This was not my first experience with BMW dealership - pretty much I've been to several in the area (leased 2 cars in the past, was in for regular maintenance when it was offered :-) and went for a couple of repairs). My intention was to test Audi and BMW to compare and make a decision some time later. When I came to Bridgewater , I was expecting the usual: not much interest in my persona (was not buying top of the line), dry responses with pricing, and pretty confident attitude like "people do not come to negotiate here, they just come to buy" (actual quotation of one of the BMW salesman from the past). The experience I received totally exceeded my expectations: Manjula was the second person in the dealership I saw (first did not even look at me when I walked in) - she approached me and asked if I needed help. I did not plan to buy anything on that day - actually I did not even need a car for another month, just started to shop around. But! I walked out very happy and I did buy a car right there and then, Why? Because just from several questions Manjula knew exactly what I needed, she ran numbers, offered me several options and treated me with a full attention not to just my signature on the contract but to my needs. What I received on that day, was what every customer needs: undivided attention and care about every single concern that I had. I thought I did not care about those things - after all, we are all busy and tired. Turns out, great customer service made a difference even for me - All I needed on that day was to check cars, have a test drive, and make a decision later. What I received, was the best customer service experience ever with care, knowledge, attention, efficiency, great attitude. I never went back to the dealerships I attended on that day while shopping around and I bought the car on the same day. I am driving my car, very happy, and feel like one in a lifetime i'm going to become a return customer, not even mentioning the fact that I now recommend the dealership to other people because I had a great experience, a unique experience. I purchase cars every 2 years, clearly not wise financially but I consider it my 1 guilty pleasure. My usual frequent dealer experiences are usually the dreadful process that incentivizes me to not purchase a car. I'm extremely busy work long hours and don't have time for games or BS I know what I want and consider myself very informed so I want to get right to the point and the bottom line.
I must say bar none my transaction with BMW of Westchester has been beyond my expectations the most positive, customer centric experience, no hassle, transparent and respectful of my life. The total approach to the deal purchase, process and delivery is honest, transparent and customer oriented. Those are adjectives never used when describing car salesmen. I live 38 miles away and drove by multiple BMW dealers while searching for a very specific BMW and I am extremely happy I did. They have set the bar extremely high for anyone I would be purchasing a vehicle from in the future.
Special shout out to Dan Capossela the ultimate gentleman that takes it to the next level in customer experience. It is one stop shopping, Dan did it all no discussing things with a finance mgr no back and forth delay tactics to sell you nonsense you don't need.

From the minute I walked into this dealership I felt a warm welcome with an almost quiet calm ambience. Unlike other dealers, there weren't salesman watching my every move and bothering me while I took a look around. My greetings were received at just the right time and I was under no pressure to speak to anyone about buying a car. I love that. I was able to absorb the inventory in peace. Derrick, my salesman is one of a kind. He's a gentlemen with great demeanor and doesn't have that "xxxxxx" salesman attitude for lack of a better word. Derrick is very straight forward. I got an incredible deal without haggling from the start, an offer I couldn't refuse. Derrick does the right thing from the start. Anything else is extra and with this dealership, extra is their middle name. I can't say how above and beyond he went. He is patient, efficient, and communicating with him is a breeze. He answers his phone and text timely, and always follows through with whatever he says. The whole process was so smooth and simple I could not believe it. I have been to dealers plenty of times in my life, and this one gets the highest award by my standards along with it's employees.

Michael in the service department is great. From the moment you drive in the garage, you’re greeted right away by Michael. He makes sure to keep you updated on the status of the repair and he either gets you on your way quickly or he sets you up with a loaner car so you’re not inconvenienced. I think Michael represents the brand very well. Bringing your car in for service can be a hastle but not when you’re dealing with Michael or any of the other staff members at Habberstad BMW.

