The facility itself is first class. Had an appointment and our sales representative met us as we walked up to the reception desk. The car we were interested in was already in front. Elison, or rep, was extremely personable and knew everything about the vehicle. The "negotiations" were fair, simple, and easy. We received a good price for our trade-in and paid a fair price for the 2018 Jeep Summit. We walked away satisfied and happy.

We went into the dealership after first going to a few other ones. Immediately we were greeted by Emilio and he was eager to work with us. As a sales person myself, he first began asking what OUR needs were instead of just trying to sale us everything and anything. I appreciated that. The whole sales process was seamless and they really cared to work with us. Great customer service. Only thing I would change would be to have a nice customer waiting lounge or more attention to detail with dealership amenities but that is no ones fault.
Emilio went above and beyond for us and treated us like family. One of the friendliest and caring salesman I have encountered in a while. I will definitely send friends his way.

Worse experience I have ever had. My car had a blown head gasket and was still under warranty. They said they had to charge $700 diagnostic !!!!! It was determined by another Dodge dealer that it was a head gasket already....$700 diagnostic on a dodge is never heard off...it took me and a rep from Dodge factory over 10 days to get a hold of service. They had the car for over 40 days and never made an effort to reach out to us. Call the service dept and you will see that getting a hold of us president is way easier. GM Alfredo is a Joke, his service manager runs the show not him..he couldnt do nothing...STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS THEY TRY HARD TO RIP YOU OFF EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE A WARRANTY....THIEVES!!!!

had a terrible experience at this dealership. I went in looking for a used car the sales rep i worked with played out the "used car salesmen" negative stereotype perfectly. I did end up buying the car and have regered it everyday for the past 2 years. Service after the sales was even worse.. They car only had 15K miles on it when i got it and 30K when i finally got rid of it. I had major mechanical problems with the car. The dealership was Extremely SLOW to make any repair and always had some excuse for any issues that came up. I was also next to impossible to get someone to pick up the phone and make an appointment.. I advise that you run far away form this place..
