Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful exercise as I am sure most of you already know. High pressure salesman, all kinds of confusing numbers flying as the negotiations take place can make car buying a bad experience.
Well I was lucky enough to meet Adam Mihalko and have him as my salesman this past weekend when I purchased my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500.
First Adam was patient and listened to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He didn't try and push me into some other purchase his dealership was trying to move that weekend. He found the right truck with every option I had asked for.
Adam had the experience and knowledge about his inventory and the GMC Sierra line up. He presented the offer in a clear simple manner that even I could understand with no surprises!

I had a headlight LED failure as my 2017 Accord Touring approached 36,000 miles. I had been turned away by Martin Honda, curing they were too busy to even glance at it. Without an appointment, expecting the worst, I pulled into Union Park Honda’s Service Line at 2:15pm. I expressed that, while I didn’t expect them to work on the car that day, I was concerned about going over the mileage limit of my bumper to bumper warranty. I asked if they could confirm the defect so it was noted.
Not only did they take a look at it, an hour later, the car was diagnosed and the part ordered. They created a 7am appointment for me 2 days later to ensure the repair was completed under warranty. Throughout the process, the entire team treated me like I was a member of their family. Noteworthy is that I bought my car in Pennsylvania, near my home. From this day forth, Union Park will have both my service and sales business. Thank you for bringing customer service and integrity to an industry where that can be hard to find.

Not your typical dealership. This family friendly dealership makes car buying stress free. We just purchased a GMC Terrain here and the process was so smooth thanks to John Rider and his team. I sent an email requesting a quote, which John promptly replied to. I spoke with him on the phone and he set up all the financing with the business manager. By the end of the day we were driving home in our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Bergey's and make sure to ask for John Rider. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a Cerified Pre-Owned GMC Terrain from Perrine Buick GMC a week ago.
It started with emails which were answered quickly and professionally. I was invited to take a test drive even though the salesman I requested was not working that day. No problem having the Terrain ready for me to take out when I got there in the evening and no pressure to do anything other than the test drive.
The next day I returned and was pleased with the entire operation. My salesman was Steve
Servetah who answered all my questions and had me drive it again and look it over carefully in the daylight. We were able to make a deal including a good price for my trade-in. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and very efficient and knowledgeable. The car was beautifully detailed and the Finance Manager got me the GM 1.9% financing available for CPO vehicles. I ordered an accessory and the parts department called within 24 hours that it had arrived. I could not be happier with the Terrain or the dealership.
The owner of the dealership, Fred Perrine, introduced himself - he is onsite and involved and I'm sure that has a lot to do with the feeling that you are dealing with an honest, family-run business.

My husband and I had such a great experience with the whole process, and everyone we worked with! Honestly 10 stars! Rick was super helpful and friendly, he answered all our questions, and was super patient (even though we were running late and my husband asked lots of questions lol:)! He responded very quickly to some additional questions we had via text, and just was very helpful. I spoke with Claudia over the phone and she wanted to make sure we would be helped quickly, so she asked some questions to clarify what we were looking for and was just genuinely helpful and courteous! Also, Jose followed up to make sure he had the vehicle we were looking for so we did not drive over and waste time if they did not have the car in stock. And, both Jose and Rick went WAY above and beyond because if was Wednesday night before Thanksgiving and we were running late and were the last one there, but they were so amazing and just made the experience great! Even the financing was so easy and made sure to thank my husband for his service (which is just so sweet and genuine)! From the minute my father and I walked in to the dealership, Melissa Haas made us feel at home. She was very approachable, she offered snacks and beverages, and she was very honest throughout the entire process of finding the right car for me. A lot of the time, finding the right car can be stressful, but Melissa made the process seem effortless. I also had a chance to meet the owner, Ryan Irish, and within seconds of meeting him, he was offering free Villanova T Shirts to my father and I. Granite Run Buick GMC really had a family feel to it that was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend.

I purchased a GMC Terrain from Peruzzi and with the purchase they included two oil changes and a tire rotation and when I went for my second oil change and to have the tires rotated , they failed to rotate the tires , as I was having an issue with one with a slow leak, did not tell Peruzzi and that tire was still on the right rear, so I know for a fact the tires were not rotated, also was having an issue with my dash-lights dimming and then go bright erratically, but you needed to drive it a little way for it to happen, they could not locate issue , but did not drive it , so how could they find it. These issues were not covered by GMC, but the Dealer directly, so they would not get reimbursed. Makes me wonder even if my oil was changed. I cannot trust this dealership and will not return, very disappointing as the Salesman that sold me the Car was great.

