The service center is overpriced and the employees are rude. I got tricked into going because a recall notice on my car was sent to my email. I brought it in to get the complimentary service done and then I got tricked into paying for an inspection that clearly wasn’t going to pass, I was quoted about a grand for other work that was needed. I said no and was told I had an hour to go pick up my car.
I ended up being stranded at the dealership for two hours because I had to get my car towed to a local mechanic. Since they took off my inspection sticker. The mechanic quoted me half the price for the work.

We came in to buy my Daughter a car as her previous car was totaled from a deer accident. I called up Salesman Rob Dana who I had bought from before asking to look at an Outlander Sport. We got there and he had one ready to go for a test drive. We liked the car and he worked very hard to get us the best deal. He found us the exact model and color we wanted. He explained everything to us about the car. Great Salesman. I have had some bad experiences purchasing cars from other dealers but I would buy from Healy again! The whole staff was great.

Found a Jeep on CarGurus and it was a good deal. Called the day before to confirm that the vehicle was still there, and were told it was. Let them know we would be there in the afternoon of 4/21/18 to see it. We arrived and were told that the owner's son was driving the car and had to bring it in so we could see it. Had to wait for 30 minutes. After we drove it and were told that the price on the CarGurus site was the price, we wanted to do the deal. Then they spring on you the additional $1,990 in "downpayment" costs that must be added to the price in the ad. Still wanted to do the deal. They then tried to undercut our trade, despite the glowing promise on their advertising that they will give full Kelly Bluebook value. Walked out, and then went back in to sign the paperwork despite the feeling that it was crooked. We were told (and the ads and paperwork confirmed) that the vehicle included a premium soft top. It wasn't with the vehicle when the showed it to us, but we were told that it was in the shop and would be in the car when we picked it up. This morning, we were told that they had to order the top because they didn't have it, but they wanted to honor the deal. We were scheduled to pick up the vehicle today (4/26/18), and were told that the owner will not give us the price with the soft top. The sales manager tells me that the agreement we signed was not binding, and referred to a portion of the agreement that cites "Regulation Z," which is the Consumer Protection Act - for the protection of the consumer, not the dealer. These guys are as dirty as they come and I don't believe that anyone has ever walked out of there feeling like they were not completely screwed. .

Bill in the repair department was a total jerk and completely rude. Not to mention he is incompetent. The guy called me on 2/28/2018 and started yelling at me for no reason. I couldnt get him to stop talking and listen to me. I was attempting to tell him about an error message i had taken a picture of. He would not let me finish speaking.
This is a terrible place to do business with and Bill in the repair department should be fired immediately.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealer, they stand behind their cars, fix whats right the first time and will spend the time and effort in helping you chose a car. I have had several interactions with them and even thought they do not have the bells & whistles that some upscale dealers have, the have the service that makes it the best choice in the area.

A month ago I walked into your dealership and had the pleasure of meeting your Sales Manager Brian Sheedy.
As I wanted to be sure that I was purchasing the right vehicle for myself, I had returned on several occasions to speak with Brian and to test drive the vehicle. On all accounts Brian was patient, understanding, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and warranty information. I purchased my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer as a direct result of working with Brian.
I would 100% recommend my family and friends to shop Dutchess Mitsubishi and to work with Brian on all future vehicle purchases.
I also had the privilege of working with a young man who processed my paperwork for the vehicle (please forgive me, as I do not remember his name), but he was very informative, organized and took time out of his schedule to go over all aspects of my vehicle with me.
Unfortunately, the only drawback to my experience was dealing with your Finance Manager. I felt the he was rude and lacked any compassion or understanding for my situation and was unwilling to seek other avenues or alternatives to assist me. The truth is, ONLY after speaking with Brian again and ensuring that I would not have to deal with the Finance Manager directly, did I decide to make my purchase. Brian truly went out of his way to assist me.

Car was purchased at Yorktown Mitsubishi, NY inlate November and picked up the following evening. Since it was dark out already, there was a quick inspection. Several months later we noticed a very small piece of molding (worth $50) was missing near rear tire. When the service dept. was asked to replace the piece, I was told I must have been in an accident for it to come off. I explained that there was never an accident nor any scratches or marks in the area indicating any damage to cause piece to come off. They rudely explained to me that it was held in by 2 screws underneath and a rock must have pulled it off. After hearing such a rediculous statement I asked the man how a rock could possibly have pulled the piece held in strongly by 2 bolts off without my knowing and he reponded that there is no scientific reasoning he can give me. The man was rude and treated me as if I was an ignorant woman. He exclaims that the car did not leave his shop without the piece. I understand it was a simple mistake and an easy piece to miss because it was so small. If Mitsubishi really cared about their customers, they would pay the $50 for their obvious error and fix the truck. I will continue the fight with them until it is fixed and would not recommend them to anyone else. Their policies are not geered to make their customers happy. Instead they try and lie any way they can to save themselves $50
