He is an ever happy individual and always creates a nice comfort-zone with his customer naturally. He elaborates clearly on issue(s), if exists, like: what the issue is and its implications. First Service Experience - tebianco
Picked up my 2018 X3 in mid Jan '18 and had a recall notice in mid March. Made an appointment for a Saturday morning. They had to check the installation of the spoiler and make sure all the screws were properly installed. As it turned out there was no problem at all and everything is fine with the X3.
When I arrived they took my car right away and Isaac told me what was going to be checked and he would keep me informed as to progress, which he did. I was in and out within 90 minutes. The car was washed and I left a happy customer because there was nothing wrong with the car and I got great service. Hopefully this will continue in the future.

Now, the bad. When I went in for my appointment to purchase my BMW , it already seemed as if the Sales employee was irritated. I later found this employee was Lucas Sienkiewicz.
This guy didn't want anything to do with us. I was told to come in and speak to a sales manager, for something they could've just told me over the phone.
Mr.Sienkiewicz didn't even bother introducing himself or anything. He wanted nothing to do with us. Didn't ask any questions, didn't explain anything. Stubborn, rude, disgusting.
Stay away, give your business to a dealership that actually cares (Tenafly, Mamaroneck, Greenwich).
