Last month my daughter and I came here originally looking for a newer used model Dodge Journey. Our salesman name was Omandi. Perfect gentleman. Answered all questions and took my trade in. He broke down how I would actually be saving money if I went with NEW NEW. The sales manager worked his magic and came out to tell us "Congrates the 2018 is yours" I almost burst into tears. My whole life I have NEVER had new new. Always had used and always had to worry if something was going to break down with me and our kids in it. This dealership by far beat ALL of my expectations. They got my daughter who is 8 involved in the deal by answering her questions which made her feel good about coming with me. Every person that we talked to made us feel like family instead of just another number on a chart for the month. By far I will be coming back to them for service and anything else that we may need. Because of them I dont have worry about if my vehicle is going to break down when I'm sitting at idle or if I need to drive over an hour to a doctor appointment. I cant brag enough about this great dealership. If you want to be treated like you deserve to be treated GO TO ORLANDO DODGE!!!!! on colonial!!!! Lewis the Service Mgr did a great job on doing my inspection and letting Chrysler know that my dodge ram was good to go. passed. Lewis works hard for the customer. Lewis worked threw his lunch break just to get me in on a tight deadline. the mraz family really appreciates his commitment to the customer. Parts Department and Service Department Suck! - putter12
I had my 2005 PT Cruiser in to get the convertible top repaired as the cables snapped that lifts the top over the vehicle. They then charge me $165 to diagnose the problem, even before they can resolve the issue.
The service tech comes back and says that I have to replace the entire convertible lift system totalling over $1,600!
I tell them that I can't afford that and then go to their parts department and order the cables and spring that I suspect will resolve my issue. Their cost to me for cables and springs is over $165. They only order only one cable. I thought for that price, it was for two. The parts take over 10 days to arrive and I had to call the Parts Department to find out where's my order.
I then decide to have their Service Department install the parts. They call me back a week later to tell me that it's too complicated to repair. They want to again, replace the entire system
I've never met so much incompetence in my life. I will never recommend Napleton to anyone and never purchase service, parts or anything from this worthless company.

I have now purchased 3 commercial vehicles from Charles Lupo at Daytona Dodge, and the service is always excellent. Charles knows how busy we are, so he works really hard to complete all requirements before asking us to come down to the dealership. Each and every time, it has been a smooth transaction. I highly recommend Daytona Dodge, and all of the staff.

I had issues with my brand new car with only 16K miles on it that Napleton Clermont sold to me. I was waiting on the phone for someone to answer for over 20 minutes each time I tried to call the service department to get an update on my vehicle (I called 3 separate times in a single day). The service department is severely understaffed, lacks training in basic customer service, and most importantly they do not care about you, your time, or your vehicle. They only care about charging you exorbitant prices for basic services on crappy vehicles they sell you. My vehicle now smells like a garage with lingering cigarette smoke.
