I was a devout Cadillac owner for over 20 years. Recently my son purchased an Infiniti, my wife followed suit, and when my lease was up, I entertained the option of an Infiniti. The attention we previously received at Warren Henry prompted us to return there. The right vehicle was found with the help of this ONE MAN, a mutually agreeable price was found with the help of this ONE MAN, and my new car was delivered by Angel with the help of this ONE MAN. Despite a minor difference between the internet listing and the vehicle, I was happy with the purchase. I had the unfortunate luck of almost being involved in a traffic crash in my new Infiniti. Thankfully I avoided the collision, but in doing so scratched and dented the rims. This is where the sour taste began to build in my mouth in regards to Warren Henry.
The vehicle came with rim repair coverage. I was given an appointment for a Saturday to get them fixed. When arriving at the dealership, it was the wrong Saturday, but despite this, I was told rim repairs were not done on Saturdays and I would be contacted to schedule an appointment during the appropriate day of the week. I never received the call. I attempted to reach out numerous times, and every time I did I was greeted with "thank you for calling Warren Henry, may I place you on hold?" "CLICK". On hold. No wait for an acknowledgment or anything. At one point I ended up being transferred to the Jaguar dealership next door. I received two subsequent service appointment update emails, for alignment, on a Saturday. I contacted the person listed on the email who proceeded to explain the company who repairs the rims had to be contacted, photos and an explanation provided, and it would be best if I did it all myself. Now coming from a dealership where service was paramount, I was almost at wits end, ready to return the vehicle.
I reached out to this ONE MAN and explained the situation. He took it upon himself; like Atlas with the world on his shoulders, to get the issue resolved. He stated he would have my car picked up; by one of his own employees if need be, and take care of everything. Sure enough, the next day my vehicle was picked up and the issues taken care of.
By now you're asking yourself, "who is this ONE MAN?" The savior of this deal, the restorer of my satisfaction with Warren Henry, the Atlas of Warren Henry Inifiniti is none other than Sergio Soto. My gratitude and appreciation go out to him, and I hope all employees there can take a page from Sergio's customer service book.

It's not often that I would take the time to write about a car salesperson, but I think in this case it is warranted. I have been dealing with Brian Shiner for about a decade now, and have leased three cars from him, a G37 coupe, Q50 and a Q60. I find that Brian really works with his customers when it comes to fulfilling their needs. He is fair on the pricing, not pushy, and knows which model suits a certain personality. He's always in a good mood, and tends to spread his cheer and joviality to his peers and client base. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him, and the dealership to anyone who is interested in a great brand of automobile such as Infiniti.
Simple service of tire rotation and oil change disaster - suburban25
After making an appointment, it took them over three hours to rotate the tires and change the oil. Worst service ever. They never found the leak and still charged for the tire rotation.
Dont use them.
