5 Star Service - nhra337
Tim Jackson is an excellent employee in the Service department for Courtesy Chevrolet. He greats me with a smile, is very professional by asking how I am doing, seeing what my needs are for the work done on my car, and offering me a free soda. I enjoy bringing my car in and seeing Tim. I do not get hassled by him to get other things done on my car that is not needed like some dealerships do to make extra money. Keep up the great work. Thanks

Genuine Good People at this Dealership - Every department! - Brian Kunich
I have bought cars at several dealerships over the past 25 years, and when you come across good people it really stands out. I worked at with Loran Baskett (Sales Consultant) and Mike Miller (Sales Manager) when I bought my 2017 Jeep Wrangler in Dec 2017. Very knowledgeable about Jeeps and just good people. In business anymore, it seems like the expectation of 'doing business' with people you enjoy doing business with is few and far between. What I experienced at this dealership has been an exceptional experience throughout the entire car buying process. For the financing, we worked with David and he was very thorough and professional. In addition. with my purchase, there were a few small items that needed to be addressed due to manufacturer / factory issues. For this I worked with Curtis in the Service Department and he has provided great service as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my interactions with this dealership. Most of the dealerships I have done business with in the past were located in Phoenix and Las Vegas, It would seem that with Casa Grande being a smaller market than those others, at Henry Brown they still value the 'human' interaction and I would recommend if you are looking for a Jeep to stop by talk with them.
Was very nice Dealing with Dan R. Landers - Sonic Dragon

Best dealership!! - Simsfamily
Karen was awesome!!! We have been looking for a Black traverse for 3 months and 3 dealerships later we basically were giving up. Each dealership said they had one and for the out the door price I was looking for but when we got there everything changed as usually. We randomly called Freeway Chevy and got Karen who said she had the truck and for the price I was looking for. We drove from west Phoenix out to chandler with low expectations. Karen delivered and for the same price as she told me, the paperwork was done quickly and we had our car!! She is amazing!!
Great - Linneya krell
Dealer was friendly very helpful got us the best price Luis was very kind and friendly the mgr. Joseph was helpful in getting us a great price on our new trex
Easiest auto purchase I have ever experienced - Dave from Flagstaff
This is the sixteenth vehicle that I have owned and it was definitely the easiest purchase I have experienced. I used the USAA car buying service and Horne responded with a vehicle that met our requirements and they discounted the price so that I did not feel the need to negotiate further. While Horne is 130 miles from our home, the drive to pick it up was worth it. Joe Garguilo did a great job of showing us all of the features in our new car so that we left feeling that we had been treated fairly and respectfully. All in all, it was a pleasant experience that was most different from my previous car buying experiences.
Service Department - Kruiser Ken
Chelsea was very knowledgeable & customers oriented.
I have had some unpleasant experiences with the Findlay service department but Chelsea has restored my faith.
A very pleasant experience.
Outstanding Service - AZ Pinstriper
Robert, my service advisor, is great. He took care of everything with my Colorado and was sensitive to my time constraints. The work was done quickly and accurately. The waiting area is clean and inviting. My truck goes nowhere but Lamb. My next one will Be from Lamb.
Working with Jim Smith - cargirltelia1950
Jim was very kind to us & answered all our questions in person, on the phone & through emails. He was very knowledgeable on the Equinox that we were interested in & had everything ready, paper work & car all cleaned & ready for us to purchase when we got there. We would recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy a new vechile.
Overall most of the guy's were great - BERLYANN07
Know what you want. Research the options and pricing. Stand firm but have a little give & take. Car shopping is probably at the top of my least favorite things to do ever but Oscar was Great! I would diffantly go back if needed. We bought our forever truck for now & in a few years to pull a fifth wheel. Happy Shopping!
Great folks - busterblue

