So we went to a few dealers searching for two trucks we needed to make our company grow and where ever we went they said sorry not approved.But once we stepped into this dealer a guy named Jack came up to us and we talked and told him our story. The first this jack said is we will get you the trucks! He worked at many dealers before but said he didn’t like it because they were shady companies and only wanted money. So he started here and said this is the first place they care about customers first. In my head I was like yea yea they all say that. But no he really meant it. They worked on getting us trucks for weeks and went threw xxxx and back tring and tring and it didn’t work. So we left and kept looking the same day once we left he calls us and says guys I been busting my butt tring to help you grow your company since you left here so you owe me. Next thing he says is come pick up your trucks!!! We went back and he was more happy then us. It was almost 10pm and him and a guy named Pablo was filling everything out and helping us walk out with them that night.Those guys over there are amazing literally everyone there was working on getting us a truck and not only a truck but the exact kind we needed witch was ( long bed,crew cab ,4x4 new or certified pre owned). I just want to say thanks to all of them and really tring there hardest!!!

I received a recall notice from on-star for the trailer hitch on my 2016 gmc canyon. I had 2 sleepless nights in fear on gmc service after my first experience with Burns gmc in Marlton ,new jersey.
Finally i went to Burke motors in Cape May Court house, nj. They where friendly and appeared to want a customer unlike my selling dealer,(burns in Marlton ,nj). i was pleased at there investigating of the issue. They informed me the trailer hitch was back ordered, but they would keep me updated. Friendly and updating customers, new experience. I left and 10 minutes later got a phone call asking me to return to the dealer. They inspected the trailer hitch and reviewed the recall papers . My vehicle was clear and safe and I am thankful.
I received a survey from the dealer but they never provided an ID or Password so u spend 30 min. of ur time filling it out and then can not submit it. contact them and they send another survey again no user ID or Password. Contacted gm customer service and the 4th and 5th person i spoke to transferred me to call my own phone. gm has an issue.

I was looking for a used car for my son on a budget of $5,000 to $7,000. I found a car at Granite and submitted an inquiry through cars.com. A dealer rep (Alex) emailed me back and I asked if the car was still available. He said that it was and we confirmed that I would be there in less than an hour to look at it. I thought he would have had the car and a salesperson somewhat ready. When I walked in they were obviously not expecting me and the salesman had to look into where the car was at. He found that it was in the budget lot a few miles away but that there were people looking at it who planned to buy it. As I came to find out, those people were there prior to my emailing Alex, who apparently did NOTHING in response to my email. The salesman then drew my attention to another car (also in the budget lot) and we drove down there to see it. Upon driving it there was obviously a problem with one of the rear wheels and/or brakes. The lone employee/manager at the budget lot emphatically said that he would not fix the car and that it passed inspection which was good enough for them. Both the salesman and the manager did a considerable amount of complaining about Alex (for not even checking as to whether the car was available) as well as their own service department. The budget lot manager claimed that their service department charges them the same labor rate as a person off the street, which is why he could only offer the car in a state of disrepair. After I left I called back to speak to the manager but never heard back. Later in the day I got a canned email from Alex, who was apparently oblivious to the problems he'd created. You know a dealership has problems when instead of trying to make things right and work out a deal they are bad-mouthing each other to customers. Don't waste your time.

We were greeted immediately by Victor. He introduced us to Daniel the salesman. Daniel was pleasant and worked hard to make sure we got the truck we wanted. Running in and out of the rain to bring trucks to us to keep us from getting wet. Daniel & Glenn really went out of their way to take care of us to give us the best deal on a 2017 GMC Canyon. The people at Penske all are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They gave a good deal on my trade-in. Daniel our salesman spent plenty of time showing the features inside the truck to my wife and I. John was also helpful in going over the extended warranty, tire protection and the Xzilon. Joy Page made sure we were well taken care of at the dealership. Kudos to everyone at Geoff Penske. Thanks you made buying a truck easy. Would recommend to anyone to give them a chance.

I made 2 trips to Burns for my new Genesis. I told them my first trip was for information. They respected my wishes. No pressure to buy on the spot. Just info and a test drive. I went home, reread the rave reviews the G80 was getting, and sat down with my new info and their promises. Fully informed, I returned to the dealership and Sal Hasan sat down with me to see if we could make a deal. I never felt pressured. All my questions were answered fully and we agreed on a deal that pleased both of us. Frankly, what more can you ask! A great car and a satisfying experience.

Impressed is an understatement! Our sales representative, Ray Melendez was outstanding! Knowledgeable, pleasant, fun, and honest. Truly a winning personality! He was so patient, took the time to answer all our questions, explained all details of the financing aspects. Listened intently to my many questions, and provided detailed answers. He showed me all the options they had available for the type of SUV I was looking for. He then further categorized them based on mileage, effecienty, safety ratings, and year manufactured. With Ray's help we were able to choose an SUV that fit our suited needs, and had a series of extra perks with a higher trim. We are so appreciative of all of Ray's help! And hope to be able to buy more cares from him in the future!

