Earlier this week we called Andrew who had been reaching out to us from the VIP program for a vehicle upgrade. our lease was up and it was time for a new one. they were able to work an awesome deal for us as always, and Andrew was very helpful showing us different models and colors. We will be back in another 3 years to see Andrew for another lease! thank you again!

I had an appointment with Max to test drive a Murano. As the current owner of a 2005 Murano, I was pretty sure I would be impressed with the new 2018, but had no intention to purchase that day. Max and Josh (finance) made the whole process so easy! Max walked me around the vehicle to explain all the features (inside and out) before going for a drive. He took the time to show me all the features of the cameras -- I'll never be able to park a car without them again! After purchase, Max went through all the "techno-gadgets" again and even connected my phone for me....full service! I will definitely recommend Max at Nissan of Melbourne to friends looking for a new vehicle.

I worked directly with Frank Luciano on a slightly used vehicle I found on their website. Even thought it was a used vehicle of a different make, I was never pressured or felt any type of persuasion toward a brand new vehicle or something I didn't want. Frank was very professional and courteous. I also worked with sales manager Ivo Stuller. Ivo was very friendly and interactive. He showed a great effort to earn my business and it payed off in the end. Ivo even gave my wife and I a $250 check toward a nice Valentine's Day dinner! Leslie in the financial department, as well as the receptionist at the front desk were also very personable. All in all, if you are in the market for a vehicle, Pearson Nissan of Ocala is top notch!

Typical sleazy dealership tactics - Jamie
First, their Internet Sales Manager is a child... like 25 years old with less than 10 years even in the business. I expect better.
Second, they use the new usual sales tactic where they 1. Over price the vehicles a lot 2. slightly drop the internet price to seem like a good sale when it’s still over priced and then 3. “Offer you no haggle pricing” so you can’t even attempt to haggle their overpriced crap. All no haggle pricing means is they charge what they want and you can’t talk it down. Sleaze ball dealerships.
At this point even if they offered a vehicle at a good price to me I’d turn the offer down and leave my review up just for the principal. People need to know that these dealerships are dirt bag dealerships including this one.
In my initial email I requested their best price on a specific vehicle. I got a generic response back not even addressing my request. There was also a section to place an offer on the vehicle... why is there an offer section if the best price on the vehicle won’t go any lower than the internet price anyway? This dealership needs work.
