Had a bump in the road that Erica made the best of and Darren made sure everything was done correctly. They both were very communicative and there to help anyway they could. I will request them both if I have to go back.

Experience at dealership was good but my experience while trying to contact someone via phone was very poor. Spent a lot of waiting time and still was unable to talk to the right person. Eventually i had to go to dealership to address an issue that could have been resolved by phone.
Did not get what I initially set out to buy (Murano AwD) because there was none available.
