I have never had anything but exceptional service and Jim Falk Beverly Hills Lexus service department. Martha, my service advisor was so accommodating of my last minute request for a service appointment, she keep me updated with text messages about my cars status and even though I showed up 5/10 minutes before they closed, she welcomed me with a smile and her top-notch service. I have had other service advisors in the past and they have always been so great, truly a wonderful service department that cares about their customers!

There could be some wait to get a loaner but it worths. In general I like Lexus of Glendale.
Airbag recall - Greglugar
I took my car in for an airbag recall and left with punctures in my seat. They didn’t point out the 2 tares in the passenger seat even though I noticed them as soon as I got my car. Once I brought this issue to their attention I was told to call back tomorrow since my Service Rep Jose left for the day. I called and was told that I would have to wait several days before I could bring my car back. I scheduled a pickup time at 1:00 with Jose once the work was done and Jose was not back from lunch to help me. The workmanship on the repair was below average. You can tell where the seat was torn. BTW no one ever apologized for the inconvenience of damaging my seat. Go to Longo instead.

I found a used vehicle that I wanted to purchase for a good price online and that led me to Lexus of Woodland Hills. I drove 90 miles to check the car out and I have excellent credit and a lot of money in my account so I had a pre approved loan with my bank. My bank gave me a guaranteed Echeck that was good up to a certain amount for a vehicle purchase. I test drove the car with Jake who was a fine salesmen. I decided to purchase the vehicle and we negotiated a price. He gave me the price out the door and I signed and gave him the check. He left and his sales manager Igor came back and told me he cant accept the check and that I have to do a backup loan with him. I asked him why and I said there is a number on the check he can call to verify the funds. He would not call them and insisted I do a back up loan that was not as good of terms and I refused as I was preapproved with a low rate and already had a hard hit on my credit and did not want another hard hit as it lowers your FICO score. He continued to try and press me and tried to convince me that he would just have the other loan as a back up and made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Feeling frustrated and no longer feeling good about the purchase I left the dealership without the car and guess what, I received an email from the site I saw the car on that they dropped the price online. This shows they dropped the price to get more buyers interested as they want to finance the cars with their own finance companies and at a higher rate than I had so they can make more money. Shame on them for offering a price online and not honoring it just because I was not financing with their finance company. Very dishonest and unethical business practices. Completely wasted my time.
