When I called I asked for the salesperson of the year? Some guy named Jeff got on the line, asked him if he was a great salesperson, replied he worked for Mercedes for 15 years. Then in a grating tone...what do you want?? Told him what car and vin number I was looking at, he called back said sorry it was sold. OK. .........Next question from a GREAT salesperson, I have other vehicles that you might be interested in!, or anything in particular you are looking for? If I get something similar in, can I call you? etc etc. Noooo just goodbye

They need only your money. You are only a number for them. I have never seen such a disrespectful people. They call you to pick up you car at the last minute No consideration where you at right now.
Nobody knows what is going on with your car at Collision Center. Never stay on schedule.
