However, as I was leaving, I realized the air blower was not working (due to a short from the water that was in the car). Bruce insisted I leave it with him for repair (under warranty).

They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. Matt took his time to answer all of our questions and he showed us/ drove several different vehicles to help us make the right choice. He is courteous and articulate, not pushy at all - a rare sight in car dealerships. He spent 15 minutes showing us how to operate various features the dashboard. The leasing process was smooth and quick, and we left with our new car in less than 2 hours including paperwork. It was definitely worth taking a trip from Queens for this. All I was aiming for was to test drive & check out the Sante Fe sports SUV. In 2 and a half hours, I had a car. Gina Marie had the basics of pricing, fees etc. down to a half minute explanation. All questions were answered and between Tues & Wed, she spent time going over the car, what buttons were for; she hooked up my bluetooth, adjusted seats. She never seemed rushed, was extremely friendly, patient & knowledgeable. What more could I ask for? The winning lottery ticket maybe, but buying this car start to finish took max 4 hrs. TERRIBLE, don’t get a quote from them over the phone/email - Diesel123
This dealership will quote you a monthly price online/ through email to just get you into the dealership. They state they can give you the offer you are looking for, which is lower than any offer around, then when you get into the dealership the state that monthly offer didn’t include thousand of dollars in fees and taxes, which increases you price significantly. If something seems to good to be true, it probably is, including their price quotes. The person that quotes your price through email/phone does not even work in their dealership building. I walked in asking for her and was given a different sales person. That sales person had no idea what deal I had worked out with the representative on the phone because their only job is to get you into their dealership. Within 20 mins of being their I was told that the price quoted does not include any fees and taxes and no dealership could sell it for the price quoted. I then left and went to FREEHOLD HYUNDAI and bought the car for the exact price that FREEHOLD quoted me on the phone. Additionally the person I talked to on the phone was the person who I dealt with in the dealership!

I had an 8am Monday service appointment to do 2 recalls, an oil change, NYS inspection and check the headlights. I dropped the car off Sunday night as instructed.
I called Monday morning to ensure they had the car and tell them I also needed a part to fix the trunk. The person I spoke to told me they had the car, said she would tell them about the trunk, confirmed my 8am appointment and said the car would be going in now. I did not hear from them all day. I called the next day and was told that the person, Jason, who worked on my car was out that day and that they would call me back.
They didn't call. I called again and the person told me they would try to find Jason and call me back but I already knew he was not in so I told them to figure out what happened to my car. After going through multiple people and telling them I wanted my car back (they initially told me they couldn't return my car because it wads in the middle of service), I finally got someone who magically knew what had been done to my car-they had only done the recalls. She gave me a quote to fix the headlights and I asked her to do the bare minimum since I was disappointed in their company.
She told me they had to replace both headlights. Then she called back and said, "good news, you only need to replace one headlight!" Then she asked me to have them do more work on my car to make up the difference in price. I said, "no!" I asked for the courtesy shuttle and she made ridiculous excuses that my location was too far away which it wasn't and that the car would take too long to get to me because it can't take the Taconic which is not even a route you would take. Then again magically, the shuttle would be able to pick me up.
I got my car and left. It had not been washed which is something they do free of charge for customers with recalls. When I got home, my headlight did not work. I looked at the paperwork and it said there is something wrong with the wiring and that the light night go out.
No one ever told me that and there was nothing wrong with the wiring before I brought it, I just needed them to put the bulb back in. I received a call from Jason 2 days later. He said he heard about my disappointment in service and wanted to fix it before it got to his manager. He said he did not know my contact information and did not know what to do with the car when he received it, implying that I had just dropped it off without making an appointment.
I informed him that I have an appointment confirmation that had my phone number, e-mail address and service I requested on it. He said he wanted to correct the issues and would speak to a manager and call me back; he didn't.
I left him a message the next day and still have not heard from him. I have called multiple times to talk to a manager but staff keep telling me they are unavailable and they will call me back but no one does.
