Excellent service - Dust11
My experience at Star Buick GMC was great. Adam (Hawk) helped in every way he possibly could to assist my girlfriend and I in finding the vehicle we wanted at the price we were looking for. Adam went above and beyond in answering our questions and explaining the process down to every detail. It’s much appreciated.

My Union Park Experience - Larry Head
This past Saturday morning, August 25th, 2018, I visited Union Park Honda to consider the lease of a new vehicle. Mike Mc Daniels assisted me in finding a beautiful new Honda CRV. The process from start to finish went smoothly and quickly. In fact, the delivery process was the fastest and most efficient that I have ever experienced in my many years of purchasing vehicles for myself and my four children.. Anthony Bowman in the Finance Office was also a pleasure to deal with, doing his part of the process in the same exceptional manner that was started by Mike. Before leaving with my new CRV, Mike rejoined the process to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the use of every button and dial in the driver's compartment and coordinated my IPhone with the blue tooth system. Overall, I am a delighted customer and will not hesitate to recommend the Union Park team to any and all friends and family when they are in the market for their next vehicle purchase.

Not your typical dealership! - Addamk
Not your typical dealership. This family friendly dealership makes car buying stress free. We just purchased a GMC Terrain here and the process was so smooth thanks to John Rider and his team. I sent an email requesting a quote, which John promptly replied to. I spoke with him on the phone and he set up all the financing with the business manager. By the end of the day we were driving home in our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Bergey's and make sure to ask for John Rider. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
"Sales" - wayne m.
We were greeted immediately by Victor. He introduced us to Daniel the salesman. Daniel was pleasant and worked hard to make sure we got the truck we wanted. Running in and out of the rain to bring trucks to us to keep us from getting wet. Daniel & Glenn really went out of their way to take care of us to give us the best deal on a 2017 GMC Canyon. The people at Penske all are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They gave a good deal on my trade-in. Daniel our salesman spent plenty of time showing the features inside the truck to my wife and I. John was also helpful in going over the extended warranty, tire protection and the Xzilon. Joy Page made sure we were well taken care of at the dealership. Kudos to everyone at Geoff Penske. Thanks you made buying a truck easy. Would recommend to anyone to give them a chance.
Excellent - Jessiej259
Our salesman, Dan Mindicino, was exceptional. He was very helpful and made buying a vehicle easy, quick and painless. I have owned 4 new vehicles in the last 4 years and this has been the easiest and most rewarding experience from a dealership.
Honest, Fair, Friendly - adavid02
Coming in just to look, Lou Cerota saw me in the lot and asked if he could help. Lou was very helpful in answering all my questions and the eventual test drive ended in a purchase. Lou was very patient as we went through the paperwork and he arranged it so I could pick up my 'new' used vehicle within a few hours. I would send anyone to Lou and this dealership. Every step of the process was painless and friendly.

SUV Downsize - Eileen from Cherry Hill
After 10 years driving an SUV, I wanted another one, just smaller. After test driving the Hyundai Kona I knew it was what I wanted. I am enjoying all the upgrades that have happened over 10 years. Ed Dimonte helped me through the process and was very patient and pleasant to work with. He and Vin showed me financing options.
Waste of time - Dave_T_65
I was looking for a used car for my son on a budget of $5,000 to $7,000. I found a car at Granite and submitted an inquiry through cars.com. A dealer rep (Alex) emailed me back and I asked if the car was still available. He said that it was and we confirmed that I would be there in less than an hour to look at it. I thought he would have had the car and a salesperson somewhat ready. When I walked in they were obviously not expecting me and the salesman had to look into where the car was at. He found that it was in the budget lot a few miles away but that there were people looking at it who planned to buy it. As I came to find out, those people were there prior to my emailing Alex, who apparently did NOTHING in response to my email. The salesman then drew my attention to another car (also in the budget lot) and we drove down there to see it. Upon driving it there was obviously a problem with one of the rear wheels and/or brakes. The lone employee/manager at the budget lot emphatically said that he would not fix the car and that it passed inspection which was good enough for them. Both the salesman and the manager did a considerable amount of complaining about Alex (for not even checking as to whether the car was available) as well as their own service department. The budget lot manager claimed that their service department charges them the same labor rate as a person off the street, which is why he could only offer the car in a state of disrepair. After I left I called back to speak to the manager but never heard back. Later in the day I got a canned email from Alex, who was apparently oblivious to the problems he'd created. You know a dealership has problems when instead of trying to make things right and work out a deal they are bad-mouthing each other to customers. Don't waste your time.
Great dealership - Pete

