My husband bought a truck over a month ago and we found out they still haven’t locked in financing for him is frustrating. My husband has great credit and our trade in was a beautiful Tacoma with thousands in upgrades.
Their sales manager Peter, was rude the one time I spoke to him, told me my husband lied about his payoff, even when we have text messages between him and Peter speaking about the correct pay off amount, I confronted him on failing to do his job as a sales manager by confirming the payoff with the bank and getting a “10 day pay off” but this dealership must like working deals xxx backwards because he then raised his voice to me and said that I’m getting no where with my complaints and to have my husband call to address the issues, then to top it all off he hung up on me.
We also have a post of them selling our trade on their website a week after we thought we had a done deal with them. Instead of paying off our vehicle at the agreed upon payoff amount through text message, Peter being the stand up guy that he is messed up on our contracts, (which we still haven’t gotten copies of) and put a lesser amount of $3k and now wants us to put an additional $3k down out of our pockets and told my husband our Tacoma is already in Nicaragua!!!!
Needless to say we are left with no choice, but to get officers involved. All we want is our trade in back, but god only knows where it’s at and how it’s been driven these past 3 weeks... save yourself a lawyer bill and dealing with cops and go see a real dealership that can own up to their mistakes.

I set my appointment with Ted Lazzell in the Service department, as I always do. The scheduled work was performed promptly and well. Ted is always kind to me and thorough with the maintenance to my 2012 Chrysler 300. Massey is the only dealership where I will have work done on my car, and Ted is a major component in that decision. I have had work done at another dealership closer to my home and it did not turn out well at all! Ted always has time to talk to me and go over my concerns. He is very knowledgeable with the repair work and servicing requirements. His calm demeanor and courtesy keep me coming back to him as my car care representative. Brian is my go-to service guy when Ted is not available. Thank you.

I bought a $36000 used vehicle on 2/25/17 that the finance manager Jefferson Torres said was inspected and had a CPO warranty. I did not read through every single paper in the 1 inch stack that they gave me to sign. Yes that was dumb of me. I don’t think many would. But here’s what the manager said and gave me a paper: with this paper you can go to any Chrysler dealership and have it fixed under the CPO warranty for another 100k miles. It took a year before the vehicle broke down. Long story short... there was no warranty. They lied. I paid out of my pocket. I called the dealership they said they don’t even participate in the CPO(certified pre-owned) program because it’s too expensive. I called FCA and complained. This is screwed up guys. I will not stop leaving bad reviews until that place goes out of business or until the owner of the company calls me in person and settles it down. I went up and orderd three keys for my new van at a cost of $ 550 and a fee to program. My old keys do not work now and Matt Kelly manager told me he can not do anything I should of known to order two keys.. They sold me keys and took away keys. This is unfair treatment. I feel they are the dealer and should of informed me the keys would not work I went to dealer because I wanted professional service. This guy Matt Kelly was very rude to me. Kept saying I will talk when your done talking when I was only asking why his service/sales did not tell me this in the first place. He was out of control and kept saying do not raise your voice to me I was very calm he was out of line.. he said I am not giving you a refund on the keys I don't care if they do not work.. His voice was very load like he was trying to iintimidate m. I just got off the line and called my charge card company. I could of disputed the entire $550 but only want what he took away the orginal keys that don't work now. I should of known better someone told me this dealer ripped them off and put a computer in a van
SERVICE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - jcat15
A Jeep Owner for more than 2 decades, worth NOTHING! There is something that must be done immediately here ASAP. I took my car to have an oil leak checked, after $650, a repair was done. I did not use my car for a week, and when I started using the airbag light comes up, and the oil leak. Take back to the dealer, they said they will check, Service Director provided a loaner. I called many many times, to find out what happened to my car, because NO ONE provided feedback, IT TOOK THEM 3 WEEKS TO "FIX" (I HOPE IS DONE) a part that cost $5.80, but since I have extended warranty I paid $150. BUT THE INTERESTING FACT IS THAT THEY DID NOT CALL ME WHEN "IT WAS READY" I CALLED THEM SO MANY TIMES THAT THE SERVICE REP TOLD ME TO GO PICK IT UP. I WAITED FOR 2 HOURS (APPROX) TO GET MY CAR, AS SOON AS I GET INTO MY CAR, GUESS WHAT??? THE AIRBAG LIGHT WAS STILL ON!!!! Director of Service, Michael, wasn't not please and provided assistance, (KUDOS TO HIM) told me to leave the car and gave me the loaner back.
After 3.5 weeks of my car being in their possession, my car was delivered yesterday. TO MY SURPRISE, WHEN I DROVE AT NIGHT THE HEADLIGHTS DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, BUT THEY WERE BEFORE I TOOK MY CAR TO THIS PLACE.
ON MY WAY THERE TODAY AGAIN... LET'S SEE HOW LONG ARE THEY WILL TAKE THIS TIME.
I WILL APPRECIATE A CALL FROM THE HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS PLACE AS WELL AS BROWARD DIRECTOR OF SERVICE.

had a terrible experience at this dealership. I went in looking for a used car the sales rep i worked with played out the "used car salesmen" negative stereotype perfectly. I did end up buying the car and have regered it everyday for the past 2 years. Service after the sales was even worse.. They car only had 15K miles on it when i got it and 30K when i finally got rid of it. I had major mechanical problems with the car. The dealership was Extremely SLOW to make any repair and always had some excuse for any issues that came up. I was also next to impossible to get someone to pick up the phone and make an appointment.. I advise that you run far away form this place..
