I was very impressed with the experience I had with Ellison my sales consultant. He taught me a lot about the Jeep Wrangler I was buying and the options available, making my decision a much more educated one. John the finance manager walked me through the various protection warranties that I could take advantage of so that I could make the right choice. The process ended with Mark who'm I'm met a few times with other purchases at Arrigo Sawgrass. It's always a great experience finishing what is typically a not so fun experience with people that go out of there way to make the experience a good one. Thanks to everyone involved in my purchase!

I recently, purchased a brand new 2019, Dodge Ram Rebel, with the help of, Ryan Bistranin. In all my years, I have never met a more helpful or more knowledgeable Sales Rep. Since, the 2019 Rebel's are so new, Ryan was able to custom build my truck directly from the factory. I cannot wait for it to be done being built to take delivery. Ryan, regularly, contacts me with updates on its construction status. I would, with-out a doubt, refer, Dadeland Dodge to my family and friends and more specifically, I would insist that they talk with, Ryan. He is the best!

We purchased a Pacifica last Saturday. Our salesman, Michael Lopez, took us on a test drive of the model we were considering and then showed us some other vehicles with different features. He was very knowledgeable of the different features and how they worked and eventually we decided on a Limited. He kept it as brief as possible since we had two children with us. Overall this was the best and painless experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle.

I went up and orderd three keys for my new van at a cost of $ 550 and a fee to program. My old keys do not work now and Matt Kelly manager told me he can not do anything I should of known to order two keys.. They sold me keys and took away keys. This is unfair treatment. I feel they are the dealer and should of informed me the keys would not work I went to dealer because I wanted professional service. This guy Matt Kelly was very rude to me. Kept saying I will talk when your done talking when I was only asking why his service/sales did not tell me this in the first place. He was out of control and kept saying do not raise your voice to me I was very calm he was out of line.. he said I am not giving you a refund on the keys I don't care if they do not work.. His voice was very load like he was trying to iintimidate m. I just got off the line and called my charge card company. I could of disputed the entire $550 but only want what he took away the orginal keys that don't work now. I should of known better someone told me this dealer ripped them off and put a computer in a van

Made an appointment for service. 2 days later, my car still hasn't been diagnosed. It's a mission to contact anyone in that department. The fact that it took 2 1/2 days to get a diagnosis on the car is not acceptable. Parts need to be ordered that's another couple of days. Then, the time it takes to do the repair. However, on a positive note, after the 2nd day, I came in contact with another advisor, Melissa, who was very helpful and handled my problem immediately.

had a terrible experience at this dealership. I went in looking for a used car the sales rep i worked with played out the "used car salesmen" negative stereotype perfectly. I did end up buying the car and have regered it everyday for the past 2 years. Service after the sales was even worse.. They car only had 15K miles on it when i got it and 30K when i finally got rid of it. I had major mechanical problems with the car. The dealership was Extremely SLOW to make any repair and always had some excuse for any issues that came up. I was also next to impossible to get someone to pick up the phone and make an appointment.. I advise that you run far away form this place..
