BUYERS BEWARE OF SERVICE HERE. I refuse to give them even 1 star, I only had to because it wouldn't let me post. I took my car in for service on a Saturday, drove home, and when I was going out for dinner that day my wife noticed that the car had been crashed, I called left them a message, because they were closed, never got a call returned, called back Monday when they were open, was told I needed to speak with the Service Manager Todd Banks and that he would call me back. Long story short, Todd said that they would not take care of the damage to my car basically because I drove it away without overlooking the car. He NEVER looked at their video, this dealer cares noting about their customers. BUYERS BEWARE OF SERVICE HERE.
Tried to get us to pay for services not needed - BZ
We needed an oil change for our 2013 GL 450. Service advisor called us and said we needed 2 rear tires, cost over $700, alignment, over $200, and brake pads and rotors, over $900. Since I had just put 2 new tires on the front 3 weeks ago and had it aligned I knew something was fishy. I also knew the back tires were ok because I measured them myself! We has a mechanic look at our brakes and rotors. 80% in the back and 60% in the front. No problems! To say they were going to rip me off is an understatement. Beware as car sales must be soft!
worst service ever - Andres
Our new car did a double spin in the road, yes 360 degrees circle while riding at 45 mph.
We took the car to the dealer and after 2 days they said everything is fine. Later the car did the same and for the second time they said there's nothing wrong.
We took it to a different dealer and there they said at a first glance that the front wheels needed alignment. ALIGNMENT!
Now it is corrected. Mercedes Benz Fort Lauderdale sucks.

I received a letter about replacement of the recalled airbags, so I made an appointment and before I left my house I called the service department asking them to check to make sure that they indeed have the parts available to perform the replacement for my specific car (gave them the VIN of my car, too), they checked and called back and said "yes, please come over". I went and they told me they didn't have the parts. Then they said they will order the parts and call me back on Tuesday, of course no call back at all. I am about to buy a new mercedes within a year, and now I know I am not buying from this dealership. Very disappointed.
