own them because of me) and every attempt has been a disaster. Twice in the past 4 years I have walked on to this dealership to buy a vehicle - cash in hand. Both times I walked the lot for 15-20 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. When I go inside and ask for help I end up sitting on the chair for another 15 minutes. Each time I have had to leave and go down to the jeep dealership on Harbor (not a great place but at least the do customer service). Today I had a service appointment because I had been given a gift certificate by a friend who knows I love jeeps. Pulled up, parked my car and waited.....and waited....20 minutes. I flagged a gentleman down and was told that someone would be with me shortly and that my oil change would take 2 hours. Another 20 minutes went by. I called the service desk from the parking lot and asked to speak with a manager - I was transferred to VM.
I am home now. Going to have a ceremonial gift certificate burning.
Don't go here. Please go to another dealership that sell Jeep. They are great cars!

I have a problem with my new car. I take it to my dealership for 3 times and i wait for 1 month, they still did't do the work and even lie to me.
the problem happened to my new fiat spider 124 break, and i gived it to my dealership (Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep), they kept my car for a week and didn't fix it. when i have the car, the problem come back again, so i have to take it back. However, they take the car for more than a week and retured the car to me with out even fix it. they said that they gonna ask the fiat company. and i take my car back, still not fixed, i wait for another 1.5 weeks and keeping asking them, they always lie to me that the parts gonna be ready tomorrow. finally,i contect fiat company and i sent my car to Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep. i wait for another two weeks and they still not even start on my car. Also, they said it was a small factory problem which just need to change the break pad , but they turns out to change at least 12 part(whole breaking system and part of suspension system.) they keeping lie to me that the work is gonna be done the next day or week. but the truth is they not even start.
Because of their inefficience and dishonesty. i no more turst their work.
I really don't know what to do right now, the only thing i can say is DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!