EXCELLENT SHOULD BE SPELLED R-A-Y! - enshann2218
Impressed is an understatement! Our sales representative, Ray Melendez was outstanding! Knowledgeable, pleasant, fun, and honest. Truly a winning personality! He was so patient, took the time to answer all our questions, explained all details of the financing aspects. Listened intently to my many questions, and provided detailed answers. He showed me all the options they had available for the type of SUV I was looking for. He then further categorized them based on mileage, effecienty, safety ratings, and year manufactured. With Ray's help we were able to choose an SUV that fit our suited needs, and had a series of extra perks with a higher trim. We are so appreciative of all of Ray's help! And hope to be able to buy more cares from him in the future!
Disappointing Experience - fireman
after driving an hour and a half to get to the Kerbeck experience. I left without a new vehicle and totally disappointed with Kerbeck. their claim that they can beat any offer as they have all tnis promo money from GM was false. the offer i had from a local
dealer was better than Kerbeck could come up with. a total lack of creativity . then, they’re claim that “ they say what they do and do what they say” proved false. mr Kerbeck touts that if they cant beat another dealers offer that dinner is on him and he’ll fill your gas tank up to $20. a lie as nothing was offerred. So before you waste your precious time to travel a long distance to Kerbeck, i’d recommend you visit your local dealer first and get tbe best offer you can. I found what is touted on they're TV show is a bunch of bunk. Most disappointing experience i have ever had in buying or leasing a new vehiclle of the 26 vehicles i have had in my lifetime. a waste of my precious time. Never again will i attempt to deal with Kerbeck.
Does not honor their offers n deals - Pastras2724
If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not even deserve one star. I lease a vehicle from Faulkner. Faulkner sought me out and offered me a deal to purchase my current lease for their pre own lot where inventory is low in return they would put me in a new lease around the same cost. Who would turn that down? I did not contact Faulkner. This came directly from the dealership reaching out to me. After wasting hours and money preparing my lease I was told I could not turn in my lease because it was to early. Again something the dealership knew of prior to them contacting me. Instead of the dealership honoring the offer they sent me, they offered me a free detail or tank of gas to rectify the situation. After I put out money to trade in my lease at a time that was unnecessary. This was strictly Faulkner’s fault and I’m shocked again at the numerous things wrong with the way this was handled and the way they treat their customers. I will laugh when I receive their response to contact the general manager. When Pat Duffy is the one who thinks this situation warrants a free car detail or tank of gas to pacify me. I already receive free services with my lease. Run from Faulkner Buick and GMC and do not bother complaining about anything. Apparently when they screw up they can not take responsibility for their actions
Completely Satisfied & Definitely Recommend - FordFan27
We were in the market for a new 2017 Buick Encore. We gathered quotes and visited a few dealers. Janiqua Small quickly responded to our request for an internet price. We visited the dealership and were initially greeted and assisted by John Simonelli who introduced us to our Sales Professional Perry Bonifazi. Perry was courteous, professional, informative and knowledgeable of the Buick product line. We received very fair pricing on both our trade and the Encore we were purchasing. Finance Manager Ashley Hillman was helpful with the finance process. We encourage anyone in the market for a new Buick or GMC to visit Faulkner Buick GMC.
Never Again - Disappointedcustomer
This was one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had from start to finish. When I called to make the appointment I asked if I could drop off the car and pick it up at the end of the day (so I could go to work) and the girl informed me I had to show up at the time of my appointment. I dropped the car off yesterday and when I picked it up they informed me it was not covered under warranty (which I completely understood.) However, when I got it back yesterday the radio, blinker, seatbelt alarm, etc., did not work. I called them and they told me to bring it back in the morning.
I brought it back this morning and the man told me it was like that when I dropped it off. The navigation literally told me where to turn into the parking lot! After continually insisting it was like that, he then explained he heard a “thumping” noise when they brought it up. When asked why I wasn’t told any of this yesterday, I was told they assumed I knew since it was like that when I dropped it off. I was told that they do not touch the radio or anything that would affect that even though they told me they took the whole side apart yesterday. It was not until I had him speak to my husband that he admitted it may have happened when they were testing it to find the leak, but that it still wouldn’t be covered. To continuosly question me but have a completely different response to my husband was disgraceful. I paid 140.00 to get my car back worst than when I dropped it off. I am incredibly disappointed with how it was all handled and I will never return to FC Kerbeck or suggest that anyone else purchase a car there.
Get a written buyer's order before you go! - Al_L
Do yourself a favor - get a written buyer's order or do not step foot in this place. I negotiated via email and phone for two days with Margrethe. I was comparing her offer to another dealer’s vehicle that didn't have an option I wanted, and after raising my offer with Margrethe received a callback from her stating the out-the-door price is agreed to and to come on down to pick up my new Jeep. She seemed genuine and up front, so I drove an hour without that buyers order I usually require. I was greeted by Lenny, asked for (and briefly saw) Margrethe, but ended up sitting down with Lenny. Lenny was great, started the paperwork, took my cashier's check, trade in registration, and when asked to verify pricing before he walked away with my check he sent in the sales manager - I have a feeling Lenny had an idea of what was about to happen, because he didn't make eye contact with me at all after he pulled in the sales manager. The sales manager came in with a single number on a piece of paper and said after trade and down payment, this is your balance. The balance was 3k higher than it should have been based on the agreed upon price, and he fumbled through a story about how Margethe left for the night and some other manager must have worked with her on the pricing who wasn’t in today (we negotiated and agreed to a price today). I asked for him to walk me through his math so I could locate his mistake and was presented with an 8x11 sheet of paper with the smallest numbers you could imagine in a 3x5 area. He was increasingly unpleasant as I asked him to step through his process to arrive at the balance owed, and he became combative when I asked for my cashiers check, trade-in registration, and keys so I could leave. Don't waste your time here unless you have a written buyer's order *prior* to visiting the dealership. I invite Debbie Novick to reach out to me and will update my review should I hear from her.
An all-time low for retail - MD
After searching months for a vehicle and finding an exact match on there website, I was informed that it wasn't on the lot everytime I attempted to visit for a test drive.
What a joke!
The "New" vehicle (listed without mileage reported) had accrued 3,000 miles while being kept by an employee due to an industry practice!
After discussing these concerns with management, I was insulted over the phone by their disgusting store manager.
I've owned 5 GM products over the years and I consider myself something of a brand loyalist but I'm pretty sure Ford is in my future.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this cesspool!
Don't trust the dealership - Michael a nerone

Extremely frendly! - Kvillegas
Our salesman was Vince, we have purchased many cars in the past and he is defiantly one of the best we have dealt with! From the beginning he told us he was new to the dealership and might not know everything about the vehicles, but would make sure to get us all the information we wanted/needed. He never tried to pretend he knew it all! Everyone was very helpful and friendly!! Highly recommended!
