We had a very pleasant experience with M&M Auto Group. We emailed M&M and the next morning I had a voicemail regarding our inquiry. We drove an hour to look at the car. The greeter was very welcoming and pleasant. Our Lincoln was washed and cleaned and inspected and ready for a test drive as promised. The car was beautiful the salesmen was very professional we test drove the car and had a great conversation. There was absolutely no pressure The buying experience was equally pleasant. We were given options regarding warranty options and all Lincoln had to offer. My wife was very pleased to drive her Lincoln home the same day. I would highly recommend M&M auto. There was no pressure the environment was calm and enjoyable. The drive was well worth it and I will buy my next car from them in the future.

Terrible terrible internal coordination. No one knows what or who among them did what last.
They keep breaking promises for a return call. Killed my labor day vacation plans, killed my friday night and today killed my saturday morning. And worse, you killed an opportunity to have more precious time with the kids right before school started. You make me pay for reprogramming the key and even made me buy a new one for nothing. And you seem to avoid talking about that. You make me wait so long while you huddle at the back in firefighting mode discussing god knows what. I have just spoken to an expert trouble-shooter from another dealership and what a revelation! i don't even want to begin diagnosing where your methods and systems and policies fail as a service business.
You were not like this years ago. Either take down your noisy jingle and print ads, or live up to it like you once did, else they're now nothing but lies. I will not bother naming names (you have the description of the original issue above, the recordings, timelines and paperwork) as this problem is obviously systemic. Attention Ford HQ. I will be searching for more venues to air this in case it falls to deaf ears.

We walked into the dealer and saw our car, the dealer was very attentive and explained all the details of the vehicle in question, the process to lease the vehicle went very smoothly even the financial part was painless! the most exciting part about the entire thing of course was picking up the car. the salesperson was awesome and I would highly recommend him to everyone! He took his time with us and showed us all the specs of the vehicle before we drove off and invited us to come back if we needed further help. the corresponding e mails with the salesperson were very quick and made the entire experience a pleasant one!

I bought a used car from them and within 6 months the front bumper cover started to fall off! I came to find out that the car had been in a rear end collision, both sides of the cars had body & paint work as well as the front and that is why the bumper was falling off. None of this was told to me at the time of the purchase. I have heard form other people who bought used cars there that they had body paint & body repair issues that were not divulged at the time of the purchase. They are a dishonest dealer! From what I'm told, the owner buys cars at auction cheap especially those that have been repaired so he can sell them at a lower price than his competition. If you do look at a car at McLean Ford ask to see the Auction Condition Report as well as a CarFax report. But see them IN WRITING!
I also had my car serviced there once. They got grease all over my carpets and would not clean or replace the carpet. Never again!
