I had been watching online for a low mileage Buick Regal GS to pop up locally and finally located one at Lauderdale Infiniti off Sunrise Blvd. It was priced to move so I jumped on it. Upon arrival unannounced, I perused the lot and found a Q50 that caught my eye as well and once I drove both automobiles, throughout the process of deciding which one I wanted to go with, my salesman, Juan and Chris, from F&I, were patient and accommodating to my exact questions and needs. I was under absolutely no pressure to go with the "house" brand and ultimately decided on the rather rare, Regal GS (though the Infiniti Q50 is one helluva ride as well) and I packaged a nice, five-year, bumper to bumper warranty on what already was a low mileage trade-in. Absolutely top notch experience and this is coming from someone who has purchased more than 30 cars since the age of 17. Everyone...from the sales staff to service, treated me like I had just purchased a 2019 Infiniti and not a pre-owned Buick. Their selection of low-mileage pre-owned vehicles is about as good as it gets and I encourage anyone looking for a higher-end, gently owned pre-owned automobile to visit Lauderdale Infiniti and speak to Juan, who will guide you into a great ride. Now, if you're looking for a new Infiniti, you'll be at the right place as well. Their selection is huge. Five stars all the way with this dealership. Thanks fellas!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about the service department at Infiniti of Coral Gables, especially Javier Torres. He was honest, attentive, and patient in explaining each set of the process in a manner that I could understand.
Upon making my appointment for service, I was assured that a loaner car would be available to me and I received a text message to confirm with all of the details. (The text was quick, to the point, with all of the pertinent details for the appointment without disrupting my work day with multiple phone calls.) Javier was waiting for me and was more than prepared for our appointment, which made the process timely and efficient.
He explained what the expectations were for service and that my car would be cleaned upon return. Javier proceeded to inform me of all that Infiniti of Coral Gables had to offer their clients: nail appointments, beverages, a comfortable waiting area, car detailing. I felt extremely valued as a client!
While Javier had my car, (and I had an amazing loaner), I received a text informing me exactly what service was provided to my car and the cost. There were no surprises upon returning the loaner and receiving my car. The payment process was quick and efficient. I truly felt appreciated.
I HIGHLY recommend Infiniti of Coral Gables, especially Javier Torres. You will not be disappointed.
I will only go here going forward and can't wait for my next car purchase!

I moved to Florida about 3 months ago and was concerned about where I should take my car for service. In the state that I used to live in, I used the dealership where I bought my Infiniti and was always pleased.
In my new home, I chose to use a dealership and had the choice of two Infiniti dealerships and chose to go to the one in Coconut Creek. What a great decision!! Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very nice person who set me up with a very friendly and professional service representative, Steve Bussius. Steve has been wonderful! Very caring and understanding, and professional of course. I needed new tires and he found a special that he could honor which saved me the cost of one tire as the special was buy 3, get the 4th for $1.
I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend this dealership. Their employees are very friendly and professional and provide great customer service. I won't go anywhere else.
Worst Service Department EVER - BeWarm
I have to admit...I am a little torn about my review. I bought my used Infiniti Q50 about a year ago and the sales department was great, especially Juan. I did not feel pressured. In fact, I felt supported.
Now for the service department. Because of the service department, I will NEVER go to South Motors Infiniti again. Furthermore, I will warn everyone to NOT go to South Motors Infiniti for service. They were the rudest and most unprofessional workers that I had ever encountered.
Let's start with the first time I took my car in for service. I had made an appointment and was assured that I would have a loaner car available to me. That did not happen. On the same visit, they attempted to charge me for an oil change that was supposed to be free for two times within one year since I bought my car there. Instead of the service team trying to resolve my concern, they left it to me to walk over to the sales department for proof that I purchased my car at the dealership. (Come to think about it, I was met with the same annoying inconvenience When the battery in both my FOBs failed within one month of purchasing the car. They wanted to change me and I needed to address my concerns with the sales manager before they would waive the charges.)
Now comes to my FINAL experience with the service department. I left messages 5 different times to try making a service department before I actually spoke with a live person. I was advised that Julio Lopez would be my service coordinator and he would call me back. (I had no idea who Julio was and was already becoming annoyed since he was one of the people that I had left a message for.) Someone else called me on Monday am, while I was at work, to make arrangements for a service appointment and to ensure I would have a loaner car available to me for Tuesday evening, (for Wednesday service). I received an email and text confirmation appointment for the wrong time! At the end of the day, I was called again by the service department to confirm the appointment. I explained that the confirmation email and text and email had the wrong appointment time. The representative said that would be a problem and I would be called back. I was contacted 5 times different times at work just to set the appointment! It was beyond disruptive and annoying,
The day of the appointment I needed to leave work early in order to meet their strict appointment time, which was more than an hour before the service department closed. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time to only be told that I needed to wait. This did not make sense since there were several other service coordinators standing outside and I was the only one waiting. I was told no one else would be able to assist me and I would need to wait. After waiting over 20 minutes I was told it would still be another 30 minutes or so and no one else would be able to assist me.
South Motors Infiniti does not respect or value its customers. I felt so disrespected watching all of these employees standing around the service department, not with customers, refusing to assist. It is wonderful that the one service advisor that was with a customer was taking the time to provide service to his client. However, I did not feel my patronage or time was valued or respected.
I finally left and vowed never to return! I caution others not to use their service department too! They are not customer friendly at all.
