I had a headlight LED failure as my 2017 Accord Touring approached 36,000 miles. I had been turned away by Martin Honda, curing they were too busy to even glance at it. Without an appointment, expecting the worst, I pulled into Union Park Honda’s Service Line at 2:15pm. I expressed that, while I didn’t expect them to work on the car that day, I was concerned about going over the mileage limit of my bumper to bumper warranty. I asked if they could confirm the defect so it was noted.
Not only did they take a look at it, an hour later, the car was diagnosed and the part ordered. They created a 7am appointment for me 2 days later to ensure the repair was completed under warranty. Throughout the process, the entire team treated me like I was a member of their family. Noteworthy is that I bought my car in Pennsylvania, near my home. From this day forth, Union Park will have both my service and sales business. Thank you for bringing customer service and integrity to an industry where that can be hard to find.

We selected Burns Honda in part because of good online ratings from customers. We found this to be true regarding the process of selecting a new Odyssey minivan. When we arrived to look at the first model that interested us, the car had been brought up for us and the salesman answered all our questions without pressing for any decision. Subsequent visits were equally low key, friendly, and helpful. We went through a process of negotiation which ended with a satisfactory price. Everything went smoothly. We could have paid somewhat less for the car from another dealer (we had offers from several), but it was worth a little more to initiate a relationship with Burns, which we expect will continue over time.

From the minute I entered the sales office there were red flags. I had called ahead to confirm availability of a vehicle since I lived 70 miles away. They knew exactly when I was arriving for a test drive. When I arive they bring the car around and then proceed to let another couple test drive it while I wait. They tried to leverage interest in the vehicle as competition for the sale. I should have walked out then. Red flag one.
The vehicle that was listed as “pristine” had scratches and dents all over it. Not at all as advertised!! Red flag two.
The other couple was swayed by the pressure and tactics of the shady sales person who was loudly telling them for all to hear that if they walked away from the deal another buyer would drive home the vehicle instead of them, as he pointed in my direction. Red flag three. They even sold the vehicle “as is” under pressure to the other couple, when they were promising to fix the scratches and dents for us as part of the sale. Red flag four.
They also low balled my trade in. Red flag five.
Glad we didn’t end up doing business with this dealer and I will never go back. They lack integrity and accountability. Glad to say we got a better deal and a better car from another dealer the same day.

HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE...DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE - Nikireader
My previous August visit included a wiper blade replacement. I went in with an uncracked Honda windshield and left with a cracked windshield. The service advisor told me that there was an existing crack and that it spidered when sent through the washer. Upon further thought and investigation after the visit I realized that where the point of impact was, there was no way that crack existed before the service visit. The point of impact was buried directly under the J-hook of the wiper blade. And no way would a crack spider from going through the low intensity car wash that is present at the dealership. After realizing this, I presented the facts along with photographs to the service manager and general manager. The general manager was denying the clear facts and would only offer to split the cost of a Honda windshield or offer an aftermarket windshield free of charge. In my opinion I should have been offered a Honda windshield free of charge since it was clear that whoever worked on my car that day damaged my windshield.
