I came in to renew my lease and take advantage of some year-end offers. After spending a lot of time with Marty working hard to keep me within my budget, I realized when I got home that I was not completely happy with my choice. When I called the dealership to explain, Marty worked with me over the phone to find something that I would ultimately be very happy with and that would work with my budget at the same time. They really worked with me and helped get me into a new lease that gives me all the features I need at a very reasonable monthly cost. The financing experience was also very easy and pressure-free!

We came in to buy my Daughter a car as her previous car was totaled from a deer accident. I called up Salesman Rob Dana who I had bought from before asking to look at an Outlander Sport. We got there and he had one ready to go for a test drive. We liked the car and he worked very hard to get us the best deal. He found us the exact model and color we wanted. He explained everything to us about the car. Great Salesman. I have had some bad experiences purchasing cars from other dealers but I would buy from Healy again! The whole staff was great.

On 08/21/2018,I had my 4 rotors and brake pads replaced by 30+year mechanic Joey. He did a superb,fantastic job! Brakes are his specialty.At Lasorsa the customer always comes first. You are treated as family by all. Mr. John Zahra,the owner is very knowledgable and helpful and genuinely cares and this is reflected in all 3 of his service reps,Jay,John ,and Ariel. These gentleman know GM cars inside out. Jay takes pride,as do his co-workers in delivering quality,caring service to customers,who by the way are treated as family by them. Over the years I have been to many GM dealerships and service depts over the years..but nowhere have I ever felt the care and concern that I feel here. Lasorsa, not only stands by their cars,they stand by the service they give also. They treat your car as if it were their own. The prices are very reasonable but the service is Platinum service ALL THE WAY. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. In my opinion,Mr.Zahra and Jay deserve promotions for the excellent calibre of work they do. They represent the GM tradition in ways no others can!

The service center is overpriced and the employees are rude. I got tricked into going because a recall notice on my car was sent to my email. I brought it in to get the complimentary service done and then I got tricked into paying for an inspection that clearly wasn’t going to pass, I was quoted about a grand for other work that was needed. I said no and was told I had an hour to go pick up my car.
I ended up being stranded at the dealership for two hours because I had to get my car towed to a local mechanic. Since they took off my inspection sticker. The mechanic quoted me half the price for the work.

This is the worst dealership I have dealt with in years, they do not know how to treat people after the deal is done. That's nothing compared to the nightmare that goes on behind the scenes, the service department. They do not stock any parts in house , everything has to be shipped , we buy things online all the time right, But they wont even pay for the next day , for the parts they dont stock , my vehicle has been in and out of service for 3 months strait. the same story ,, we didnt notice ,, " what do you mean you didnt notice" so much for 100 point inspection, they billed me for things that were not broken and again had to wait three weeks. payed for rental cars the whole time because they are too cheap to just give you a loaner vehicle.. God forbid the dealership spent 17-20k to keep there customers happy when something breaks that is under warranty. ITS A total joke , I have the most prestige vehicle mitsubishi has and its a big xxx , always broken and the dealership is the icing on the cake , my wife has gone past frustration and into anger now ,, repeatedly telling me to call them , to get some of the rental fees back,, they said they would submit to mitsubishi , with no response.. dont be a victim like i was ,,,

I have had several interactions with them and even thought they do not have the bells & whistles that some upscale dealers have, the have the service that makes it the best choice in the area.

A month ago I walked into your dealership and had the pleasure of meeting your Sales Manager Brian Sheedy.
As I wanted to be sure that I was purchasing the right vehicle for myself, I had returned on several occasions to speak with Brian and to test drive the vehicle. On all accounts Brian was patient, understanding, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and warranty information. I purchased my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer as a direct result of working with Brian.
I would 100% recommend my family and friends to shop Dutchess Mitsubishi and to work with Brian on all future vehicle purchases.
I also had the privilege of working with a young man who processed my paperwork for the vehicle (please forgive me, as I do not remember his name), but he was very informative, organized and took time out of his schedule to go over all aspects of my vehicle with me.
Unfortunately, the only drawback to my experience was dealing with your Finance Manager. I felt the he was rude and lacked any compassion or understanding for my situation and was unwilling to seek other avenues or alternatives to assist me. The truth is, ONLY after speaking with Brian again and ensuring that I would not have to deal with the Finance Manager directly, did I decide to make my purchase. Brian truly went out of his way to assist me.

Car was purchased at Yorktown Mitsubishi, NY inlate November and picked up the following evening. Since it was dark out already, there was a quick inspection. Several months later we noticed a very small piece of molding (worth $50) was missing near rear tire. When the service dept. was asked to replace the piece, I was told I must have been in an accident for it to come off. I explained that there was never an accident nor any scratches or marks in the area indicating any damage to cause piece to come off. They rudely explained to me that it was held in by 2 screws underneath and a rock must have pulled it off. After hearing such a rediculous statement I asked the man how a rock could possibly have pulled the piece held in strongly by 2 bolts off without my knowing and he reponded that there is no scientific reasoning he can give me. The man was rude and treated me as if I was an ignorant woman. He exclaims that the car did not leave his shop without the piece. I understand it was a simple mistake and an easy piece to miss because it was so small. If Mitsubishi really cared about their customers, they would pay the $50 for their obvious error and fix the truck. I will continue the fight with them until it is fixed and would not recommend them to anyone else. Their policies are not geered to make their customers happy. Instead they try and lie any way they can to save themselves $50
