My financial situation had a few hiccups but both Myra Lopez and Kim Spencer worked with me for almost a month which allowed me to purchase a new HRV! I’ve never had such a wonderful sales rep as Myra Lopez. She was so knowledgeable as she explained every detail throughout the process. 2018 Honda CR-V EX - E.T.
I went to J L Freed on 3-15-18 to purchase the car and after doing the paperwork I left the dealer at around 2:00 p.m. and by 6:30 p.m. my brand new car had to be towed back to the dealership due to a malfunction that caused the transmission to malfunction. This morning my salesperson Mr. Pat Colucci called me at 9:00 am. to tell me that a module had failed and he suggested that I choose a different CR-V so that I would feel comfortable and that the management agreed. They were able to get another CR-V same color with the accessories that I wanted and it was all done today by 4:50 p.m.
They were even able to give me a additional free oil change and a bit of a additional discount on my accessories because of my inconvenience. The entire management staff was very nice considering the situation and the service staff were very understanding and in the end they made sure that I was satisfied. I usually do not write reviews but this is one that I am happy to write.

I did quite a bit of shopping for the 2018 Honda Accord EX-L and received quotes from numerous dealerships. After a salesman at a dealership within 15 minutes of my home told me he "couldn't do anything" about a price, I made the hour long drive to Davis Honda. My experience was undoubtedly worth the trip. I made a last-minute appointment and from that moment onward, was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by every person who came into contact with me. Pete Colletti and John Emmel were a fabulous team. From the moment I walked in the door, John promised he would make everything as easy as possible and he delivered. I'd requested an internet price which ended up being lower than my True Car quote - a price the previous dealer would have said was "impossible." Denise Mullener with the internet sales team was also very helpful and friendly. They ended up retrieving the exact car I wanted from another dealership during my visit because I live so far away, but also considered giving me a loaner car so we could proceed with my trade-in if they ended up not being able to get my new car to their dealership in the same day. My experience with Caitlin while going through all of the paperwork and signing off on everything was also a breeze. My new 2018 Honda Accord EX-L came with all of the features I wanted and Davis was able to deliver at the right price AND give me KBB value on my trade-in. I've never heard of an easier dealership experience and I'm definitely recommending this place to everyone I know.

They did not try to get me to do more just to have me pay a lot for service. They told me what I will need to do the next time which is much appreciated! Everyone at this dealership is courteous and helpful_from the service center to the sales. This is our 3rd Honda Accord but our 2nd lease and I am in love with my 2017. The ride is so comfortable and all the features are easy to use. Honda hit it with the redesign. Our salesman Eli Afanador made it very easy for us. He was courteous, gave us our space to talk and decide.

I felt Boardwalk Honda deliberately tried to embarrass me in front of my daughter. I cannot recommend my salesperson C.G. or the dealership.
I was told the price for a specific car would be $16,793, and I was encouraged to bring my daughter in to drive it. It was to be her first car. We went there the next day and drove it. She liked it, but they said the price would have to be $17,900. I asked why it had gone up over $1,000 since the day before, and they said their "printout" indicated other dealerships were charging more for a similar car so they would too. I felt we had been brought there under false pretenses, and that it was an attempt to pressure me and embarrass me in front my daughter. I left there feeling deceived, and she left disappointed.

I brought my car here because the rear sliding door locking mechanism on the passenger side was defective after only 2 years of normal use. They suggested replacing both side doors because they thought it was under warranty when only one was defective. Makes no sense at all. Either there are known defects are there aren't. If they are known, they should be replaced at manufacturer's expense. I'd expect this quality and lecrl of service from a Kia dealership.

It felt like they did not really want to sell a car.
I visited on an evening in August. It was drizzling and Mike did not want to even take me to the car for a test drive or wanted to discuss about the car. So I went out and looked at a locked car (which he unlocked from inside the store). I got to sit inside the car and PRETEND to be driving. Once I went in, all he did was take the details and told me that he will call me with details as the manager was not available. Needless to say, I neither received a call from Mike nor did I go back to the dealer again.
