I knew my next car was to be an Optima. I totaled my car and went to Kia of Wilmington. I knew what I wanted so I didn’t need to hem and haw about price , options, et. al.
Long story short, Mr. Larry Price and Mr. Dave, the finance guy came up with a decent deal. They even found out that I could get tax credit for my totaled car.
You won’t get a lot of boloney here.
I currently use a walker to assist me in getting around. Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership wanted to help me in any way they could. I really do not need any special assistance , but appreciated the kindness and consideration. I would like to get a sticker for the front of the walker that says ” my other car is a Kia from Kia of Wilmington”!

Went to murray Kia after spending 5 hours at another local Kia. Alex and Roger were absolutely amazing. I called with the current deal I got and alex promised me he would get the price I wanted over the phone which led me to coming out to the dealer. I got to murray and I was already assigned to Roger from an online inquiry I made a few days before so Alex switched me to him which speaks wonders for his integrity as a coworker and as a person to give away a sale. (kudos for that alex) Roger was outstanding. He ensured me that he would get me the price the other dealer wouldnt and made me and my wife feel right at home. We purchased the Kia sorento sx and did not feel the least bit unsure about the purchase. Murray Kia is nothing but professional and courteous and really makes you feel appreciated.

During my visit Brian did everything possible to make sure I left with a vehicle. Not only any vehicle but the exact one I wanted. Brian made me feel at home, and comfortable with this transaction being I am inexperienced in buying new vehicles. One of the most surprising things I’ve seen is, Brian being able to FULLY help myself and another customer. My process took a little longer than expected so it ran Into another appointment, and I couldn’t even tell he was dealing with 2 people at once! I had service on my car last week and I couldn’t of been happier with my experience from the moment of drop off to pick up. Very pleasant employees and genuine. Also, it was nice to have free shuttle service back home and they picked me up to get my car when it was done.
Everyone I came in contact with was just so nice. I also felt the bill was fair. People may not agree to take your car to the dealership for service but I’d rather it go to the place where people are most familiar with my car.

We had a fantastic experience buying a used SUV at Holly Kia today. The vehicle was available to buy when we got there. We paid the price it was listed for on the internet. The salesperson Denise Moen presented the vehicle to us with true professionalism. No BS and no Drama. The manager Tina Flowers took care of the getting the financing approved in a matter of minutes. She gave us several options fit financing and the preparing of the paperwork and signing to a total or 30 minutes. The dealership was very clean, the bathrooms were spotless and everyone there is sincerely nice to the customer. I will recommend Holly Kia in Felton De. To anyone I know that is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I would recommend Tina and Denise to my mother.

Hi I bought a Kia 2017 last year,since a bought it I have a multiple issues with the car.how my car is shaking it runs like crap I took it to the Kia back in September,and I told the guy about the issue and they didn’t take of it cause the check engine light wasn’t on how is possible that I’m paying so much money every month for this car and less than a year it running like crap this is ridiculous I don’t recommend this to nobody worst decision ever👿🤦???🤦???🤦???

My husband & I both bought cars here in the past without issues. A 2011 & 2014 Soul +. My husband needed to upgrade his car due to high miles. He upgraded to a "new" 2018 red & black Kia Soul +. Big mistake. After leaving the dealer we noticed several dents in the back passager door on the drivers side. We hadn't taken the car anywhere & I expected the dealer to fix this major issues. The sales manager, service department & salesman did not seem to care and never returned numerous calls to get it repaired. I called Kia headquarters & they didn't care either. They just said to handle it with the dealer. Now we have a new car with dents in the door and a $800.00 body shop estimate to get it fixed. The Salesman my husband dealt with was rude and told me on the phone if we didn't give this dealership a 5 star rating with Kia they couldn't do deals with us again. No worries. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from this underhanded dealership. You just lost 2 customers. Avoid this deceitful business!!

We were at the end of our existing lease for a 2016 Kia Soul. The car has been great but the original dealership we purchased from in NJ was far from a good customer experience and that is putting it nicely. All we wanted to do was buyout the existing lease and the original dealership was trying to make a large profit and play games.
We found Value Kia online and decided we would give it one more chance given their great reviews. Well I will say first hand upon walking in on a snow day nonetheless our experience with Chris, Diane and the team was absolutely outstanding! They completely turned around our views on Kia. It was the best experience and they did right by us! They were honest, humble and absolutely no games! That is extremely rare to find in this day and age. I would recommend anyone looking for a Kia to visit the team at Value Kia! We felt like family from the moment we walked in. I was blown away coming from the original dealership in NJ and the phenomenal experience at Value Kia. Thank-you for not only being professional and ethical but also treating us with courtesy and respect while doing the right thing by us. By the end of the evening we bought out the lease and they gained a new customer. We ordered some pizza and wings with the Value Kia team. I highly highly recommend them!

