I walked into Acura dealership for the first time in my life a month ago, just to take a look, I end up few hours later with a perchuse of a brand new 40K car!! I usually buy or lease from brokers, but Andrew was so much fun, I had to get my car from him. I am happy I did. He spent so much time showing me all different models and explained me everything in details. This e car buying experience was different from any previous one in my life. When I walked into the dealership I was blown away by the updates they had undergone; it looks absolutely stunning. Everyone was super friendly, the showroom looks great, there was a cafe with complimentary drinks, and a lounge with WiFi, TV, & charging station which was super convenient.
Although I was there to discuss numbers on the car I was interested in, Walter knew my budget and recommended several other cars and ran numbers for me to compare. He is extremely knowledgeable and reviewed the differences between all of them to be sure I chose the car that I was most comfortable with. Once I made my choice he reviewed all of the documents with me before signing, called my insurance for me, explained all of the features of the car for me, and showed me how to use them before I left. Walter is great at what he does and I am so thankful for his professionalism and help; the whole transaction was smooth and stress free.
Although my interaction with Jaime was brief, he was also very helpful and answered any questions I had.
I spoke to Ann Morongell quite a few times in the past few months as well, and she was very informative when Walter was not available and I had any questions.
I would highly recommend this no-nonsense, knowledgeable, friendly team if you are planning on getting an Acura.

The process was seamless. I spotted the 2019 RDX displayed in the showroom. I was 2 years into my 3 year lease and thinking about buying out my 2017 RDX. So glad I inquired about early lease trade in. Mike worked some figures and moments later I was taking it for a test drive. Corey Robertson is exceptional and his listening skills are superb. I mentioned that I always wanted to pick up a car and have a huge red bow sitting on top of the car like the commercials. Cory made it happen! Was a bit nervous about learning all the bells and whistles, but Corey made sure I knew enough to get out of the parking lot! And I even made it home! Just love these guys! And love my 2019 RDX!

I bought my first set of tires recently and Matt gave me a great selection of brands and prices. I got the car when it was promised. The tires are great, what a difference. My husband walked in here after finding a car online that he had extensively researched. We had been to other area dealerships and been given hours of run around (6+ hours and no firm price). After 1 hour with Dom, we were able to reach a price compromise and start moving forward on paperwork. The process was painless and everyone was really professional. The dealership interior is really lovely as well. Obie helped us finance the vehicle, and was able to get us 4.25% on an interest rate when we were previously quoted 5.99%. A few days after purchasing, we noticed the tire had a slow leak. The tire was replaced a day later, no charge. Overall, we would only return to this area dealer to serve our needs on new/used cars because of their speedy turnaround, integrity, and willingness to stand behind their products.

I was 140 miles away from home(and my local Acura dealer) when a horrible rattle came from the engine on Thanksgiving morning. I took my ‘09 MDX to Friendly Acura of Middletown and was greeted by Kevin, who could not have been nicer. He was able to fit me in and had the repair done that day!! He showed me the parts that were replaced and introduced me to Dan, who did the work. A BIG thank you to Kevin and his team for getting the job done and saving my family from a major headache over the holiday. Total Professionals!!

I have no idea where these positive reviews came from on this place - personally, I think they are fake. I had the WORST EVER experience with this service center. I now go to Acura of Ramsey and have to drive double the time just to avoid Route 23 Acura. The lying and inaccuracy of trying to sell unneeded services is disgusting. They tried to tell me I needed new brakes on a 6 month old car and when I asked for proof I was told by Brian: "Oh, we must have made a mistake." I had a shaking that my car had and went through hundreds of dollars of diagnostic issues that took them 2 years to reimburse. As it turned out the other dealer I now go to said it's a ongoing issue with my year/vehicle and Route 23 had no clue it was even an issue. I have never seen so much back peddling and lying as I've dealt with there. Everyone waiting was as annoyed as me which is why question whether the review are true. I would not even get towed to this place and rather pay extra to stay clear of this service center. Horrible!

Buying a car is stressful and usually a long drawn out day. Walked into Acura of east Brunswick and met Raymond . Took a test drive for a mdx , now is usually the part we all dislike the bottom line of cost . However, this was different dare I say pleasant . Raymond and his colleagues got right to the point helped us find a price that worked for all of us . He even got me to rethink a light interior car , and of course one in the showroom which they accessed quickly. Then we me Michael , what a a nice guy. Micheal got all the financing quickly accomplish . If your interested in a Acura go right to Acura East Brunswick , find Raymond and Micheal , have a great car experience like we did . You see a great team at work .

