The worst customer service, they say they pride themselves on customer service but they were the worst dealership I shopped at by far. No one ever came out on the lot to help assist, I had to go get someone or track them down to ask questions. As far as trying to find the right vehicle and purchase for me it was like pulling teeth. I get you don’t do any deals anymore but I found a better deal at another dealership and just felt they didn’t really want to work with me nor sell a car, It ultimately led me to going somewhere else with my business.
Poor customer service - Car
My car had a serious airbag recall. It took months to get in the parts to fix this. Once the parts were in I received a post card in the mail. I called the number provided and was put on hold numerous times and then told I needed to call the dealership. I called the dealership and was again put on long holds. I scheduled the recall and was told it would take 5 hrs. They offered me a shuttle service home but I live 1.5 miles outside their shuttle service area. The postcard I received stated a free rental would be provided. I said this and set up the rental. I got to the dealership for the scheduled time. I was told the service would take 1.5 hrs, not 5, and there is no rental car for me. I have been waiting longer than 1.5 hrs at this point. I was not prepared to sit and wait. I did not arrange childcare so I had to scramble to set up that for my sleeping child. I am beyond irritated. I would never come here for any other service other than a recall. I bought my car brand new from this dealership and would never buy from them again. They also tried to get me to make $750 for repairs on my car.

He is a wonderful asset to Kline and HE is the main reason I am willing to make the 3 hour (one way) drive to this dealership for all of my mechanical needs. Not only was he courteous, he showed genuine concern for my situation and he ensured I was well taken care of throughout the process. WHen he realized that the service was going to be more involved than a one day visit, he equipped me with a rental to get me on my way. So to fully explain my experience, I am thrilled with the Kline technicians as well, they were thorough in their assessment and experts in their field. Their recommendations for fixing the sliding door on my NVPassenger were point on.
