Exceeded My Expectations For Leasing My Acura RDX - Red RDX
I visited Rick Case Acura because I was looking to lease a 2018 RDX. My salesperson was Kimberly and she exceeded my expectations in her knowledge and willingness to deliver great customer service. She provided a proper presentation that allowed me to understand the vehicle's features. I decided to do the lease and then comes the hard part for me and that is the negotiation. Kimberly and the Sales Manager were great to work with and assisted me in getting a good deal.
I picked up my RDX the next day and the process was smooth. I was introduced to my service contact person, the service manager, and the cashier.

Jose, the salesman, was great. He was informative, knowledgeable, honest, great attitude, and seemed genuinely interested in helping us. Also his display of Acura employee awards was impressive and reassuring to me that he knew what he was doing based on his experience and good customer service.

I wanted to test drive the ILX so I stopped in to the Acura of Pembroke Pines showroom on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I was promptly greeted by Ron who has to be THE nicest car salesman I've ever encountered! He was honest, professional and kind throughout the entire experience. I had no intention of making a purchase on the spot but, the sales manager Scott presented me with a deal I could not refuse! After owning my previous car for over 8 years I was a little apprehensive on purchasing a new vehicle but, the team at Acura of Pembroke Pines took great care of me and made the car buying experience actually a pleasant one. I would hands down recommend them to anyone in the market for an Acura. They are lucky to have Ron Comrie on their sales team and I will refer my friends, family and coworkers to him. Great job!

Not only was my problem not fixed (and paid for in full) but the car was in worse shape after it left the garage. They created a drain on my battery. They claimed that the problem was the battery. I purchased a new Acura battery from them and a week later the new battery was dead again. They do not answer phone calls. Ten days with the new battery, the car cannot be boosted. I am still trying to get their attention with no success.
