Our salesman (Joe Fina) went above and beyond to procure the vehicle we really wanted. Starting with the Internet Sales Department giving us the most aggressive pricing in the Northeast, and not the typical dealer bait-and-switch when you arrive, this was the best experience buying a new vehicle. My wife and I had a very specific vehicle in mind (2018 Hyundai Tucson Limited with the Ultimate package in Dazzling white with a beige interior) which Conicelli did not have in their inventory. Joe worked very hard to find this vehicle for us, and a dealer willing to trade for it, during a very busy time (Hyundai's end of model year sale). Within a few days Joe, working with his team, was able to locate our vehicle at a dealer in Maryland and sent a driver down the next day to bring it up for us. The vehicle was beautifully prepped for our arrival and the paperwork process was seamless and easy. While we were completing the paperwork with Juan, Joe went outside to put our plates and temporary registration on the vehicle as well as activate Bluelink. Once everything was done Joe took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns regarding the various features of the vehicle, especially the new technology. As promised, Joe followed up a few days later with a phone call to ensure that we were enjoying our new purchase and to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. This entire experience has been wonderful and the entire sales team, including the manager, were always polite, respectful, and transparent with everything they were doing. I would definitely recommend Conicelli Hyundai to anyone in the area that is looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. The no pressure sales approach, the honest and upfront internet pricing, and the overall hospitality of the entire sales group was the best car buying experience.

We drove an hour from New Jersey to Fred Beans since they had a large inventory available to see. I had no intention of buying a car for another month or so as I had that much time left on my current lease, so I was strictly just looking.
Steve Urso greeted us as we wandered the lot and offered me a test drive. I liked the car, but they didn't have the color I wanted for the model I was interested in, plus like I said, I wasn’t planning on buying for another month.
Long story short: Paul Zolnierz, the sales manager, located the car in the color I wanted within a day or two, and had Steve contact me with a price that made it worth my while to buy now rather than wait. I finalized the deal with Paul over the phone. A very painless transaction to say the least.

I recently went to mccafferty hyundai to purchase a used car (2007 chevy suburban). Upon deciding to buy the vehicle I was given the vehicles car fax report by sales person Kimberly Dorsey. The report was clean besides an open recall (potentially fatal takata air bag defect). Kim assured me the recall would be fixed on monday before i took delivery of the car. Upon speaking to her monday to confirm the deal I was told the recall had not been taken care of but could be fixed free of charge at any local GM dealer. The following day after taking the car home I scheduled the recall service at my local chevy dealer. Only to be contacted by the service department to inform me there was no current fix for the recall. Kimberly Dorsey and James fitz- maurice were contacted immediately to cancel the contract and return the vehicle. Both denied having told be the recall was easily repairable. They also refused to take the unsafe vehicle back. The disturbing part is both knew i was purchasing the vehicle for my pregnant fiance and step children primary vehicle. Through many phone calls my fiance was able to get ahold of fred beans corporate office and James Fitz-maurice bosses and force him to comply with consumer protection laws and the retailers own 5 day return policy. He reluctantly complied with his boss and exchanged the vehicle for our trade. He did not even offer an apology for his own or kimberly dorseys deceptive sales tactics. BUYERS BEWARE!

We made an offer on a minivan at a fair price. We have perfect credit and had a lot of money down. I tried to negotiate with Robert the sales manager and he absolutely refused to work a deal with us. The whole time he's feeding me a bunch of bull with a smug little smile on his face. He offered us a different vehicle with less options and triple the miles. I drove the van and the whole front end was a sloppy mess. I told him no deal, I'm not buying a car that needs to be fixed before I even buy it. We left and the very next day we went to Bennett Chevrolet. I found the EXACT minivan, color, trim etc for $10,000 less!!!! Needless to say we worked a deal and were in and out in an hour. Stay away from this crap dealership unless you have terrible credit. They love people with terrible credit doy they can really stick it to you!!! Robert has now been dubbed, "Guy Smiley" in this house because of his ridiculous, fake smile! I'll never step foot in that crap hole again!!!
