Bought a used car - Dave V
Buying a car from Hudson Chevrolet was a great experience. Working with my salesman Ricky, he was kind polite and very attentive. It seems sales and service work very well together at this dealership along with the parts department. Hudson Chevrolet is all about a team effort.
Purchase of Used Vehicle - JustAJohnson
Snell has been great. My father and I both bought our vehicles from Snell. Brian Holmen was the sales associate both times and his custoner service is impeccable. I had to finance my vehicle, and with the help of Grant, for the pre approval, and Reid for the financing, the process could not have been smoother. Great business, in both quality in care, and efficiency.

New Acadia Valley Buick GMC - Happy Driver
I didn’t want to trade in my Ridgeline, but my husband said it was time. I reviewed vehicles and local dealerships online and in person.
I walked in lost and was greeted by “the Finance Guy” his words, and guided to Morgan Sargeson. She is professional and friendly. Morgan is the only salesperson I encountered at 4 dealerships who actually acted as though she were going to sell me a vehicle! Morgan listened, asked questions and searched for vehicles that were appropriate answers to my needs and dreams. She encouraged me to test drive an Acadia and Terrain. We talked about colors AND equipment. Morgan made the effort to connect with me, get my information and contact me. She answered important questions and silly questions and has made clear she will continue to be available for questions and comments. She never gave up but never made me or my husband feel pressured to purchase. Morgan always appeared honest, forthcoming and sincere.
When we finally decided and made the leap, Morgan and “the finance guy” stayed late to make sure our financing cleared so we could drive home and leave on vacation in our new Acadia on a Saturday night.
Valley Buick GMC has a clear direct website that does not have any gimmicky portions requiring you provide information to get pricing or vehicle data.
I felt comfortable and secure in my decision.
Service and Purchase of a new vehicle. - ChevyBuyer
They made us, (my wife and me), feel like long time friends. Their Service Department staff were great when we brought in our old vehicle for repairs, getting us in on the 4th of July weekend. That's why we decided to look at new vehicles there and were lucky enough to meet Mike and Kelli. Congrats to Brandl for their excellent selection of personnel. We love the new Equinox.
Great Service & Sales everytime - Enviro-Dyne
The service department is the best in the tristate area. I would recommend calling Jeff or Bob to schedule any of your service needs today!
Excellent and fun! They seem very knowledgeable - Joan Engstrom
They made it an enjoyable experience for us. They gave us all the options to make our purchase what we wanted. The one thing I liked was that they were not pushy about buying extras. I would go back and buy again anytime!
Great Experience - Happy Grandma
I think Mike Gaydos is the best. I have been driving 2001 vehicle for 15 yrs so I knew nothing about Vehicle technology for year 2016. Mike spent at least 1 1/2 hours showing me how everything works and he made sure i knew how to operate everything in my car before i left the lot. I Love my Chevy Malibu and will recommend family and friends to shop at Whitaker, I left knowing that if i had any problems or questions Mike and the service center would be there to help me. My experience with Steve in financing was very informative and went smooth and quick.
Great staff and great service!! - Jamieagu22
Great experience buying my beautiful new car from you guys! John Gosewich was great! He was very friendly and gave us a great deal! We are very happy with our purchase. I will definitely be recommending you guys to anyone I know who I looking for a car! Thanks for making my car shopping experience easy and stress free!!
Friendly and helpful - Jen K.
These individuals are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Thomas was helpful as always when dropping the car off for oil change, new tires and brake pads just in time for winter. They were able to get me a rental for the day as my 2 year old had lost patience after 1 hour at the dealership. Everything went smoothly! Thank you Luther!! I will never go to another dealership as long as I'm in Minnesota:)
Oil change and minor warranty work - T Hay
I needed to have the oil changed in the vehicle and with Kruse's Free Oil for Life on vehicle sales, there is no reason not to use them. I was also having a minor issue with the alignment of the headlights and they quickly checked and adjusted them for me.
Customer Service? HELLO - Fords4me
With all of the places to buy a car you think there would be an urgency to make sure the customer was happy, especially when it is small issue for the dealer and quite frankly their fault.
Taking used cars out for test drives one notices that the floor mats are replaced with plastic to protect the mats from getting dirty during test drives, this is a good idea.
I was told some really obvious things like "the bed is in really condition" the side mirrors have turn signals in them" "the truck is really clean". I can see all of that with my own eyes, I was never told one negative thing, normal for car sales people. One is left to find the negatives on their own, again, normal car sales stuff. Here is the problem they took the floor mats out, normal, and when I took delivery on the vehicle there were no floor mats. Salesman was of no help, again pointed out a positive. Called the sales manager, ended up being the new car sales manager, he was not willing to find a solution. I ordered new floor mats online knowing they were not going provide me a solution. Called the used car manager and no real solution offered. I suggested some free oil changes to make things right, he was appalled at the suggestion. Left message with the GM but I am not holding my breath. Something as simple as finding a way to make the customer happy and they fail!!!! They didn’t even attempt to find a solution. !!WOW!!