NEVER....WILL I EVER BUY A FORD VEHICLE & BUY A VEHICLE FROM WILLIS FORD IN SMYRNA EVER AGAIN! First of all I bought this xxx in 2016. I was told that there was a warranty on the vehicle at the time of purchase... after signing the paperwork, I asked about the warranty paperwork and was told that I could find it online... and guess what there was no warranty... so I was offered to purchase a policy with an extra $200 per month payment on top of the car payment...needless to say I didn't get it...so upon leaving the dealership the day of purchase., the darn airbag light came on out of the blue.... I took it back and forth for 5 months to get this fixed and they never fixed it to stay on indefinitely.... is still on till this day... then last year the head gasket blew...without any warning or issues and engine blew... $2000 to replace the entire engine... NOW THE TRANSMISSION... I'm rebuilding this whole stupid vehicle all while still making payments...NEVER AGAIN!!!

I'm upset that I had to give this dealership any stars. They ran an ad on an Acadia. My husband called on Thursday December 28th and asked about the car. They stated they had the car and my husband made an appointment for Friday December 29th. The ad showed they only had 53 Acadias available, so my husband called again on Friday December 29th before we left PA to make the trip. The woman he spoke to stated that if it was on the website, then they still had it in stock. He made it very clear that we were taking the trip to see the Acadia in the ad and only the Acadia in the ad.
We get to the dealership...nope they don't have it! I guess we should have known better, but my husband called not once, but TWICE to confirm they had the car. As we're standing in the show room, my husband pulls up the website and the car is still listed on the website!!!! "Yeah we don't have it" Okay, then why is your website showing it's available????
They had the audacity to ask if we wanted to get prices on a lease. I told them I'd never purchase anything from them because of their deceitful business practices.
So do they have the car or was it just a bait ad to get people in the door??? Monday January 1, they are still running the ad for the Acadia.
Beware of this dealership. They run false advertisements to get you in the door. Horrible business.

Found a Acadia I liked on their website as “new” and emailed the dealer. Sales contacted me and he gave me a price that I was comfortable with. I emailed him to confirm when I could come and test drive the auto. Even up to the morning of, I confirmed the price and time of the test drive which barring any major hiccups I was going to buy the suv. Well.. turns out the Acadia the sales guy offered me and was on their website as New was actually the used loaner car. Im thinking okay great basically still new but with under 5k miles, maybe cheaper price. They told me it was MORE than the new one and way more than what I was quoted on the email. Them blamed a junior sales rep for not knowing. Totals frauds. Stay away. Complete was of my time.

After watching the "Kerbeck show" I called to inquire about a truck that was on "air",,,I was told it was not available,,Then i asked about 2 other trucks that was on air ,, Jamie Leventhall again told me not available , but stated they had several others at virtually the same MSRP. I asked about price and he told me they are about $ 6,000.00 more!!!! A true bait and switch operation going on here for SURE !!! Buyers beware.. Go somewhere else..You will save yourself a big headache !!!

Do yourself a favor - get a written buyer's order or do not step foot in this place. I negotiated via email and phone for two days with Margrethe. I was comparing her offer to another dealer’s vehicle that didn't have an option I wanted, and after raising my offer with Margrethe received a callback from her stating the out-the-door price is agreed to and to come on down to pick up my new Jeep. She seemed genuine and up front, so I drove an hour without that buyers order I usually require. I was greeted by Lenny, asked for (and briefly saw) Margrethe, but ended up sitting down with Lenny. Lenny was great, started the paperwork, took my cashier's check, trade in registration, and when asked to verify pricing before he walked away with my check he sent in the sales manager - I have a feeling Lenny had an idea of what was about to happen, because he didn't make eye contact with me at all after he pulled in the sales manager. The sales manager came in with a single number on a piece of paper and said after trade and down payment, this is your balance. The balance was 3k higher than it should have been based on the agreed upon price, and he fumbled through a story about how Margethe left for the night and some other manager must have worked with her on the pricing who wasn’t in today (we negotiated and agreed to a price today). I asked for him to walk me through his math so I could locate his mistake and was presented with an 8x11 sheet of paper with the smallest numbers you could imagine in a 3x5 area. He was increasingly unpleasant as I asked him to step through his process to arrive at the balance owed, and he became combative when I asked for my cashiers check, trade-in registration, and keys so I could leave. Don't waste your time here unless you have a written buyer's order *prior* to visiting the dealership. I invite Debbie Novick to reach out to me and will update my review should I hear from her.

best car buying experience I've ever had. I had emailed over a quote request and quickly heard back from Andy at Arena. Once he confirmed exactly what I was looking for he emailed me back with a great price. He then gave me a very fair offer on my trade, went and found the exact car in color that I wanted and I had my car by the end of the week. There was back forth negotiations necessary. Just a great deal with a very helpful and friendly salesperson.
