Had a great experience at the Mohegan Lake Audi dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Enis Nikocevik, who was very professional and informative. Very pleasant and courteous, as well.
Hopefully, when I return the vehicle, Mr. Nikocekic is still employed at Mohegan Lake Audi and I can have the pleasure of working with him again. Definitely would refer friends and family to him.

Great helpful staff.
I was looking for a good car with a great price for over 2months. Walked in and my guy Steve Meliti made sure I walked out of there happy.
Thank you again to the whole staff for all their help. From financial departments to the shop detail guys who had my car looking A1 pulling out of there.

Ray Catena Audi has the best customer care reps. Everyone is helpful and they do what they can to not only make buying your car the best experience but a comfortable one as well. Their showroom is immaculate and its overall an amazing experience. There is another Audi dealer much closer to me and I will always drive 45 min to Ray Catena Audi because their standards are above reproach.
Excellent car buying experience - Bob
Out of all the car buying experiences I have had this was by far the best. Shane was the most knowledgeable sales person. He knew the car inside and out and answered all of my questions.
Great experience , repeat customers - NinaF
This is the third Audi we have gotten through dealership and have had nothing but positive experiences with
Ivan Boros. He worked with us to obtain the car we wanted at a favorable price every time. He followed up during the process and kept us apprised of the status of our cars. In addition the manager remembered us from 15 years ago when we purchased another brand car with him elsewhere.,

Jade immediately responded from my online inquiry and provided me ahead of time the e-price discount. No pressure on setting up my appointment. When I went there with my husband, David assisted us. He showed us a couple of car models. I had a test drive and we negotiated the price. A week after, we came back and picked up the car. Overall the experience was pleasant.

Mr. Cretacci is a professional and a promise-keeper. while on a trip from Boston to Atlanta, a minor problem occurred to our car. we called ahead to Audi of Danbury, scheduled an appointment on the run and met Al Cretacci on arrival. Mr. Cretacci marshaled staff and replacement parts and within one hour we were back on the road.
Great job Al. You are a true asset to Audi. Thank you.

Great experience! - JMartinez
From start to finish this dealership exceeded all expectations. Made an appointment via text which was great since I’m always on the go and can’t always be on the phone. Came in walked around for a bit and got paired up with Michael C. Who is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, he helped with the whole selection. I was very skeptical about filling out the loan application then being told they will be in contact by the following day... but, they actually contact me and had just what I was looking for. Came back the next day finished out the finance paperwork and was out of there in no time. Looking forward to coming back when we are ready to upgrade the wife’s truck!

Briana Mason and Ryan Schmidt were as professional and attentive as I ever experienced at a car dealership. I purchase new cars every 3-5 years and could not have been happier with my choice to buy from Bell Audi. No pressure, honest and fair answers and a through knowledge of their inventory, a great experience.

Henry went over all the potential service issues that could come up at this point in my car's life. After he checked it out, it turns out I didn't need much more than just regular servicing. Thank you, Henry, for your honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Audi Brooklyn and their team.
Second round of excellent experience - KdB
bought my second Audi at Southampton Audi, this time from Tom Channing ( who regrettably is now with Porsche only), as before all over an excellent experience. Love my experience with the Audi service team as well, which made me decide for a second Audi over a Volvo to begin with. Of course, love my new Q5!

Excellent From Start to Finish - drcubber
We bought 2 Audi A4s for our children....and the experience could not have been better. I started on the phone with Alexandria who gave me a very good price. Upon going to the dealership, she introduced me to Brian, the salesman who helped us through the rest of the process. But the beauty came when the General Sales Manager, Sam, made us on offer on both cars I could not turn down...much mope equipment for $5 MORE PER MONTH.
The delivery was smooth, and the maintenance area smelled like a new car it was so clean. These 2 cars are Audis number 3 and four for my family but the first leased from Penske. Nice job by all involved, profound thanks, my children could not be happier.

