This was the 2nd Acura that me and my husband were leasing from Park Ave Acura and we were so grateful to receive the help we did from Jonathan Creus. Our situation was a little bit more complicated since we were purchasing the vehicle under the name of an organization, which required additional paperwork and overall information. Our sales consultant Maggie was Great! She never pressured us on the purchase. She was considerate, knowledgeable and profession. Both Maggie and Joe Giardina worked with us on price when other Acura dealers were asking invoice sticker price. Mark Miquel, the Business Consultant worked with us on our financing and was very informative and patient as we were nervous about that end.

I sent my Car in for a warranty Repair and they said that it would take several days to repair. They kept my car for two full weeks. They lent me a loaner car which I barely used and kept garages. when I returned it, they claimed that there was a very minor scratch on the headlight and that the tire rims were scuffed and demanded over two thousand dollars in repairs. They then made a claim against my car insurance company claiming that I caused damage to the car. Do Not Deal with them, You will be Aggravated!!

Was looking for a new MDX a few years ago.. Worked with sales guy john schepp who was initially helpful but then was not providing answers / sufficient clarification regarding specific questions on the lease numbers etc and started getting upset with the questions & started acting rudely and unprofessionally. I walked away. Would not recommend.

I started going to Devon Acura in 2012. I have had nothing but great service. Ask for Nick. He always takes good care of you. In 2016 my shocks went out very early, only 50,000 miles. Unfortunately they were our of warranty due to the age of the car. However, they made a special call to Acura asking them to make an exception due to the low miles. They got them covered, saving me a lot of money. Reading the reviews it looks like they had some troubles in 2012 but I can say that they have gone out of their way to take care of me during the time I have been using them.
WORST CAR EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - Amanda Palmieri
I returned my leased Acura to the nearby Buick Dealership (since I was leasing with them) and filled out paperwork that they would return to Acura of Bedford. Make a VERY long story short, they did the previous day. Acura of Bedford "lost" my car on a lot and it sat there for MONTHS without me knowing. It was reported to credit bureau's that I did not return the car. This has completely ruined my life for the past few months as I was in the process of getting a mortgage. It is STILL NOT FIXED!!! I understand that mistakes happen however the most disgusting part was how Acura of Bedford handled this issue. They hung up on me, told me "get over it," refused to call me back, and basically made it out to be my problem because they didn't want to deal with it. I have been distraught for months as I have to sort this out on my own when it was 100% their fault for misplacing my car. I have never felt like being a woman made a difference until I dealt with these men (who treated my fiance very differently). I also have never taken the time to write a review on a car, restaurant, ANYTHING, however the public should be aware that this dealership ruined my credit and chances of getting a mortgage until it's settled WHEN IT WAS THEIR ERROR FOR "MISPLACING" MY CAR FOR MONTHS. Stay away!
PS I also asked to talk to managers but the desk staff must have been warned not to transfer me because they were somehow "unavailable" for a month straight.