I started going to Devon Acura in 2012. I have had nothing but great service. Ask for Nick. He always takes good care of you. In 2016 my shocks went out very early, only 50,000 miles. Unfortunately they were our of warranty due to the age of the car. However, they made a special call to Acura asking them to make an exception due to the low miles. They got them covered, saving me a lot of money. Reading the reviews it looks like they had some troubles in 2012 but I can say that they have gone out of their way to take care of me during the time I have been using them.

For a little over six years I have been bringing my 2012 Acura TSX to Smithtown Acura for a variety of different services on my car. The service Department starting with Jeff the Service Manager and Leigh the Customer Support Representative have treated me the way any car owner should with respect and the facts regarding the car. usually one would think that a dealership beats you over the head with pricing. Jeff and Leigh give you various options with zero pressure of doing work on your car that you don't need.. I recently had a run in with a pothole that left my right front rim damaged along with the tire and fender. Jeff and Leigh explained to me what would be needed to get the car running again. I was told it was possible a new rim and tire to may be needed along with other body work. They both explained in detail the amount of the repairs may cost. They were both very upfront with me. I agreed to have the rim and tire sent out to be possibly repaired. Leigh who was very busy at the time working on other service requests was able to give me a beautiful 2019 Acura TLX loaner vehicle even when she only had two to give out the rest of the day. That was very much appreciated. The next day I received a call from Leigh that the rim could be repaired, the tire could be fixed and most of the body work would be done. This was refreshing to me. so Instead of a huge bill i had a very reasonable bill, In a day and age where i easily could of been told the rim was beyond repair and the tire was bad as well Jeff as usual did the right thing and saved me a lot of money. I appreciated that. Jeff and Leigh are valuable assets to Smithtown Acura and i look forward to using Smithtown Acura for the continued maintenance on my vehicle and hopefully the sales department in about another year. Thanks again.

I brought my 2008 Acura Rl in for service around Nov of last year(2017). Vehicle had a little over 31;000 miles on the odometer. To be clear the service center is on Merrick rd. In LI. I had a heavy vibration within the braking system. The diagnosis was worn and warped brake pads and rotors on all 4 corners. I was surprised, thought maybe front rotors were worn. The price of this service was a wooping $1700! They told me that the brake pads were more expensive because they were Bremen pads. Rotors were from Acura. After service was complete I drove home which is only about 10 miles max and vehicle. Felt fine. So that you can completely understand my perspective you have to understand that I have 2 other vehicles that are driven daily by me and my wife to work. Only drive the Acura when going away or to special events. With that said I drove the for short distances over the next couple of months on and off. Soon I began to feel a slight vibration in the braking system again. Didn’t pay it a lot of attention because it would be impossible to have a brake problem after $1700 in service and driving less tha5 a thousand miles since service. Car sat up for a while and about 4 months later we took a trip to Atlantic City. This is about 2 1/2 hour ride. During this trip innoticed that the vibration in the braking system was back. Took another trip to Jersey in August of this year and stopped at Acura dealership of Denville in which I actually purchased this vehicle. Asked for an oil change and asked them to check the braking system. Mileage on car at this point is approximately 33,000. Diagnoses was front rotors were warped, I was in disbelief. I am not and aggressive driver and this car sits in my driveway under a car cover for weeks at a time without being driven. Now we’re ill take responsibility is the fact that during the first sign of brake issues I should of returned vehicle and maybe it would of been in the range of the warran. Which was only 3-4 months or 3000-4000 miles. I was clearly under the mileage but a year late in terms of months. My main issue is how is this possible. Brand new rotors and brake pads on all 4 corners , less than 3000 miles since service and rotors are warped. Doesn’t make since. My opinion is they never replaced rotors, It’s the only thing that makes since. I would never take my vehicle to the Merrick rd service center again. $1700 problem still exist. Something shady has occurred in there service center. Wonder if anyone else had a similar issue.
Do not go to Acura of Bedford - KAM1106
I've been a loyal Acura customer for nearly ten years. My recent and only experience with Acura of Bedford was appalling. As if getting your car towed for just a flat tire and having to call out of work because of it isn't bad enough, I received a phone call from a service consultant, Daniel Pangia who was abrasive and insensitive while telling me that I need to spend nearly $600 on a ton of replacement parts or he'll just "hold the car.". When I put the service department to the test and asked them to show me all of these so called damaged parts, they magically disappeared and all I needed was in fact a new tire. Shame on you Acura of Bedford for trying to rob someone of $400. And get a service consultant that at least pretends to care about the customers.