Great service dept - Kevin k
I took my Wifes Jetta in for a recall. As I do most of my own service work they do not know me or the car but were just as eager to please me as if I was a regular customer in the Service Dept. The service advisor, Cathleen took the car in and asked if I would be staying with them while they performed the recall, I was not going to stay so she said she would call when the car was ready.
When she called a few hours later she said the Tech had checked the car over and found a few issues that should be looked into. I was aware of most of the things the Tech had found and said I would take care of them. At no time was I pressured to have the items repaired at the dealership, as someone who likes to do most of my own work I really appreciate that.
When I picked the car up they had also preformed an additional recall repair that I had forgotten about, I was out in less than 5 minutes and I think they even gave the car a quick wash!!
I have used the Parts Dept before and have to rate them top notch also, now I can put the Service Dept at the same level Thanks Kevin Kennedy
Great experience - Jeff28
Great and knowledgeable sales force and car delivery team. Team worked fairly to get to sales point
Dealership was attractive and functional. Even return visit for license plates was easy
Unbelievably unprofessional - jt
I took my car into service in Feb 2018 under my service warranty. I scheduled for a loaner car months in advance and received one. After two weeks of servicing the car, I picked it up and paid for a wheel alignment they had to perform on my car which was not covered under the service warranty. A few weeks later I noticed an additional charge on my credit card. When I spoke to the service department they explained that it could have to do with tolls. I explained to them that I actually transferred my EZ Pass to the loaner car, but since the loaner is not linked to my EZ Pass, I was charged on my EZ Pass while they received a charge themselves. I emailed them my EZ Pass statement as proof of payment. Up to this point it took about 10 interactions since I never received a call-back. If I don't call them, they forget to return my calls - almost as if this is policy on their end. After they reviewed my documents, they agreed that they have to get it reversed from my card.
Fast forward 2.5 months (June 15th) and 50 calls later, the charge has yet to be reversed. Interestingly enough I found another charge on my credit card from the service department a month later for $53.50....this is without anyone contacting me from Audi of Lynbrook to let me know that a charge has been put through for whatever reason - to this day I don't know what that additional charge was for. Anyway, the moral of the story is to not use your credit card with Audi of Lynbrook. I have never had any vendor apply additional charges to my card without contacting me ahead of doing it. This is very unprofessional - reasons I don't use my credit card in third world countries. Addressing it has become my part time job. They take no ownership/responsibility of the issue, and bounce me around the team at Audi. This is very disappointing and will certainly be the last Audi I would buy in a while due to this unpleasant experience. I usually never leave reviews, and here I am typing this out after having to ring them about 7 times today just now to get transferred to a few voicemails....so frustrating. After 20 minutes of trying, the admin left a message to the two managers of the dealership Mike and Saheed. I am not holding my breathe and most likely will have to try again next week - very disappointing. For the record, I purchased a premium RS model, but clearly that doesn't really play a role...they have one type of "NO" service approach for all concerned.
2017 Certified, with bad brakes? Price increase overnight? - KJS2014
Both the Sales and Service experience at Palisades Audi was surprisingly DISAPPOINTING at best. From the lax, "maybe we'll sell you this Q5" Sales attitude to the unfulfilled promise by the Sales Mgr to call me "first thing in the morning to finalize a deal", to the end result of driving a virtually new, Certified Q5 that has horrible braking power, has made me question my decision to move to Audi and moreover choosing Palisades Audi.
Despite finding the car on the Tri-State Audi CPO vehicle listing, the listed price changed overnight from when I visited the dealership to the next morning by >$700. I am very glad I asked for a written quote of the previous day's price and my discussion with the Sale Rep! I basically ignored the increased Audi website price and pressed on with the lower price as shown earlier, but really wondered if the dealership advertises the lower price to get shoes in the door and then increases pricing when an interested party exists.
I regret not asking for a test drive, but I was also not offered one. My advice to potential buyers is to be sure to take the vehicle for a test drive as I'm certain I would've noticed the unresponsive brakes. I don't know how a CPO vehicle can be sold with bad brakes, but I know I am not confident in the car's braking ability. As a result, I am now driving with brakes that I don't trust and have to adjust to driving in traffic accordingly.
Ultimately, I purchased the Q5 with 16,300 miles and just 3-weeks after purchase I received a notice that it's due for a 20,000 service. In hindsight I should've verified that the 20k service wouldn't be needed, but I didn't and now will have to pay for it.
Service Update: I brought it in to their Service department and despite setting up a loaner vehicle a week before the appointment, when I arrived they had no loaners and were going to have to rent a car for me to use while they had my car. Luckily a loaner finally was returned... However, the result of the service visit was that "...the brakes are functioning as they should. The brake response delay could be from rust being on them from sitting in their lot and it should go away." Well it hasn't and I will have to have it addressed at another dealer I guess.
Bottom Line: "Buyer beware." Test drive and thoroughly review the vehicle you may be interested in. I will be more careful with future vehicle purchases as I am truly not happy with the entire experience at Palisades Audi.
rude customer service, long long wait - crazyaudi
I recently did my 30K service at Mendham Audi. I made an appointment at 9:00am. I dropped my car there on time & asked roughly how long the car service will last, was told it would take ~ 1.5 hours. We came back after 2.5 hours & was told my car was not ready & we have come back again. The customer service people were very rude & blamed us for communication problems. It is just a lube job, what kind of fine communication do you need?
Do not buy from Audi Bridgewater - MikeG
The GM at Audi Bridgewater is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever been associated with. My wife and I put a deposit down on a used car only to have them call us back to tell us the car has been sold but to "accommodate us" we could pick a new car off the lot at the same price we would be getting the used car at. My wife and I rushed to the dealership, picked out our new car, went through all the paperwork, signed over the title, credit check, etc. only to find out that they were charging us $10k more than they originally said. A few days later, we saw the used car we originally put the deposit down on was still being listed. When confronted about this, the GM informed us this is a sales tactic they commonly use. BUYERS BEWARE, these guys are slimy car salesmen!!!
