I bought a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV GT From Fairfield Mitsubishi. It was not the first Mitzubishi dealership I went to. Even though the other dealership was sleeker in its appearance there was something missing. When I walked into Fairfield Mitsubishi it was warm friendly knowledgeable courteous and they did everything they could to help me get the car I wanted at the best price possible. Their follow up and follow through was exceptional and their customer service is personal and noteworthy. Since it is a brand new car to this country and new to the dealership they also had a learning curve but made every effort to know the car as well as possible so that they could convey that information to me. Even though it is not my first plug in electric hybrid there are many changes that I need to be aware of and even after I drove off with my new car from the Dealership, they have made themselves available to me to answer all the questions that crop up with a brand new vehicle. Rene is a great salesman and Rita provided me with all the tools to insure that the deal would be closed. Even though Fairfield Mitsubishi is not close to my home I am glad that I chose them to purchase my car. I am sure that I will have a very positive relationship with the service department going forward as well.

I called and set up an appointment with Pamela to see a 2012 Mustang. When I arrived I was greeted by Mr. Torres. He immediately took care of us. Pamela was no where to be seen, nor did she have the car prepped prior to our arrival.
There was a series of mishaps in viewing the car from missing keys to a dead battery. Mr. Torres worked tirelessly to correct the issues. With some patience on both sides, we were able to drive the vehicle and finally ended up reaching a more than fair deal on the price of the vehicle. After the deal was settled, we had a few more hiccups in the final steps. However, Mr. Ray Torres take care of us at every step. A month ago I walked into your dealership and had the pleasure of meeting your Sales Manager Brian Sheedy.
As I wanted to be sure that I was purchasing the right vehicle for myself, I had returned on several occasions to speak with Brian and to test drive the vehicle. On all accounts Brian was patient, understanding, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and warranty information. I purchased my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer as a direct result of working with Brian.
I would 100% recommend my family and friends to shop Dutchess Mitsubishi and to work with Brian on all future vehicle purchases.
I also had the privilege of working with a young man who processed my paperwork for the vehicle (please forgive me, as I do not remember his name), but he was very informative, organized and took time out of his schedule to go over all aspects of my vehicle with me.
Unfortunately, the only drawback to my experience was dealing with your Finance Manager. I felt the he was rude and lacked any compassion or understanding for my situation and was unwilling to seek other avenues or alternatives to assist me. The truth is, ONLY after speaking with Brian again and ensuring that I would not have to deal with the Finance Manager directly, did I decide to make my purchase. Brian truly went out of his way to assist me.

I had decided after pricing quite a few midsize suvs, that the Mitsubishi Outlander stood out about the rest. The equipment and 10yr warranty package stood out way above the rest price wise. Someone told me that if I wanted to price one, I should call Potamkin Mitsubishi and ask for the General Manager Jack. When I called I actually spoke to Jack. He answered all my questions, gave me an out the door price on my suv, and set the appointment. When I arrived I meet with Jack, he introduced me to the salesman Nelson Nunez, he went over the outlander with me, and 90min later I was driving home. Just like Jack said it would happen. Everyone was so laid back and nice. Great experience

We came in to buy my Daughter a car as her previous car was totaled from a deer accident. I called up Salesman Rob Dana who I had bought from before asking to look at an Outlander Sport. We got there and he had one ready to go for a test drive. We liked the car and he worked very hard to get us the best deal. He found us the exact model and color we wanted. He explained everything to us about the car. Great Salesman. I have had some bad experiences purchasing cars from other dealers but I would buy from Healy again! The whole staff was great.

Bill in the repair department was a total jerk and completely rude. Not to mention he is incompetent. The guy called me on 2/28/2018 and started yelling at me for no reason. I couldnt get him to stop talking and listen to me. I was attempting to tell him about an error message i had taken a picture of. He would not let me finish speaking.
This is a terrible place to do business with and Bill in the repair department should be fired immediately.

Very shady business practices are on full display at this dealership. Starts with the classic bait and switch of advertising cars at low prices which assume you will finance the vehicle to get advertised price and ends with them deliberately charging a higher price of the vehicle at sale, and being deceitful about disclosing the price charged (they bury it in the finance document). They are scam artists with zero business ethics who look to screw the customer at every opportunity.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealer, they stand behind their cars, fix whats right the first time and will spend the time and effort in helping you chose a car. I have had several interactions with them and even thought they do not have the bells & whistles that some upscale dealers have, the have the service that makes it the best choice in the area.

Car was purchased at Yorktown Mitsubishi, NY inlate November and picked up the following evening. Since it was dark out already, there was a quick inspection. Several months later we noticed a very small piece of molding (worth $50) was missing near rear tire. When the service dept. was asked to replace the piece, I was told I must have been in an accident for it to come off. I explained that there was never an accident nor any scratches or marks in the area indicating any damage to cause piece to come off. They rudely explained to me that it was held in by 2 screws underneath and a rock must have pulled it off. After hearing such a rediculous statement I asked the man how a rock could possibly have pulled the piece held in strongly by 2 bolts off without my knowing and he reponded that there is no scientific reasoning he can give me. The man was rude and treated me as if I was an ignorant woman. He exclaims that the car did not leave his shop without the piece. I understand it was a simple mistake and an easy piece to miss because it was so small. If Mitsubishi really cared about their customers, they would pay the $50 for their obvious error and fix the truck. I will continue the fight with them until it is fixed and would not recommend them to anyone else. Their policies are not geered to make their customers happy. Instead they try and lie any way they can to save themselves $50