The upper management were disrespectful. I was trying to buy an SUV. I drove down 3 times. They called me in and said I was approved the vehicle I wanted but kept showing me other vehicles thsy I did not like or want. At the the management yelled at me enough and get out. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO BUY A CAR FROM THEM. my salesperson was great. But his superiors were horrible.

Friday September 21st I brought my 2011 Kia Sorento into RK Kia of Vineland in for service. It was due for an oil change and my back door handle on the drivers side had broken off a few days earlier. After it had broken off I checked all my other handles to make sure they were secure and they were all fine except the one I broke off. When I arrived at Kia I was told there was a recall on my specific model of car, and they had to see if it could be covered. When looking at my car Chris Kennedy the service manager of RK Kia ripped off the handle on my back door on the passenger side! They came to us in the waiting room and told us it would be almost 700$ to fix the two door handles. Even though my door handle had a recall on it they said a different piece was broken so it wouldn’t be covered. When I asked Chris why he even opened my back door on the passenger side he said “well who ever took down your information took it down wrong and it says doors, not just the one” and said he would take off 100$ because he was the one who broke it but they still wanted to charge me almost 400$ in labor, so pretty much trying to get me to pay for something they broke. I completely understand that my handles weren’t covered by the recall and I’m responsible for breaking the one handle but I am NOT responsible for Chris ripping off my other handle. I told him that I thought it was unfair and started to literally cry in his presence. Pleading with him that I have a one year old child with a car seat in the back and now I have no way of opening up either of my back doors to get him!? Chris was incredibly rude, raising his voice at me, interrupting me as I was trying to speak and taking no responsibility for his actions. He never once apologized, never once showed any sympathy for a worried mother. He just said “it’s not my fault it would have broken off eventually”. All my handles were secure before bringing in my vehicle, he must have yanked it off thinking it was the broken one and is now refusing to take responsibility, even though he’s the one that said they took down my information wrong and he didn’t know which one was broken. (Even though only one of the four doors had a missing handle. Not very hard to see which one was broken so clearly he’s just incompetent) I am disgusted with the whole situation and can’t believe RK Kia won’t take responsibility for their actions. I will never return to RK Kia of Vineland ever again and I suggest you shouldn’t either because when checking your oil they might break your dashboard and say they aren’t responsible for fixing it.

I leased a new KiA Sorento 8/22/2018 however payments are due 20th each month? When I asked my dealer Lee Wilson before I left the dealership on 08/22/2018 he states " your payments are due on the 22nd each month'. My statement require payment by the 20th of each month, when I spoke with Kia finance I was put on hold several times then advised by a supervisor that I had to contact the dealership. I called my seller Mr. Wilson who quickly transferred me to the finance manager Dan Barton who I can never speak, not in the office and never returned my call from 092018. I had a day off from work today to visit the dealership and of course Dan was not there. I advised the GM Charles Matthews of my issue, he became very irate and wanted me to have my attorney contact their attorney? He was very loud and unprofessional I had to remind him of his tittle, General Manager. What a nightmare the worst dealership ever!

If I could I could would rate minus zero. Wife and I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento in September and car is GREAT, BUT this dealership is the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Lies upon lies, from start to finish. Deal was "bumped" $3,000 with addendum sticker with NO extra options that I was quoted that they were "giving me $6,000 off the price", when the factory was already giving a $3000 rebate, so NO real discount and total LIE. Also requested an auto start, and was told by manager that they were "giving" me the autostart at cost, but I would have to pay $300.00 to meet them halfway. ( interesting when the unit advertises at $475, and their price is $799), so another LIE. Finance rep when doing financing, never checked any financing other the Citizens Bank, and "got me a great rate of 6.99%" as well as ADDED gap insurance and told me that the bank requires this at $900.00 extra. Total LIe and possible predatory lending violation. 5 days after deal, returned to service for the autostart install, waited 4 hours, and I advised that the inspection sticker was already 5 months old and asked to replace with a new sticker, was told by service manager that "I" should have said something during the sale, and would not put a new inspection on car, but would give me a "credit" when I bring in the car for future service. ( never coming back to them), Left dealership and had to return later that day due to service did not connect autostart properly and gas tank and rear trunk releases never reconnected. So, 3 months later, after getting my $900 gap returned after financial manager lied about submitting this, as well as changing Loan to my credit union at 3.38%, hopefully, they will get charged back, and looking into possible predatory lending violations. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! Can't wait for the Manufacturers questionnaire to arrive to let them know how this place sells their products.

I brought a lemon from them, i pay cash. After nine months i found out so many things was wrong with my car. I have gotten a warrant and took it back and they told me things was not cover and i found out it was. I really thought they was great. My father work for GM over 40 yrs and i qas treated wrong. Complaints to management and they call me back one time nothing changed call back again and they refused to call me back. I would never tell anybody to shop at McCaffrey.
