HER SKILLS SAVED ME THOUSANDS...LITERALLY. I SHOPPED AROUND FROM PALM BEACH TO SOUTH MIAMI AND MY BEST DEAL WAS RIGHT HERE IN FRONT OF MY NOSE. THANKS, AND HATS OFF FOR THE GREAT SERVICE FROM HIZNARDO MY SERVICE ADVISOR THAT STEERED ME BACK INTO A NEW MINI AFTER SPOILING ME WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAKING IT UNTHINKABLE TO DRIVE ANYTHING ELSE. Awful sales experience - Jacob Williams
From the moment we arrived we walked for 10-15 minutes before Maria approached us. Her general attitude was apathetic as she clicked her nails on the paint of every vehicle she showed us. She never offered a test drive but we new what we wanted so we went in to look at numbers. I want to start by saying we have leased everything from Audi to the Range Rover we pulled up in, and I have never experienced such an unprofessional, and rude salesperson in my life. At first, a really friendly woman named Amanda came over to discuss what deals she could make and she was really nice to speak with. However,as negotiating went on with Maria, we walked away to do some simple calculations only to come back and be told that the math we were doing was wrong. I asked if she could show me another way that I wasn't leasing a vehicle for nearly 3/4 what it would cost to buy it when she snatched the paper away and flat out told us "this vehicle obviously isn't for you." Her demeanor was so off-putting that we gladly left. Funny thing is, we went to Braman West Palm MINI, who gave us a far better deal on a vehicle with more options. The numbers that offended this salesperson ended up being beaten by nearly $20/month payment and with more miles added. Stay away from this dealership, and if you must go, please go right to Amanda who in no way should be included in my negative experience!

I accidentally left my sunglasses in the car. When I picked up the car my sunglasses were no longer in the car. Yes they say to take your belongings but if you leave something behind it should still be there when you get back if you are dealing with a reputable company.
