I cannot say enough great things about The Nutley Kia Auto location. I had previously went to a Kia dealership in queens and had such a stereo typical negative experience.
However, my experience at Nutley Auto Kia was night and day. I was welcomed by Scott warmly at the lot of the dealership and immediately I felt different. Scott was genuine and is passionate about cars. He made myself and my 2 best friends feel comfortable and right at home.

It’s almost a month since I leased my second KIA from Karp! I got out my 2016 Optima lease early and leased a 2018 Sportage! The Optima was great, but the Sportage is outstanding! I owe my decision to Michael Rosenberg! He helped me with my Optima and I knew exactly where to go for my next KIA! He put me in the right model with all the right features! He worked up a great deal and I couldn’t be happier! I appreciated the way Michael handled the sale, but I appreciated even more how he contacted me after the sale to make sure I was satisfied! I know for the length of my lease I’ll be in good hands with the Karp service department! I told Michael I’d see him again in 2 to 3 years for my next KIA!

They helped us work out a better lease payment (on the car equipped with a 1600 optional package) than the competitions LOWER PRICED BASE MODEL. Also the experience was made so much easier than other dealers. First time I walked in I was given an itemized quote in writing (no-one else offered this ) in maybe a half hour visit. NO GAMES. NO RUNAROUND and Unbeatable deal.The next time I visited Nemet the deal was done and my son had his car in about 2 hours as promised. These guys were easily accessible,knowledgeableprofessional and accomodating. But bottom line you should be able to save yourself time and money by dealing with these guys. I bought TWO Kia Soul+ cars in the same week. Price was fine, delivery was good. However I was told that I didn't require a spare tire because the Kia Soul+ came with Run Flat tires. So, I believed it.
Two days later, we had a flat tire. The sealant didn't work. Had to get towed and buy a brand new tire at another dealership. I went back to Bridgewater Kia for reconciliation and they denied everything and told me there must have been a misunderstanding about the tires. Not at all. I specifically asked if I needed a spare tire ($250) and was told no because of the Run Flats that would run for up to 55 miles.
I just can't stand when people lie to my face and then don't admit their mis-truths. Sorry, but I just cannot recommend this dealership regardless of how long they have been in business.

If it weren't for the dedication of Santos, who was my car dealer, I probably would not have been able to get a car that day. Ok so this is the fourth Kia I leased. The previous three were from another Bergen County dealer. I always felt like "they got me" on my other transactions. Surprisingly this didn't happen leasing my Stinger (what a car!) From Liberty. to say it was easy breezy would be an understatement. the salesman Kedwin and finance manager Anthony were informative and low pressure. It actually was a pleasant experience.

the sales department did everything possible so we could drive home in our new car. we were looking to buy, but couldn't agree on payments that would work for us. Patti offered us a lease with payments we could afford. we drove a beautiful car home that day. when we returned to sign paperwork and pick up our plates, the offer on paper was way higher than what we agreed to. we do have the car we wanted but we are paying more than we can afford. Now i can't even get them to return my phone calls.
