This was our first experience at Miller Auto and my husband and I were a little nervous to try a new dealership. We were so happy with our experience. We were offered help frequently without being pushed at. Gina, our service person, was so charming and wonderful. She met our needs without being pushy. She was great. The dealership is clean and inviting. There is a wonderful place to sit and wait. Every place has free coffee, but this place offers soda, coffee, and cookies. We will definitely purchase further vehicles at Miller Auto Plaza.

I recently purchased a used 2014 Buick LaCrosse from Whitaker GMC and it is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. My salesman was Gary Miskowic and he was very helpful as I test-drove the car and considered my options. I had dealt with Gary earlier when one of my sons bought his first vehicle and he helped him make his decision. I had to finance the vehicle and it is always fun to hear the stories the Bob Flinn. I even had the General Manager Jim Bush stop in to see how I was doing. Over the past three years, my family has purchased six vehicles from Whitaker Buick GMC and we have been pleased with every purchase.

Excellent customer service begins at the top of any successful business and Don Johnson Motors exemplifies this. When the owner of the business takes the time to stop and say hi to a customer and ask how everything is going, it makes you feel like part of a family instead of just another nameless customer. It is obvious that this philosophy of excellent customer service has been instilled in all of the employees at Don Johnson Motors, or at least everyone there that I have ever dealt with. They are truly very nice people.

I needed to have the oil changed in the vehicle and with Kruse's Free Oil for Life on vehicle sales, there is no reason not to use them. I was also having a minor issue with the alignment of the headlights and they quickly checked and adjusted them for me.

Extended warranty - Honestgirl
I brought my car in for a loud exhaust. After looking at it they told me to fix the exhaust it would cost $1000. The car is five years old. I bought it used at Harry Browns two years ago. It was "certified and inspected". I decided to purchase the "best extended warranty....bumper to bumper" to the tune of over 4000. Well, the exhaust was NOT covered under warranty because it was due to rust. On a five year old car? I put my car through a wash that cleans the under carriage in the winter. In my opinion 1 of 2 things happened here. Either it was not inspected the way I trusted it would be or Dodge uses cheap materials and refuses to stand behind their products. Either way the bumper to bumper warranty was USELESS to me even though the exhaust is between the bumpers...go figure! Anyway, I took the car to another service center and got the problem fixed for $52.01. MUCH less..... At least Harry Browns didn't charge me the service fee of $122.00 just for looking at the vehicle to find the problem and the service writer was very nervous about talking with me. I do think he felt pretty bad about having to tell me the warranty was useless. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. My concerns in buying this extended warranty are coming true. Take my money....don't stand behind what you sell....hope you sleep good at night.....
They failed to detect a failing transmission - Rocky
Bought a new GMC pickup which managed to have some drivetrain problems at 60K. Their Service dept did not find anything. Then just past the 70K warranty mark the transmission failed and had to be serviced by another dealer at full price.

They made us, (my wife and me), feel like long time friends. Their Service Department staff were great when we brought in our old vehicle for repairs, getting us in on the 4th of July weekend. That's why we decided to look at new vehicles there and were lucky enough to meet Mike and Kelli. Congrats to Brandl for their excellent selection of personnel. We love the new Equinox.
Very disappointed in car purchase - baxtermac
I purchased a 2014 Yukon from Davis Motors. When I first looked at the vehicle and said I would purchase it, they promised to clean it up. I pointed put where it needed to be detailed and they assured me it would be done. Because the carpets were covered with white paper when I did pick it up and I failed to look it over carefully, this is partially my fault. I would have walked away from this deal had I looked closer. I am used to dealing with Mills GM in Baxter, MN and used vehicles are spotless and anything promised is done. Not so with Davis. Nothing had been done except it looks like it was run through a car wash before delivery. The carpets were awful. When photos were sent to the salesman and the owner, they made no reply. No detail work had been done. Be very careful because they will promise anything and do nothing as far as I can see. I will never deal here again.
Misrepresented the condition of a used vehicle. - GrandSlambert
I purchased a used truck from them that was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. Since purchasing the truck in November I have spent $1,300 repairing leaks in the oil, coolant, and power steering systems. I had to entirely replace the high pressure lines that had obviously been leaking while on the lot. Now I have a $1,400 estimate to fix the air conditioning - a system I was told by the salesman was working even though it's obvious the system was leaking when they sold it to me.
I have contacted the dealer with no resolution. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership unless they provide a warranty. I was not provided one and not given any option to buy an extended warranty. They knew this truck was in poor condition and lied about it to get it off the lot.

Incompetent and awful customer service!! Last year they installed my Summer tires & wheels. Like many Summer tires the rear wheels are wider than the front. They installed them wrong! Big wide tires sticking past the fenders in front and skinny recessed tires in the rear. So simple, so obvious and so inexcusable! Duh!!
Another time I brought in a car and less than 1 month after having an entirely new front end installed (all new control arms, ball joints, CV joints....everything) they told me I needed new ball joints. Sorry, I don't think so!
OK, after those 2 experiences I should know better but today out of convenience I trusted them to replace my tires. In doing so they broke the internal tire pressure sensor and asked if I'd like to buy another one for $150. I insisted that sensor worked before they touched the wheel and was now literally broken into pieces! What am I to conclude? They insisted it was broken before and "was rolling around inside the tire". When I asked them to show me the sensor there were no wear marks to support it having tumbled around inside the tire ever (think rock tumbler). Essentially, they said I'm a liar yet all the facts (including their demonstrated inability to even install wheels properly) indicated fault is with them. Unbelievably bad customer service! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