Great Customer Service - Doug
Dave Middleton was great! The time he took to show every detail was amazing. He made sure my bluetooth, onstar, and the GM app were working properly before I left. Very thorough and sincere. Have to admit this was one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences ever!
Awesome!!! - Aschroeder
I needed a new car. The one I had was on it's way to the junkyard. I kinda knew what I was looking for, but had no real idea. But with the help of Keegan Blehm I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I had such a good experience.
Sold a truck out from under me - Brad
I attempted to purchase a low miles Dodge pickup today. I contacted Harry Brown's dealership online last night and followed up with a phone call this morning. I talked with Halie and then was handed off to Sean. I offered to put down a deposit. I was told that was not necessary. He would have the car washed and the paperwork ready for me at 7 pm when my son and I would be arriving after a 4-hour drive from northern Minnesota.
Just before 3 pm when we would be leaving our house, I get a call from the dealership informing me that someone would be arriving in 30 minutes to test drive the truck. I asked how that could be as I had already agreed to buy the truck and we were just leaving to come and get it. I was told that I would have to wait until after the 3 scheduled test drives scheduled for today. There was nothing scheduled when I called in earlier that morning.
I spoke with two different managers who said there was nothing they could do. They said that they don't hold vehicles and it's first-come-first-served. I told him I wasn't coming to test drive the vehicle. I was coming to purchase the vehicle. He said I should have put down a deposit and a purchase agreement. I told him the sales guy said I was good. If I needed to fill out the paperwork, then send it over and I would fill it out right away and we would then hit the road. The manager declined.
We went around a couple of more times with him claiming that I was coming to test drive and he wouldn't hold it. I corrected him each time saying that I was purchasing the vehicle and to get me the paperwork as necessary and I would be happy to prepay for the vehicle over the phone with a credit card or money transfer. He declined and said it would be whoever came there first and made the purchase.
He asked if I wanted him to call me back if the folks test driving decided not to purchase. I told him not to bother as I didn't want to do business with someone that conducted his business in this way. He offered no solutions to a mistake made by the sales staff. I would not recommend this dealership.
They failed to detect a failing transmission - Rocky
Bought a new GMC pickup which managed to have some drivetrain problems at 60K. Their Service dept did not find anything. Then just past the 70K warranty mark the transmission failed and had to be serviced by another dealer at full price.
Very disappointed in car purchase - baxtermac
I purchased a 2014 Yukon from Davis Motors. When I first looked at the vehicle and said I would purchase it, they promised to clean it up. I pointed put where it needed to be detailed and they assured me it would be done. Because the carpets were covered with white paper when I did pick it up and I failed to look it over carefully, this is partially my fault. I would have walked away from this deal had I looked closer. I am used to dealing with Mills GM in Baxter, MN and used vehicles are spotless and anything promised is done. Not so with Davis. Nothing had been done except it looks like it was run through a car wash before delivery. The carpets were awful. When photos were sent to the salesman and the owner, they made no reply. No detail work had been done. Be very careful because they will promise anything and do nothing as far as I can see. I will never deal here again.
Misrepresented the condition of a used vehicle. - GrandSlambert
I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me.
I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.
Incompetent and awful customer service!! Last year they... - cncbill
Incompetent and awful customer service!! Last year they installed my Summer tires & wheels. Like many Summer tires the rear wheels are wider than the front. They installed them wrong! Big wide tires sticking past the fenders in front and skinny recessed tires in the rear. So simple, so obvious and so inexcusable! Duh!!
Another time I brought in a car and less than 1 month after having an entirely new front end installed (all new control arms, ball joints, CV joints....everything) they told me I needed new ball joints. Sorry, I don't think so!
OK, after those 2 experiences I should know better but today out of convenience I trusted them to replace my tires. In doing so they broke the internal tire pressure sensor and asked if I'd like to buy another one for $150. I insisted that sensor worked before they touched the wheel and was now literally broken into pieces! What am I to conclude? They insisted it was broken before and "was rolling around inside the tire". When I asked them to show me the sensor there were no wear marks to support it having tumbled around inside the tire ever (think rock tumbler). Essentially, they said I'm a liar yet all the facts (including their demonstrated inability to even install wheels properly) indicated fault is with them. Unbelievably bad customer service! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
