Redemption - Gsuedeslcs
My wife and I had a terrible experience at the Commerce Mitsubishi. We walked out and spoke with Tiki at Universal in Duarte and instantly received a better vibe. We got there 30 mins with Tiki greeting us and was fair and worked out a great deal with the exact model, color for interior and exterior, plus additional information about the car the other dealer failed to mention. I would recoomend them for any mitsubishi purchase moving forward.

Courteous employees but horrible service department - lkfrancis
My original buying experience was the best but when it comes to the service department... ugh! The service department communication at this dealership is the worst I've ever experienced between the service department and parts and then with me, the customer. Three times I've needed a part ordered while having my vehicle serviced for other issues and all three times I had to follow up on the status of the ordered part on my own only to find out that since nothing was done with it the part in a reasonable amount of time, it was sent back. It's gotten to the point that I dread having to have the dealer do anything because it ends up taking months before it's finally completed. I'm dealing with a part that was requested at the end of September. It's now early December and it's still not installed! And this isn't the only time I've dealt with this scenario. When they do finally install the item on the vehicle, they are courteous and apologetic but then it happens again. There was one time this dealership scheduled the installation of a part but didn't indicate it would take 2 days. When I got there without an alternative way to get home, they loaned me a car that was filthy and a bunch of trash in the back. I appreciated the loaner but really?!? I wish there were more Subaru dealerships around so I have other options. Very frustrating dealing with this particular dealership for service!!!!
Service is UNPROFESSSIONAL - burgers09
I wish stars did not exist for this review because this place definitely deserves ZERO. Last month, some idiot technician overpriced me on some tires here when I was clearly trying to price match with him. He prided himself for use to working at a tire shop too.. I believe his name was John or Joe and he even threw his service technician who was doing my oil change and tires under the bus by saying he's going to be fired soon for his poor performance.. Do you think a customer wants to hear that? On top of all this, I booked an appointment at 8 a.m. and didn't leave until 12 p.m. while other people just walked in and out without an appointment. Also, I am waiting on Tom (service manager) to give me a check that refunds about 5% of what they over priced me on tires. Do not service your car here or even buy a Mitsubishi anymore. I would rather service my car at American Tire Depot on Cerritos Ave and Walker. They have honest workers there who break things down for you. Avoid this dealership at all costs! THIS PLACE IS TRASH!
They are busy and have good deals - lkj
The previous reviews gave me fair warning that I would need to be patient.
I was and got the car I wanted at a good price.
I would say that the same as with any service or dealer, the "150 point inspection" is never done completely. As long as you know what to look for you should be fine. Otherwise, bring your own mechanic for the inspection.
I also purchased an (expensive) extended warranty so I feel pretty confident in my purchase.

We live about 2 hours away, so before we left we called... - dbaseballs
We live about 2 hours away, so before we left we called ahead to see if it was still available. So, we got on the road, with traffic it took about 3 hours to get there, and when we do get there the car isn't even ready. In fact, it hasn't even been inspected, smogged, or even detailed. So they said they'd give me a call when it was ready. When they called me back I went back to check it out it still hadn't been detailed or smogged, and it still needed an alignment. I would never go back to this dealership, and I don't recommend it for anyone else.
WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER! I could go on for... - Dan75
WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE EVER! I could go on for paragraphs about how awful the service here is, but I'll keep it short. 1) They got me there under false pretenses, saying they had the car I wanted only to get down there and find out it was on their 'other lot', which turned out to be Huntington Beach Mitsubishi. 2) Got down to the other lot only to find out the car I wanted (a white version) was the dealers racing model, which was $40k more than the standard price of the car. 3) Sales person LIED to me about features of the car by showing me a 2011 model and saying everything on it was included in the 2010 model. 4) Was at the dealer for 8 HOURS to purchase a car that the price was already agreed on via email. 5) Didn't even detail the car after the purchase. They gave it a shoddy wash and an apology of 'Sorry, I'm not a detailing guy.' 6) The whole day at the dealer they didn't offer me anything to drink. They said they didn't have any water and nobody there could even give me a dollar for their soda machine (nice customer appreciation, huh?). 7) The gas station where they gave me a fuel credit to ripped me off. I had a $40 gas voucher, they only gave me $20 of gas and called me a liar when I called them out on it. 8) Subsequent appointments with them (there was a scratch on the car at purchase they said they'd fix) were only met with delays and excuses. It took weeks to get done and only because I kept hassling them. 8) I continue to get emails from their unorganized sales manager (who I had been in correspondence with after purchasing the car) asking if I'm still in the market for a car.
I wish I would have seen the other bad reviews here before deciding to deal with LB Mitsubishi, as it would have saved me a lot of headaches. They've tainted the excitement of buying a new car and have likely turned me off from ever buying a Mitsubishi again. In short, do yourself a favor and drive a little further to go to a dealer that actually appreciates their customers. This dealership only wants your money and will do anything they can to get it.
horrible services - daniel_jay88
Took my evo in for service. . Picked it up the next day and it was running horrible. . Told service that it didnt run this way when i brought it in.. had to leave it for another day. Came back to learn the car was never touched. . By the end of the day i was able to pick up the car.. only to realize my service engine light was on.. i mention it to service and they wanted me to leave it again for another day. At this point i was mad.. they should have realize this problem before giving back the car.. a mechanic in the service department claim to own a 900hp evo.. come to realize he was the working on my evo.. next day i picked it up.. service light was off but car ran like xxxx! ! The man who claimed he owned a 900hp evo and supposedly did all the work to his evo couldn't find out what the problem was.. untill i looked underneath the car and realize he didn't /forgot to clamp the hose on the front intercooler. . He fixed the problem. . Took it home and on the way home realize my traction light was not working.. it was working before i took it to them.. took it back the following week.. and the man who knew so much about evo's claimed it was because i had one off brand tire.. which made no sense.. i complained that it just might be a fuse.. he continued to tell me that it was that one tire.. so i brought all 4 new tires. . Took it back and he claimed he didnt have time to check the car.. that it would take him about 2 weeks to look at the car because they were backed up.. and they only had that one mechanic who worked on evo's. . Bye this time i took the evo to tuning technology and realize it was just a fuse the entire time.. they laughed when i mentioned what the mechanic told me.. i recent sold my evo.. the service here at this dealer ship sucks! !
