Words cannot describe how amazing Jodi was throughout the process of getting my lease. The very first call with her she was extremely informative, she was able to beat the first deal I got from another dealership, and she created an exceptional experience by sending me pictures of my car and answering all my questions before I stepped foot into the dealership. She expedited the entire process as well so that when I arrived at the dealership all I had to do was sign all the paperwork and drive with my amazing car. She even went above and beyond to show me every single detail and feature in my car before I took the car off the lot. I am truly amazed, grateful, and happy to have experienced exceptional service from Jodi. I will definitely recommend her to anyone!!

I was in the market for a new car and had never bought a Mazda- cx 5. The sales people were excellent from start to finish. I felt really comfortable with the whole process and would highly recommend this dealership. I was not happy with their insurance department. The broker did not answer any questions about the policy and I had to call my insurance company afterwards. She didn't really seem to care about her job.
Other than that i would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a mazda.

I prearranged via the phone with Michael Armenteros for a 14,200 oil change for my CX-5. This initial call was amazingly great. Michael is a special individual in this profession. I actually looked forward to having my car serviced.
My appointment was today (2/14/2018)@ 11AM. Michael greeted me and immediately introduced me to Andy Wehmeyer, and detailed to him what we had discussed. Andy escorted me to the waiting area (a really comfortable and beautiful area with an immaculate eating feature). The rest rooms are immediately accessible.
My car was ready by 12:30PM, with oil and filter change and tire rotation and balance completed, To top-off my happy visit, my car was washed and looking great!

The cars we have purchased have rarely needed repair other than regular maintenance but when we have had occasion to use the service department, they go above and beyond to ensure we are helped in a timely fashion and that all concerns were thoroughly addressed and resolved. We have purchased two used vehicles and most recently a new Mazda from Lou Bachrodt Mazda. Every contact we have had from reception, car sales, finance and service has been outstanding. We will continue to purchase and service our vehicles from Lou Bachrodt Mazda and would recommend them to others.

Liars who are disrespectful! - Angrybut never again
They put my wife in a lease for a $27,000 car for $4,200 down and $538 a month. How is that possible you ask, I don’t know because they refused to talk to me about it. (At first) So, after entering the dealership I ask to speak to the manager, then I ask him if we could go over the deal he made with my wife. I never gave him my name or the name of my wife. He asks if I’m on the new deal, when I say no, he then tells me he can not discuss the new deal with me. Now, I’m on the car that was traded in and the bank account the payment came out of, but he tries to tell me he can’t discuss it with me. I say ok and leave. About a mile down the road, I get a phone call asking to speak to my wife. REMEMBER, I never gave him my name or my wife’s name, how did he know who to call? So again I ask him how he justifies that much xxxxing money on a lease? He asks me not to cuss, I apologize and we proceed to have a back and forth where he tells me I’m talking out of my xxx and I don’t know what the xxxx I’m talking about. So, apparently it’s ok for the sales manager( General Managers brother) to cuss at a customer who has bout 4 consecutive cars from them. Additionally, I guess it be against the law to speak to me about the deal was another complete lie (he spouted # after #. Furthermore, how in the xxxx did he know who to call, oh yeah, it’s not that often you get over on someone that bad. BE CAREFUL, these people are out to get every last dollar you have and will then treat and talk to you like a piece of garbage afterwards. Don’t you think they would have been eager to talk to me about the great deal they made my wife if it really was one? xxxxxxxx! It’s not just me, look at all their reviews.
