Between Kenny Carter selling us three GM vehicles and Wayne Quik servicing them. It doesn’t get better than that truly. Always helpful, always friendly and always on time...Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've known Benny for over 20 years. He has taken great care of my car. He's always courteous, polite, and always does exactly what he says he will do. Even though there is another dealer closer to my home I go out of my way to take my car to Benny. I always trust him when he tells me what's wrong with my vehicle.
Top notch Service Advisor & Mechanic - Dually Personality
Michael Crato, my Service Advisor and Kenny, my mechanic, are the only ones I'd trust my GMC Sierra 3500 diesel with. They are honest and professional. Pricing has always been fair. They'll even work with you if some prices are too high.
Outstanding dealer - Mel Mann
My family has done business with Williamson for over 25 years. Every car purchased or leased has been great. Our “go to guy” has always been Mike Penn. He really delivers. Great prices and exceptional service.
Around our house, when it comes to getting a new car, the only thing my wife says is: “I want anything that I can get from Williamson”.
The service department is amazing and Skip Moosang has always taken great care of us.
I highly recommend Williamson Motors.
Suspicious cover up - Patricia Daniels
Had damage to right front door. Job done beautifully!!,received my car back in two days. Work sheet indicated right side passenger side. When I picked up my car on 11/28/17, back fender was damaged. I'm sure this was done at the body shop but I can't prove it. I think work sheet was changed when I left. Wish I made a copy indicating circled work to be done. I place my wallet in truck each morning and I would have seen this damage below the trunk. But its my world against the company. I should have walked around my car before leaving it. Work done at 21400 NW 2nd Ave, Miami Gardens Florida 33169 on 11/27/17 with Gaby. Other than this mishap I will always bring my damaged car to Lehman. But I learned a costly and valuable lesson. Ask for a copy with circled work on areas of your car. And do your walk around yourself. Now I have to make another costly appointment to get the area below the trunk repaired

I highly regret purchasing my car from this dealership.... - angel99mm
I highly regret purchasing my car from this dealership. The vehicle I wanted was limited and hard to come by. I wish I had bought a car from out of state and had it shipped to me instead. If I had done more research ahead of time, I would have seen this dealership has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. The following is a very broad overview of my experience.
I purchased my vehicle (a 2009 Pontiac Solstice Coupe GXP) at the end of September 2009. During the course of several visits, we had a lot of conversations about the vehicle and features. I was advised by one of my 2 salesmen that the vehicles price was starting at $10,000 over MSRP because it had an upgraded package that included a paint protectant. He described it as an upgraded clear coat/top coat that would help the paint life. He told me all 3 of the Solstice Coupes they had on the lot had the upgrade, and gave me the impression it was already ON the car.
During the course of negotiations, the price was worked down to only a couple thousand over MSRP. At no time during the conversation was I advised any features were being removed from the car/package.
Several months later I became unhappy with the way the paint was holding up. I contacted the dealership to find out what company did the paint protectant so that I could see if it had a warranty. After several phone calls I received the information that I had factory paint--there was no paint protectant. At that point the salesman and one of the sales managers were telling me there was never any mention of a paint protectant to their knowledge. After several visits and many long, heated discussions, they looked at my car and said it was normal wear and tear so could not be warrantied by Pontiac, either.
I filed a complaint with GM directly. The dealership's story then changed. Now they are saying I would have received a paint protectant if I had paid $10,000 over MSRP, but since I only paid a few thousand over, they had to "remove" features during negotiation. This is different than their first story and this was never discussed during any of my visits prior to purchasing.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. When I have been able to speak with someone at the dealership, they are unable to give me any straight answers and usually have to put me on hold for awhile or call me back with their response. I feel their customer service level is way below satisfactory. I am not happy with the end result, I would not recommend this dealership, and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
