Very friendly from the receptionist, sales person Ramon Felix, two Managers. Ramon changed my prior opinion of car dealers by his patience, professionalism and knowledge, I was very impressed. Both the general manager of new car sales and used car sales took the time to come and discuss with me the type of car that I was purchasing and they listened carefully like they really cared. When at home with Mont Felix would call me to follow up any questions I may have.

I think it’s very important where you purchase your next vehicle. But what’s more important is who you work with during this stressful, long, energy draining process. I walked in to BMW and expected nothing less (my second vehicle with them) from my client consultant. Brandon is very attentive and you sincerely feel like he’s trying to help you. More and less, most dealers gets a bad name because of their sales person. They don’t create a personal connection and treating it like a robotic transaction, I’m glad that Brandon isn’t like that. He’s attentive and make sure we know what we are getting and walked us through the whole process. I will definitely refer friends to this dealership and directly to Brandon as well!

I have to tell you about my experience with this dealership. If it weren't for Peter Provost, BMW would have had a huge lawsuit. I originally bought my dream car on May 1st only to have had several horrific problems with Sunny Shuman, a lying cheat who told my husband & I several lies about various questions from the warranty to the pricing, etc. I could go on and on about the Poison that Sunny is for this dealership!! Everyone there from the Sales/Service team were professional and courteous except for this man! I saw him personally humiliate 3 employees in front of myself and everyone else that was in the showroom! These employees have already left the dealership which I know is due to the treatment of Sunny. For him to still be that position is nothing short of a miracle. Needless to say, he must know someone higher up! If he continues at the rate he is going, the dealership will truly suffer. I could run circles around this guy who also comes in late and makes his clients sit there for 40 minutes while he sits in his office! It wasn't until I screamed at him and called him what he is - a lying cheat that I had the opportunity to deal with Peter Provost.
Peter and my sales person Tim handled my situation with the utmost respect that it deserved.
I was treated with professionalism from the moment I met Peter. If it wasn't for Peter I would have not bought my BMW because I really wanted my money back for Sunny lying to me!
I wanted to go back down to Prestige BMW as I was from New Jersey and know they have a good reputation but I will stay with Orange County BMW if they do what they should do and that is get rid of Sunny and bring in a better manager who has some personality and doesn't lie and cheat his clients! I truly mean that.
I stopped in to speak with Sami Ozder but was not available when I was there. I wanted him to understand what Sunny is doing to his dealership.
I would like this rating to go to Sami and higher up the chain before the dealership is ruined.

I shop online when I need to buy a new car using a well known price service. Springfield BMW was one of two local dealers willing to give an on line price. I visited A competitor in Morristown first, but didn't think they offered me a fair price on my trade in. I went to Springfield, and what a difference! The trade in was valued $2000 more and the exact same car (identical options) was $4,000 less! Springfield BMW saved me $6000! The location is small for the size of the dealership. Their "lot" is a three story building rather than acres of parked vehicles. Showroom is new and clean. My salesman, Art Youman, was professional and didn't play games with price or trade in value. I'd absolutely expect Springfield to give you the best deal in the area.

Today I had very bad experience trying to buy a car which I was told was reserved for me by sales representative Michael Tierney .He sent me 5 emails assuring that car was off advertising and I can come and make a deal.After driving almost 2hrs ,filling all papers,taking driving test suddenly they found out that that car was sold-someone left deposit and there nothing they can do and started offering me other car that was not even near the car that planned to buy.Never expected such a cheap trick from BMW dealership. They put such a bad show .That show was put on by financial manager .It was first day of myself and my wife vacation. We went there with a very solid intention to buy that car and good mood. I will definitely contact BMW USA .I owned few BMW cars and never had such a poor experience .
