We purchased a 2018 Kia Sportage from Stanley Woolman. We thought that everyone that we worked with was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only issues we had, were 1. The salesman made it seem that the keyless start was included (I bought it anyway). 2. I was surprised that something like the security cover for the trunk cargo area wasn't included (other SUVs we looked at in this trim level it was included). Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Stanley, Larry, Alex and the rest of the dealership.

after the initial service explained why an additional fuel injector service was suggested. Again, he explained the importance of doing this and convinced me to spend some money I didn't intend on doing. He walked me to the car when I left, which I thought was a kind gesture. I went to Scott Kia with the intent to check out their inventory to buy a used minivan as I had been using their service department (over the past few years for my Sorrento) and felt that they were professional enterprise.
Checking out the lot with Bob Flick my wife and I identified a great vehicle at a great price and bought it a few hours later. I can say that after purchasing this vehicle it has been the best vehicle purchase experience I have made to date (5 so far). This is based on the professionalism, candor, straight dealing and frankly great personality that Bob Flick demonstrated.
Although more than pure personality, the Dealership as a whole carried it's weight by offering a solid value and good price coupled with a quick, efficient and an upfront purchase process.
Of note and another positive aspect of my experience was that there was not pushiness or pressure to buy that day/or soon. As mentioned, I came in with the idea that I would just look at what was available and perhaps purchase something in the coming weeks or/so which I relayed to Bob. Despite this Bob did not rush me out or pressure me to buy something that day but merely indicated he was available as needed and was flexible regarding my needs.
I highly recommend this dealership and Bob Flick as a salesman.

We had a fantastic experience buying a used SUV at Holly Kia today. The vehicle was available to buy when we got there. We paid the price it was listed for on the internet. The salesperson Denise Moen presented the vehicle to us with true professionalism. No BS and no Drama. The manager Tina Flowers took care of the getting the financing approved in a matter of minutes. She gave us several options fit financing and the preparing of the paperwork and signing to a total or 30 minutes. The dealership was very clean, the bathrooms were spotless and everyone there is sincerely nice to the customer. I will recommend Holly Kia in Felton De. I had an issue with a speaker intermittently acting up. I stopped by and the service guy asked me to bring it in when it was having the issue. So I did. He sat in my car and told me the speaker was on the whole time. There was absolutely no way this was not an issue. When confronting the service manager about his lying about the issue, his response was "don't come back here again". I reached out to GM Elvin Colon who did reply promptly. He asked me to give them another chance. I said after he deals with the issue, he could call me back with their reconciliation. I haven't heard back again. That was 6 to 9 months ago. How can I make an official complaint?

I really had very bad experience with the sales manager her name is Stacy she is an idiot I was talking to her about the BMW the 335 they have and it's over price by $ 5000 over the market price I called the dealer to buy car and spoke to her like 3 times about the price and last time we spoke she scream in my face and she was really an idiot and she hang up on my face I advise every one who is going to buy a used car from this dealer please check the price on cargurus to see how much over they charging you and to prove that just check on the price for the red bmw335 they have and check on carugus to see how much they over price of the market price just be careful guys

Kia of West Chester did a great job listening to my needs throughout the car buying process. I initially was looking for a new car, but eventually decided on a used one. The salesmen and managers were very understanding and helped navigate the process. I came back several times and each time they were willing to show me what was available and were patient as I decided. At times they did feel like they were pushing me to make a decision, but it was a good experience overall.

They will sell you a new car at thousands over the MRSP and then try to shower you with other incentives which equal the exact same amount as the mark up. BYER BEWARE!!! They dont care about customers coming back it appears- just out to make a buck and pretend to give you something in return.

Oh My God I am so upset on a used car purchase I made with them. I have never cried so much and felt hysterical. I went in to look at a 2016 Chevy Impala. I was greeted by a salesgirl (believe she is new) who took me out to see it. I asked to take a test drive in it. She wouldn't even let me take it on the road because it didn't have gas in it. There was a light on the dash that I thought was tire related because I've seen that kind of light on my ford fusion. I asked about the light but she was talking so fast about everything else that she didn't really say anything about it. All she did is show me papers that they had FULLY inspected it. Also I asked if there was another set of keys (WITH REMOTE) and she said there was. After taking it for a ride around the Mccafferty parking lot (because it was out of gas) we took the car back to park it. I drove another car but I didn't like it. I told her we can go in and see what kind of offer I could get for the car. They didn't come up with an offer I like so I asked to speak to Mike Esposito (they said he wasn't around and he would call me). Well he never called so I called back later that evening. I spoke to another Gentlemen and we were able to come to a figure I thought was fair. I went back and purchased the car and AGAIN asked the sales girl (Christianna) where the 2nd set of keys were with the remote. She said she would find them. Well I paif for the car and no I didn't get the extended warranty. Fast forward to weekend driving around with new car, light on dash is still on. I thought maybe now because they put cheap gas in it (and yes they only gave me half a tank...(they told me they give everybody half a tank (groovy). CHEAP! So I call Monday and ask where the 2nd set of keys are and now they tell me there isn't any. They at least decide (after my complaining) to make me another set. They come back with only the key (not the remote). I say, where is the remote. Oh, we don't make the remote here and we will not pay for the remote. Oh and the salesgirl said she never told me there was another set. RIGHT!!!! Ok, so now I have to buy another remote (looking at $100). Then I ask them to check the car for the light on the dashboard. It turns out to be an emission problem (engine problem) there not sure, and they won't pay for it because (guess what I DIDN'T buy the EXTENDED WARRANTY. So they send me across the street to the chevy dealer because they said chevy will pay for it free of charge and they already called over there. So I head over to the chevy dealer and of course they want $125 and hour to even look at it. So I head back to WONDERFUL Mccafferty Ford and they tell me they won't fix the problem unless I buy the extended warranty. So I end up having to buy the extended warranty (couple thousand more in debt), to get this car into a shop that can take care of this engine issue. They don't even know how many days it will take. One person said a couple days and another said over a week so who knows. I also tell them that it sounds like the brakes are squeaking when I stop and the answer is (it must be all related with the emission problem). How does brakes have to do with emissions? Only McCafferty knows for sure. Well it was nice to have a car for a few days anyway. Also they were going to loan me a car but as soon as I opened the door of the car I almost passed out from the smell of smoke. I didn't dare try to get in another one of their smoke fumed rental cars. I ended up taking the bus home and it took me 3 hours to get home. Thank you McCafferty for one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. If I think of anything else regarding this purchase I will update this.

Compared to other dealers, I had a very pleasant experience calling ahead, test driving the car with Kofi, and preliminary price negotiations. I ended up choosing another car, but would recommend people to see Kofi if interested in a Kia.
