My 17 year old son and I stopped in to see a car we had seen online. Ron was waiting for us, had the keys ready, and walked us right out to the car. I was impressed with the vehicle and with how easy going Ron was, and how comfortable he made us feel. We took a good ride, talked a bit about the car, and then Ron left us alone to figure it out.... the sale was quick, smooth, and easy to do... we were in and out in no time, and had a great time in the process. This past Saturday morning, August 25th, 2018, I visited Union Park Honda to consider the lease of a new vehicle. Mike Mc Daniels assisted me in finding a beautiful new Honda CRV. The process from start to finish went smoothly and quickly. In fact, the delivery process was the fastest and most efficient that I have ever experienced in my many years of purchasing vehicles for myself and my four children.. Anthony Bowman in the Finance Office was also a pleasure to deal with, doing his part of the process in the same exceptional manner that was started by Mike. Before leaving with my new CRV, Mike rejoined the process to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the use of every button and dial in the driver's compartment and coordinated my IPhone with the blue tooth system. Shop Charges - surfed1
Folks,, Check your invoices with regards to shop charges. Call it pad the bottom line charges. I spent 753,00 in work and then they popped on an additional $39.00 in shop charges. Insult to injury. They'did not use $39.00 in grease, oil, rags, etc. They just didn't. I asked service advisor about this and he could not give me a satisfactory answer. They don't know. Car is out of warranty so I'll now be looking for another shop to have work done.. I'm not paying this rip-off "charge". $39.00 charge ridiculous. Don't go here.

Everyone at this dealership is courteous and helpful_from the service center to the sales. This is our 3rd Honda Accord but our 2nd lease and I am in love with my 2017. The ride is so comfortable and all the features are easy to use. Honda hit it with the redesign. Our salesman Eli Afanador made it very easy for us. He was courteous, gave us our space to talk and decide.

Lack of Accountability - J Walston
Leadership at Service Department has no integrity or accountability. The Service Director has created a situation that has cost me thousands of dollars and my vehicle continues with an illuminated "Check Engine Light", loss of power and cannot be driven. I was first told that I needed a new engine and I declined any additional service as a result. When I visited the dealership to pay for the diagnostic evaluation, remove my license plates and prepare the vehicle for donation; the Service Director requested the opportunity for a second diagnostic to be done by his "Master Technician". I was told that the vehicle did not need a new engine and it could be repaired for $2500.00. The Service Director spoke about the wonderful condition of my vehicle and how well it had been maintained. My vehicle only had 150K miles on it and I should be able to sell it for $5K-$6K. Unfortunately, the situation created by the Service Director has only provided me with a head-ache that has cost me over $3000.00 and the Service Director refuses to be accountable for the situation he created. Everyone makes mistakes, but the Service Director has not displayed any level of integrity to be accountable for the mistake made by his "Master Technician". I was patient for over a month to allow the Service Director to correct the situation, but he has failed miserably.

What started out as a pleasant buying experience rapidly turned into a bad one. I did my homework online pricing the vehicle I wanted and my trade in which was practically a brand new 2017 car with only 3600 miles on it. The most they would give me on trade was $3000 less than their own website trade-in calculator said it should be. Then they started with a price $1000 higher than Truecar said I should be paying. If that wasn't enough, the salesman misrepresented the features on the car, something I didn't know till I read the manual. Lastly, when the car was delivered, it was so with only ONE key and a promise that within a couple of weeks I would get the second one. The dealership wasn't even apologetic for not having the second key. The only reason I completed the purchase at this dealer was because it was the only one within 200 miles that had the exact car I was looking for. In order to get the key I had to call the GM of the entire Reedman Toll auto group to complain. Then, the impossible to get replacement key took only 2 days to get.

I have been in the business of selling vehicles for 11 years. My dealership I work for did not have the model vehicle I was interested in so I went to the most convienent place for me, Mike Piazza Honda. I arrived at the dealership early in the morning, as the first customer. Partly because it was my day off and I didn’t want to spend much time buying a car and partly because I was 8 months pregnant and had just dropped my older son off to school. I can’t even remember the name of the sales person because he spent more time at the management tower goofing around than catering to me as a customer. As soon as I told him I worked in the business it’s as if a switch flipped and I was invisible.... at 8 months pregnant. I agreed to buy the vehicle based on price location of the dealership and just wanting to get this over with as I was expecting another son in a few weeks and needed a bigger vehicle. It took them over and hour to bring me into the finance office which from inside experience is ludicrous. Then the manager proceeded to tell me he would hold points on my rate because they were giving him a nothing deal!!!! How on earth these employees have jobs working with people is beyond me. Every single one of them was disrespectful of my time, my condition and my investment I was willing to make in purchasing a new vehicle from them. I have since NEVER been contacted for so much as a hello thank you how’s the vehicle or anything no email no phone call nothing. I will never return to this dealership and I will make sure none of my friends of family does either! Despicable!
