We stopped into the dealership as Ford was currently running the "early bird" special where they waived the last three payments on our 2015 Escape and lease a new 2017.
The dealership is very inviting (considering it was renovated recently), the employees were kind and helped us through the process. Our salesman, Rafael was terrific and is one of the best we have come across in all of our years of car shopping. Also, Alex in finance was also great and was one of the easiest and painless experiences we have ever had in a dealershi[ financing office.
Thanks again to All American Ford for helping us with our new 2017 Escape.

If you want to buy here it’s best if you don’t try to get the best deal possible. What you should do is lay down and let Frankie the salesman try to strong arm you into leaving a 500$ deposit and finish the credit application when I explained over and over I didn’t want to run my credit if they didn’t see a deal working out, being I am trying to fix my credit. Experience was tolerable until the salesman yelled out in front of customers and the staff in the building that” I didn’t have any money, so what are you giving me a hard time for”. Oh yeah then 20 min after that the salesman had the nerve to call me and ask me to come back and finish the credit app. And then he says “ things got crazy it wasn’t only my fault, but you know if I don’t sell I don’t eat.” By the looks of the reviews I regret not listening to them when I saw them myself. Worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life, let alone the most embarrassing one. And remember Frankie i at your service !

Went in to look at a certain vehicle, looked at it. Wouldn't let me test drive it. Asked about helping someone with bad credit, was told no problem we can do that. Handed me the credit application to fill out, salesman never came back over to me, after about 10 minutes I walked to him which he was with someone else, to me very rude. So handed him my credit app and expected to hear from him or even the manager, no calls came know saying whether or not they were going to help me or not. Very poor customer service, and I know they ran my credit. Everything on there is from the past or not even mine, but they can't give a person a chance, always have to judge you by a number from your past. The people that is listed salesman skip ignored me after giving me the credit application, Lorissa set up appointment, continued to message saying I missed my appointment, Wallace who is suppose to be manager never came to me or introduced himself, very poor service. All I'm trying to do is get back on my feet again, found her vehicle im interested in for a very reasonable price.

I was interested in a car that I saw online. I filled out the online form, was immediately contacted by Shaun. He was easy to communicate with, provided straight answers to every question that I had, and did not pressure in any way in person.
Park City Ford was great with pricing, very patient with me as a picky buyer, and accommodating with my schedule. They even drove the car I was interested in to my nearby mechanic for it to be inspected.

Smith Cairns returned my car from their service department damaged and denied responsibility. Their service representative lied to protect her staff who are incompetent of honesty. The owner of Smith Cairns although listened to my complaint of their Service Department did nothing to rectify the situation and had no problem with losing an account. This place used to be bustling with business and now is starving for the next unsuspecting innocent customer. They are terrible; there are plenty of complaints against everyone there. Therefore if you have to go to Smith Cairns Yonkers Service make sure you record your conversations, take pictures of your car before service and after service while on their premises; get a copy of the service order before leaving and then compare to the final service order. They make serious mistakes and take no responsibility for it.

So I called once again for my key replacement. I was supposed to a spare upon purchase that never materialized. I expressed to her I was in Los Angeles. She proceed to ask me why am I not coming down everyday to get my key. She wouldn't review the deal terms and ok her own. She seemed ready to argue from the moment she answered the phone

I bought a used car from them and within 6 months the front bumper cover started to fall off! I came to find out that the car had been in a rear end collision, both sides of the cars had body & paint work as well as the front and that is why the bumper was falling off. None of this was told to me at the time of the purchase. I have heard form other people who bought used cars there that they had body paint & body repair issues that were not divulged at the time of the purchase. They are a dishonest dealer! From what I'm told, the owner buys cars at auction cheap especially those that have been repaired so he can sell them at a lower price than his competition. If you do look at a car at McLean Ford ask to see the Auction Condition Report as well as a CarFax report. But see them IN WRITING!
I also had my car serviced there once. They got grease all over my carpets and would not clean or replace the carpet. Never again!
