I felt extremely uncomfortable when I walked in. I previously spoke with Mr. Forilo. In reference to expired gift cards I received a week prior to. He assured me that he would give me a $100 gift card for my trouble. I didn't realize once her saw that i was black, I waited for 15 mins b4 someone acknowledged me and my son. Mr. Ferilo never acknowledged my presence. I felt very discriminated against and I will tell all my family and friends about my traumatic experience.

I had issues with my Mercury mariner where it would not start. Spoke to the service department and they recommended that I have it towed to the shop and when it got there they kept checking to make sure it would start and then when it would not they run test on it and found out that the ignition switch was faulty and they were able to replace it and they also completed a multi point inspection.. service is really good and I am going to recommend them to anyone who wants to know of a great place to get a car or have anything serviced

Everyone was honest, friendly and courteous. I felt comfortable knowing I was getting the best service possible and would go back again anytime. The service was expedient and they followed up like the said they would. It's a rare find in an auto company that keeps their word and doesn't make you feel like a number for a quota. They made sure to stay in my budget and did not force the sale. Marcus and AJ were so thoughtful and thorough and absolutely fantastic!

I had to make an appointment for something that was not expected. My car wouldn't go into drive so I drop it off at the dealer Saturday and it is Wednesday I have not heard from the service department.

I should have went to autotrader. The car they sold me for 2 grand had a cracked engine block. Had to scrap the car. Will never trust a used car lot again. I should have listenened to my parents as they warned me about this dealers history here in Doylestown.

My first experince at Desimone was about three years ago when my car was hit. Dave in the body shop made my car look brand new. I later traded it in and got another car, a septa bus hit me from the front and once again desomine made me whole again. Since then i have recommended anyone i know that have a vehicle to go to desomione.

Bought a 2005 wrangler sport. When I went to pick it up I noticed a noise coming from the transmission. Since the car came with power train warranty, the salesman Tim told me that they would take care of it. He bought the used car sales manager out and reassured me the problem would be taken care of. So I took the car home made multiple appointments to have it taken care of and nothing. After about 3 times of taking the car there, the service manager told me he had a mechanic look at it and they changed the fluid. Me being a mechanic looked at the fluid myself and realized the didnt change it. So I'm still within my 30 exchange policy, which is a lie, and they refuse to exchange it. I've been getting the run around every time I call. That the finance manager Kevin is in a "huge" meeting. Then he is with a customer. Then another lie that the "huge" meeting never ended and that he is in another dealer. They just keep passing the phone around and refuse to help. I hope this review helps someone else and they do not buy a car from these guys. I also was told a full tune up was done to this car and they never let me see the engine because the jeep had a lock in the hood. There was a major leak on the valve cover, the air filter looked original, and the spark plugs were old and rusted. Tim, Kevin, and the Michelle which never transfers the phone are all people that can't be trusted. NEVER BUYING A CAR HERE AGAIN OR ANYOTHER OF FRED BEANS DEALERS. I'm sure the owner of this company would not be happy if he heard about the way they are treating their customers.

Charles went above and beyond by assisting in every way possible. He was the perfect gentleman, in holding open every door, even in the rainstorm yesterday, and providing all smiles and positive energy. I have found my dealership for as long as I own an automobile.