Impressed is an understatement! Our sales representative, Ray Melendez was outstanding! Knowledgeable, pleasant, fun, and honest. Truly a winning personality! He was so patient, took the time to answer all our questions, explained all details of the financing aspects. Listened intently to my many questions, and provided detailed answers. He showed me all the options they had available for the type of SUV I was looking for. He then further categorized them based on mileage, effecienty, safety ratings, and year manufactured. With Ray's help we were able to choose an SUV that fit our suited needs, and had a series of extra perks with a higher trim. We are so appreciative of all of Ray's help! And hope to be able to buy more cares from him in the future!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not even deserve one star. I lease a vehicle from Faulkner. Faulkner sought me out and offered me a deal to purchase my current lease for their pre own lot where inventory is low in return they would put me in a new lease around the same cost. Who would turn that down? I did not contact Faulkner. This came directly from the dealership reaching out to me. After wasting hours and money preparing my lease I was told I could not turn in my lease because it was to early. Again something the dealership knew of prior to them contacting me. Instead of the dealership honoring the offer they sent me, they offered me a free detail or tank of gas to rectify the situation. After I put out money to trade in my lease at a time that was unnecessary. This was strictly Faulkner’s fault and I’m shocked again at the numerous things wrong with the way this was handled and the way they treat their customers. I will laugh when I receive their response to contact the general manager. When Pat Duffy is the one who thinks this situation warrants a free car detail or tank of gas to pacify me. I already receive free services with my lease. Run from Faulkner Buick and GMC and do not bother complaining about anything. Apparently when they screw up they can not take responsibility for their actions

NEVER....WILL I EVER BUY A FORD VEHICLE & BUY A VEHICLE FROM WILLIS FORD IN SMYRNA EVER AGAIN! First of all I bought this xxx in 2016. I was told that there was a warranty on the vehicle at the time of purchase... after signing the paperwork, I asked about the warranty paperwork and was told that I could find it online... and guess what there was no warranty... so I was offered to purchase a policy with an extra $200 per month payment on top of the car payment...needless to say I didn't get it...so upon leaving the dealership the day of purchase., the darn airbag light came on out of the blue.... I took it back and forth for 5 months to get this fixed and they never fixed it to stay on indefinitely.... is still on till this day... then last year the head gasket blew...without any warning or issues and engine blew... $2000 to replace the entire engine... NOW THE TRANSMISSION... I'm rebuilding this whole stupid vehicle all while still making payments...NEVER AGAIN!!!

Do yourself a favor - get a written buyer's order or do not step foot in this place. I negotiated via email and phone for two days with Margrethe. I was comparing her offer to another dealer’s vehicle that didn't have an option I wanted, and after raising my offer with Margrethe received a callback from her stating the out-the-door price is agreed to and to come on down to pick up my new Jeep. She seemed genuine and up front, so I drove an hour without that buyers order I usually require. I was greeted by Lenny, asked for (and briefly saw) Margrethe, but ended up sitting down with Lenny. Lenny was great, started the paperwork, took my cashier's check, trade in registration, and when asked to verify pricing before he walked away with my check he sent in the sales manager - I have a feeling Lenny had an idea of what was about to happen, because he didn't make eye contact with me at all after he pulled in the sales manager. The sales manager came in with a single number on a piece of paper and said after trade and down payment, this is your balance. The balance was 3k higher than it should have been based on the agreed upon price, and he fumbled through a story about how Margethe left for the night and some other manager must have worked with her on the pricing who wasn’t in today (we negotiated and agreed to a price today). I asked for him to walk me through his math so I could locate his mistake and was presented with an 8x11 sheet of paper with the smallest numbers you could imagine in a 3x5 area. He was increasingly unpleasant as I asked him to step through his process to arrive at the balance owed, and he became combative when I asked for my cashiers check, trade-in registration, and keys so I could leave. Don't waste your time here unless you have a written buyer's order *prior* to visiting the dealership. I invite Debbie Novick to reach out to me and will update my review should I hear from her.

best car buying experience I've ever had. I had emailed over a quote request and quickly heard back from Andy at Arena. Once he confirmed exactly what I was looking for he emailed me back with a great price. He then gave me a very fair offer on my trade, went and found the exact car in color that I wanted and I had my car by the end of the week. There was back forth negotiations necessary. Just a great deal with a very helpful and friendly salesperson.
