Terrible - not a man of their word. Took my car in two weeks ago to sell it and stated they needed a 'clean title.' Did as I was told and paid off my vehicle's balance and obtained the title and walked back in 2 WEEKS LATER and they quoted me $2k less than my original offer. The only thing that changed on the car was the 40 miles I took to drive it there. Here I am a couple days before Christmas and I am now out $6k after the pay off. TERRIBLE. I will be going elsewhere, as should you.

We bought a cadillac from Murphy and had it for a few years, we decided we wanted an SUV looked at the Escalade but much to pricey, we went to GM an decided on a Yukon the dealership pulled up the carfax
on the caddy and notified us it had been in an accident,the whole front end had been hit so now the trade in value dropped from 22,000 to 18,000, we have always had and purchased every caddy from Murphy,They with held the fact that the car had been hit, we would not have purchased it had we known,I went to Murphy to confront the manager, when told of the situation he stated ever knowing it had been hit, and was very rude,we paid 38,000 for a car that was in an accident, that was not worth 38,000, very sneaky,The manager really didn't know what to say, he told me they don't have to disclose the information that it's not against the law ,don't ever purchased from them, not trustworthy...liars...Never feels good getting screwed over by people you have dealt with over 20 years!

I have reached out to three different salespeople from this dealership. No follow through, one hung up on me and the other was just plain lazy. Planned to buy a car here, not now. Don’t waste your time!

I was looking for a 1-2 yr old Cadillac and found one, test drove it and liked it but a major price difference one price in the window and a much lower price on the internet, salesperson and sales manager just acted STUPID , I then said I can't do business wit a couple of crooks!!! If you do business with these crooks check the internet pricing so they don't rip you off for as much as 5 k or more!!

I am a current Cadillac owner whose lease is almost up. I went to my dealer and asked how much for a new car lease. After 90 minutes of them gathering everything from me I was told that if I was not going to commit to buying today I would not be given pricing. Huh? These people intimidate and threaten people into buying. They have the worst service department ever as well.
Stay away from these xxxxx!!!
