Great Service - X-Dealer
Mike in service took in my 2015 Range Rover for its yearly maintenance and had it back to me that afternoon. They found an open recall and took care of it. I had asked for them to see if I needed an alignment or rotation and they said no. I don't know many other dealerships that will tell you the truth, as they did. I have never had an issue with any of my visits to Land Rover of New Orleans.
Honestly, I have read other people's posts and it sounds like they are completely spoiled and don't understand that vehicles have issues. They just do and it's not the dealership's fault. The dealer is just the middle man. They sell and service. If more people would get their heads out of their xxxxx, they might have a better experience.
