Service too Expensive - Medi304886
The service advisor was excellent, she follow up and took care of my requests in a very professional way. But the shock came with the amount for the repairs. The diagnostic was a frozen caliper which took me by surprise because only 6 months ago the front brakes were fully serviced with new parts including the calipers. When I did the repairs the cost of the parts were about $370.00 and the labor about $300.00, total $670.00 for the 2 front brakes. You guys quote me $999.00 which is too expensive. I could not justify paying almost $300.00 more than the customary price so I decide to take the losses of my $140.00 diagnostic fee. It was a shame than no negotiation are allow since the car was already in the dealer for repairs.

My wife and I went to several dealers of SUV/Crossover vehicles in the South Florida area looking for the right one at the right price for us. Although price was a major consideration, we didn't want to save money buying a car that was not dependable and safe. Fortunately we found Ronald (Ron) Comrie at Acura of Pembroke Pines. He was professional, knowlegeable, extremely patient and fair with us. We found the car we wanted, and we appreciate the effort he made to help us make the right decisions. When the time came to negotiate a price, we were treated fairly and honestly by Ron and his Sales Manager Dino Liebro. Buying a car has always been a test of endurance for me. Ron made this experience the best it has ever been for me. This is not the first Acura I buy. Actually my son and I have been buying Acuras since 1987. Heck of a car!
