As I walked through the front door, I was allowed to browse for a few minutes before I was approached by Mike T. After a friendly hello, he allowed me to continue looking at cars in the showroom. I appreciated that a great deal. He the asked me some basic questions and then we sat down to discuss different models, options, etc... never once pressuring me. After selecting a vehicle, and a price, Frank S. came over, introduced himself, then discussed some pricing concerns I had. There was no B.S. A few minutes later we agreed upon a price. Throughout this process, both Mike and Frank were true professionals. Finally, Anthony M. entered the picture and completed the financing. Once again, a friendly and very knowledgeable professional. This was an awesome car buying experience. I will recommend all friends to Mike T. and the team at Lester Glen Hyundai.

I dread going to a car dealer and subjecting myself to all the different games that are played. In the case of Global Auto Mall I didn't get any of that. I emailed them that I was interested in a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for our son which was in stock and I got a response WITH A PRICE. A lot of dealers wanted me to come in to get a price. Now I was concerned when I went into Global that the games were going to begin and that price wasn't real. I dealt with Mario Olivera and when he brought out the paperwork with the deal it was exactly what they had given me in the email. No additional costs or pressure to buy an extended warranty. They informed me of the price for the extended and that was it, no pressure. This was an outstanding auto buying experience from the salesman to the manager and then with the finance manager. My only question is why would you go anywhere else. Thanks Mario.

I had an 8am Monday service appointment to do 2 recalls, an oil change, NYS inspection and check the headlights. I dropped the car off Sunday night as instructed.
I called Monday morning to ensure they had the car and tell them I also needed a part to fix the trunk. The person I spoke to told me they had the car, said she would tell them about the trunk, confirmed my 8am appointment and said the car would be going in now. I did not hear from them all day. I called the next day and was told that the person, Jason, who worked on my car was out that day and that they would call me back.
They didn't call. I called again and the person told me they would try to find Jason and call me back but I already knew he was not in so I told them to figure out what happened to my car. After going through multiple people and telling them I wanted my car back (they initially told me they couldn't return my car because it wads in the middle of service), I finally got someone who magically knew what had been done to my car-they had only done the recalls. She gave me a quote to fix the headlights and I asked her to do the bare minimum since I was disappointed in their company.
She told me they had to replace both headlights. Then she called back and said, "good news, you only need to replace one headlight!" Then she asked me to have them do more work on my car to make up the difference in price. I said, "no!" I asked for the courtesy shuttle and she made ridiculous excuses that my location was too far away which it wasn't and that the car would take too long to get to me because it can't take the Taconic which is not even a route you would take. Then again magically, the shuttle would be able to pick me up.
I got my car and left. It had not been washed which is something they do free of charge for customers with recalls. When I got home, my headlight did not work. I looked at the paperwork and it said there is something wrong with the wiring and that the light night go out.
No one ever told me that and there was nothing wrong with the wiring before I brought it, I just needed them to put the bulb back in. I received a call from Jason 2 days later. He said he heard about my disappointment in service and wanted to fix it before it got to his manager. He said he did not know my contact information and did not know what to do with the car when he received it, implying that I had just dropped it off without making an appointment.
I informed him that I have an appointment confirmation that had my phone number, e-mail address and service I requested on it. He said he wanted to correct the issues and would speak to a manager and call me back; he didn't.
I left him a message the next day and still have not heard from him. I have called multiple times to talk to a manager but staff keep telling me they are unavailable and they will call me back but no one does.

Don’t leave anything valuable in your vehicle if you take it here to be serviced! I knew the moment I left the parking lot that I left an item in plain sight and figured it would be there when I went to pick up my vehicle but it was gone. Unethical employees for sure. Would recommend getting your vehicle serviced elsewhere if possible.

My husband and I recently purchased a Genesis G80 from Liberty Hyundai. We had a great experience and you will too if you are lucky enough to have TJ as your salesman. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and he really listens and hears how he can best assist you. We spent some time just looking at the vehicles, both in the showroom and on the lot before we took the G80 for a test drive. I’m usually nervous when I drive a vehicle for the first time but TJ made us feel so comfortable and at ease that I could really experience the drive. The negotiation process, which I generally detest, was a non issue with TJ working with us. I can’t say enough about the whole experience and we just love the car. For certain, I won’t buy a new car anywhere else!