This place is by far the worse dealership I ever encountered. They not only lied to me and wasted my time but they took full advantage of me. They told me one interest rate, then proceeded to run my credit with tier 1 score and had to fight for 5 hours to get the rate they initially told me. After 5 hours they didn’t even have An answer for me because no one was even calling when they said they were! If it wasn’t for this specific car they would never ever get my business. The best part is they ( Jonathan g, Dennis and Calvin ) would pay my remaining lease payments. After taking me to Nissan and LYINGGGG to me I get a bill in the mail. Call them up and they all deny the issue. They don’t return calls, I’ve been calling for over a week now. I’m going to make sure this happens to no one else!! Make sure you if you go in this xxxx hole that you are buyer beware. They are con arrest and I’m going to everything I need to do to make my story be heard! Happy shopping but stay far far away from this dealership!

I just picked up my new X1 this Saturday and am thrilled about my new car and my experience with this dealership.
I worked with Sam to set up a deal over phone/email. I had driven the X1 before, knew exactly what features I wanted, and reached out to them because they had a model that fit my needs in stock. Sam called me up, we discussed numbers, and agreed on a competative price. He then invited me and my fiancé to come in during an event they were having, which net is some free credit to the accessories store. At the same time, we put a deposit down. Oh, and somehow between when we spoke on the phone and when I came in, Sam managed to knock about $6/month off the monthly price.
Then xxxx hit the fan for a little bit with a house purchase I was involves in, so I had to delay picking up the car from June to mid-July. Sam was completely understanding, reassuring me “no pressure here, the house always comes first” (that’s a direct quote from an email).
Finally last Saturday we signed the paperwork, picked up our new car, and we’re treared to a quick class on the infotainment system by a genius (Daniel).
Overall 5 star experience, we were treated with utmost professionalism and respect, despite hiccups that were created by our house transaction being a major annoyance and were completely not Sam’s problem.

I leased my X5 from Paul Miller in 2015 and was happy with the experience. I am at the end of my lease and have contacted them multiple times to provide me with a copy of a wear and damage warranty I purchased and they refuse to provide me with the document. I am nevertheless inundated with emails, phone calls and mailers from them soliciting me to lease another vehicle despite unsubscribing from their notifications and advising Marcelo in finance (who promised to mail me the document I requested last month...still waiting) that I will be purchasing my next vehicle out of state. Robert Mann in sales has proven to be the typical car salesman who doesn't care what the customer is entitled to unless they are making their money. My ownership experience was wonderful as was my initial sales experience but I would rather Uber than deal with the current sales team at Paul Miller BMW and their mercenary approach to customer service.

Went to roxbury BMW to lease a vehicle for my family. Was met by the most rude salesman we have ever met. His name is Greg isola. After refusing to test drive us in the car we came to look at Greg brought us to his desk where he began to throw his insults our way. My daughter mentioned there was an ad online for a specific lease price. Greg began basically harassing us saying we will never get that price and we are going to need a lot of money down. My daughter said Ok, how much would we need to give you?. Greg did not know and had to go to someone else to ask which made him very angry and he said and i quote "When are indians going to learn how to negotiate correctly"? Well Greg I apologize but we are from Pakistan, get it right next time you racist. Was able to go to Park ave BMW and get our car the same day. My advice to the owner of Roxbury BMW is to throw Greg out in the street with the other angry old racists.

Today I had very bad experience trying to buy a car which I was told was reserved for me by sales representative Michael Tierney .He sent me 5 emails assuring that car was off advertising and I can come and make a deal.After driving almost 2hrs ,filling all papers,taking driving test suddenly they found out that that car was sold-someone left deposit and there nothing they can do and started offering me other car that was not even near the car that planned to buy.Never expected such a cheap trick from BMW dealership. They put such a bad show .That show was put on by financial manager .It was first day of myself and my wife vacation. We went there with a very solid intention to buy that car and good mood. I will definitely contact BMW USA .I owned few BMW cars and never had such a poor experience .
