After a terrible experience at another dealership, I tried Kelly GMC, and met up with Stephon, long story short, he along with Matt the sales manager, and the finance manager were very helpful getting me into the vehicle I chose from their inventory that was the price for me. A few months ago my dad took me to star to look at a chevy Malibu which I now drive and very pleased with. Now I got sick of my fiancé going through buy here pay here for vehicles and the transmission going within a week and he being left without a vehicle. He can’t keep missing work so I took him to star and found out my fiancé did not even have a credit score so I had to co-sign for him. Adam was very straight to the point. Told us “if this happens, we can do this.” Adam gave us lots of options. He put our needs first. Star got my business for life!

My service writer was extremely helpful and made sure all of my vehicle issues were tended to. Dave kept me updated through the day and sent someone to pick me up and gave me a loaner vehicle. The following day I picked up my vehicle and the other service writer explained everything they did and what it was for. Mechanics did excellent work and kept my car exactly as it was, nice & clean. I received a recall notice from on-star for the trailer hitch on my 2016 gmc canyon. I had 2 sleepless nights in fear on gmc service after my first experience with Burns gmc in Marlton ,new jersey.
Finally i went to Burke motors in Cape May Court house, nj. They where friendly and appeared to want a customer unlike my selling dealer,(burns in Marlton ,nj). i was pleased at there investigating of the issue. They informed me the trailer hitch was back ordered, but they would keep me updated. Friendly and updating customers, new experience. I left and 10 minutes later got a phone call asking me to return to the dealer. They inspected the trailer hitch and reviewed the recall papers . My vehicle was clear and safe and I am thankful.
I received a survey from the dealer but they never provided an ID or Password so u spend 30 min. of ur time filling it out and then can not submit it. contact them and they send another survey again no user ID or Password. Contacted gm customer service and the 4th and 5th person i spoke to transferred me to call my own phone. gm has an issue.

We were greeted immediately by Victor. He introduced us to Daniel the salesman. Daniel was pleasant and worked hard to make sure we got the truck we wanted. Running in and out of the rain to bring trucks to us to keep us from getting wet. Daniel & Glenn really went out of their way to take care of us to give us the best deal on a 2017 GMC Canyon. The people at Penske all are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They gave a good deal on my trade-in. Daniel our salesman spent plenty of time showing the features inside the truck to my wife and I. John was also helpful in going over the extended warranty, tire protection and the Xzilon. Joy Page made sure we were well taken care of at the dealership. Kudos to everyone at Geoff Penske. Thanks you made buying a truck easy. Would recommend to anyone to give them a chance.
Service not good at all for repairs on a new vehicle - Joseph 7774
I will say I saved money on a 70.000 dollar truck but repairs not so great and finance cost me 430.00 they took a pay off out of my net trade to pay off loan when I gave them a 12000 check so this cost me money over five years I guess no we're is safe to buy anymore very disappointed in this service. Just wanted my breaks to stop squeaking in the morning every morning so its going to cost me 1200. To get new rotors and pads on a new truck.

I was made to feel like I was the most important customer in the building, and my only reason for stopping by was that I needed a duplicate key made! (I should mention that I had never been there before.)
I was greeted at the door, taken to the parts department, and had excellent, quick service
from Jim and Jason. They have super-friendly staff (thank you, Kat Repurtus!) and go out of their way to see if you are getting what you need. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

1. My salesman Ben was a real nice guy but I felt that he was not completely up front informing me about the $199 for glass etching and the 3year tire, glass and tire protection. There was a lot of conversation flying around about this, that and the other...and then next I know I'm reviewing a sheet with these extra fees. I probably would have went for the tire, glass, tire protetion anyway but definately not the glass etching!
2. I also feel more time could have been spent actually detailing the truck (wipe down the dashboard and wax the paint) and less time putting Armorall on the tires.
3. Other than than Ben was very nice and your finance guy was very efficient.

We just had the best buying experience imaginable! We have been looking for a Ram 2500 for a while. Initially, we'd planned on purchasing a used vehicle with low mileage that hopefully had been well maintained. It turned out that we'd be able to purchase a brand new vehicle for an excellent price at Novick, and it doesn't end there. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. Aside from signatures and becoming acquainted with the vehicle, there was nothing more to do. There were no awkward sales pitches, no surprise charges ... not one negative thing about the experience! We were treated as valuable customers the entire time by there extremely friendly staff - including the young lady who opened the door for us, the gentleman who prepared our registration documents, the finance manager, and of course, Scott Novick, who was beyond awesome. This is our first Dodge ... and it certainly won't be our last ... and we definitely will return to buy from Novick!
Great Long Distance Corvette Experience - Dave
I owned 2 Corvettes in the past but was a little nervous purchasing a 2017 Corvette from a dealership 3 hours away from my home. However, the experience was wonderful under the guidance of sales adviser Sam Kelley. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. My wife and I rented a car in order to drive to Atlantic City for the Corvette delivery. We planned to drop the rental car off at the Budget rental counter in the local airport and Uber/taxi back to the Kerbec dealership but Sam insisted on letting us follow him there and giving us a ride back!
Needless to say...we highly recommend Sam. We love our new C7 Corvette and recommend Kerbeck.

Found a Acadia I liked on their website as “new” and emailed the dealer. Sales contacted me and he gave me a price that I was comfortable with. I emailed him to confirm when I could come and test drive the auto. Even up to the morning of, I confirmed the price and time of the test drive which barring any major hiccups I was going to buy the suv. Well.. turns out the Acadia the sales guy offered me and was on their website as New was actually the used loaner car. Im thinking okay great basically still new but with under 5k miles, maybe cheaper price. They told me it was MORE than the new one and way more than what I was quoted on the email. Them blamed a junior sales rep for not knowing. Totals frauds. Stay away. Complete was of my time.

Saw a Used Caddy advertised on their site as well as CARFAX site and sent an inquiry. The response said “we have the car” and asked when I could come in. Of course after waiting for a while in the showroom they finally cam back and said “it’s not here”.
What a bunch of lazy slobs who don’t bother to actually check inventory. I guess it’s easier to just say yeah, come on in!
