Easy to deal with, no back and forth - vgcmd
This is my 3rd vehicle from this dealer. 2 jeeps and now a Ram 1500 express the first price was actuality very good and close to what was advertised. Just know the advertised price includes a bunch or rebates that you have to qualify for like previous lease with them, military, being a realtor, so expect the price you get to be a bit higher than what’s advertised. That’s a little shady but they all do it. But I got the price pretty close after only one go between with the sales manager. Finance took a long time waiting but it was 830pm and finally we only had to spend about 10 min with finance signing papers. The Ram was delivered nice and clean and all was explained well. I will go back.

He is professional and therefore represents the dealership experience, as a pleasant, I made an appointment with Lou and the purchase only took several hours to complete. Worst Service Dept. - dontgetrammed
A comedy of errors with each trip to service dept. It has only gotten worse since Marko has been there. Not so much the quality of work but everything else.
When the warranty and not so free oil changes run out I will be finding somewhere new. Do not waste your time or money here. Until then it is the closest dealership to home and am starting to enjoy being that difficult customer.

I Contacted MLAM though their online assistant. Told them exactly what car I was interested in (new Jeep), with stock number and possible other cars they have in stock.
Told them I wanted a clear lease, 36mo, 15K year, minimum down and my FICA is at near perfect (gave them my number).
Asked to get back to me with the lease quote.
Also told them I was flying out the next day and I could come that day anytime. I inquired at 8am.
Day goes by, nothing.
Next day Pierry Rossier BDC/Internet Advisor contacts me with a standard reply email as to when I want to come by to check out the car.
I replied within a few hours that I needed to see the lease numbers before I would come by. Its a pure numbers decision.
He does not reply but two days later replies again as to when I will come by.
My reply again, him again and said its a question of what the numbers are. Gave him the details yet again for what I am looking for. He replies: I will work on it right away. That was Wednesday. It takes a few minutes for someone to get a lease quote ready. Plug a few numbers in the computer and you are good. Takes another minute or two to send it over in a quote. Well to date (4 days later) he has not gotten back to me. Clearly no interest in selling a car to me.
They are looking to get their customers in the door so they can up-sell them like they used to in the old days before the internet.
This is the second time this has happened. Same exact thing except last time they sent me a quote but for 10K/year and a higher down payment but on requests for a revised lease they went silent. Despite repeated attempts to get that revised quote from my side.
Well, here you did not just lose a deal, you lost a customer for life.

I went up and orderd three keys for my new van at a cost of $ 550 and a fee to program. My old keys do not work now and Matt Kelly manager told me he can not do anything I should of known to order two keys.. They sold me keys and took away keys. This is unfair treatment. I feel they are the dealer and should of informed me the keys would not work I went to dealer because I wanted professional service. This guy Matt Kelly was very rude to me. Kept saying I will talk when your done talking when I was only asking why his service/sales did not tell me this in the first place. He was out of control and kept saying do not raise your voice to me I was very calm he was out of line.. he said I am not giving you a refund on the keys I don't care if they do not work.. His voice was very load like he was trying to iintimidate m. I just got off the line and called my charge card company. I could of disputed the entire $550 but only want what he took away the orginal keys that don't work now. I should of known better someone told me this dealer ripped them off and put a computer in a van

I bought my Jeep last September, took it back two weeks later for a USB port that never worked. They kept it for three days, didn't provide me with a car, and when I went to pick the car up, the USB port still didn't work. They asked me to wait 10 minutes, and it worked after that, but it turns out they replaced my radio and killed my SiriusXM radio subscription in the process.
Fast forward to yesterday. I called them for two hours, nobody answered the phone in the service department. I finally got through around 10:30am, and my service advisor, Eric said he would call me and let me know what was wrong with my Jeep. He didn't call me, and I spent about an hour on hold at the end of the day only to find out they hadn't worked on my Jeep at all. They were supposed to diagnose the issue today and get in touch with me, but not surprisingly, nobody has contacted me.
