From the moment I got on the phone I felt that I was in very good hands. Mr. Tom and his sales manager were prompt and very curtuous in helping me find what I needed with little to no effort. I travelled OVER 3 hours just for this reason and I did not leave dissatisfied. This is customers service at its finest , I would recommend to anyone.
2 Year Parts Warrantee - 2006mini
On10/08/17 I paid Mini of Daytona Besch $4,917.78 for major repairs in the engine compartment, including a new alternator.
I live about 35 miles away so, when my battery failed, I went to my local mechanic. He replaced the battery and showed me my alternator was only charging at 12 volts and should be 14. I authorized the alternator replacement and paid the mechanic. Took the defective alternator back to the dealer who said they would file a claim under the warrantee.
It is now October 17 and no response for my claim. I have spoken with the service advisor and with Mr. Decarlo, the service manager, both of whom swore they would follow up and get back to me. They haven’t and so far, I’m out $694.07. And I’m now on my third alternator.