Great Customer Service and Deal!!! - Drew B
My wife and I were looking to purchase our first new vehicle. We had done much shopping around and found that Kingman Chevrolet Buick had the best customer service and deal within 500 miles. We took home a new Chevy Malibu and have been very pleased with the level of customer service we have received even after the sale. The service department has been great about letting us know about specials and even let us know that our first oil change was coming up and called to setup appointment. Will definitely be going her for our next vehicle. Thank you all again for making the experience so easy and enjoyable.
Typical BS Car Dealer - Jothja
Great over the phone, but everything went down hill when I got to the dealership, and I was there to take delivery of a brand new truck. By the way, I travelled 140 miles to get there. Right off the bat they refused to honor the agreed upon price. The salesman, Dillon Gerdes, was rude, very unprofessional and tried to mislead me. When I called Jim Griffith, who was very nice, and Dillon’s boss, I left a message in his voice mailbox, and Jim never bothered to call me. BASED ON MY PERCEPTION AND EXPERIENCE, I WOULD SAY TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
I purchased a new truck from a dealership unrelated to Auto Nation and got a better equipped, higher trim level, truck for just a few hundred dollars more.
Worst service and customer service ever and i mean ever. - Your worse nightmare
The worst experience ever. Started out by having the service department performing a routine oil change and literally after driving off with my car about 3 miles down the road the car over heats really bad. Had on star get it towed back to the dealership. They couldn't diagnose it. Went from replacing starter to the battery to the cooling fan assembly then a week later the engine went out. Been dealing with the general manager Jay and have told him time and time again I want my car replaced due to their service error. Nothing was wrong with my camaro when I dropped it off until after they serviced it and yet they can take full responsibility for their mistake. All the general manager does is give me the xxxx run around so I'm getting ready to file a complaint with the BBB not against General motors but against him and the dealership for failure to make the problem correct. This has been going on since Dec 23 2017. So whatever you do don't take your new cars or trucks to get serviced here or you'll wild up in a big ordeal like myself and they won't do anything to help you. Trust me I've tried day in and day out. Get completely nowhere with those clowns. To top it off the General Manager is a big piece of xxxx nothing but a little xxxxx hiding behind his desk like a little girl doesn't want to fix the service departments mistake of xxxxing up my camaro... I'm still waiting for the compression results which I asked back on Dec 29th when me and my boss requested on a recorded line to show proof that the engine did fail on its and not to some wrong doing on the service part. I feel that they are hiding something from me since they are not showing me the evidence to prove what they are telling me in the mean time I will keep adding to this review and will continue to do so until justice is served. I don't care who in the dealership take a the hit that's not my problem anymore so it will be who of you to resolve this issue which has been going on since the 23rd of December and no one has come forward with the honest to god truth I guess no one over there has the xxxxx to do so just as I thought. I will post this exact same review at all places I can in regards to this dealership and it's management I'm done with them blowing smoke up my xxx. I was born at night but not last night. How do you like them apples and if they have to take a pay cut due to all this so be it maybe they'll learn not to xxxx with me ever again. xxxxx in their court now.
Made things right - Levi D
Sherwin made the car buying process easy. Learned a lesson the hard way by hitting a nail. Never realized that taking it back to the dealership is not always the best way to go.
Great service department!! - azjrfan88
My service advisor has always been Patti Vantine. She has always been honest & upfront telling me what my vehicles needed. And we will discuss options before doing any work. Right now, I’m replacing the engine in my 2007 Tahoe. She got me out of my rental car & into a loaner. She is the best.
Worst experience with a dealer service - David A Valenzuela
I went to AutoNation Gilbert as my initial visit in the past for an oil change was very well received. This time around I sat in the waiting room for 6.5 hours for a windshield wiper install - THAT WAS IT. My truck needed the arm and windshield wiper and after trying to up-sell me on a new battery that I had tested by two facilities prior to my appointment, I agreed to the quick wiper arm installation. Cut to 6 hours later when they said my truck was done, I attempt to leave and realize they've only installed the wiper and NOT the arm I had requested (rear arm and wiper). I had to go back in after paying $132 and waiting six hours to wait another 30 for them to correctly find the part. Best part, after this they did NOT eat the costs of their mistake, I had to pay $12 for the part they failed to include on the initial agreement. The manager was nice and joked about them messing up and after I told him I'd been there 6.5 hours he was quick to apologize. I told him after all this mess you can't eat a $12 part cost and he agree they messed up royally. I told him I was so livid I would not come back, it was ridiculous that so many folks left before I had. Being lied to by the service associate was also fun - my truck left the shop at 3:23pm according to the paperwork but she didn't bother to find me til 5pm! When I asked if my truck had been sitting there done, she said Oh no, it was just completed. Why lie? Forget this place!
Greedy and manipulative - Karen Groves
Tried to buy a used car from these guys. They wanted me to pay 8,000 more than the car was worth, pay off 4,000 more on my trade in so they could resell it and make even more on that deal. Beware!
Tent Event - jumpingfrog22
This is the most dishonest dealership that I have ever encountered. They hold tent events claiming to "Liquidate" their inventory by selling their vehicles for the "exact price that is owed to the bank". This is FALSE!!! I was looking at a 2015 Mazda CX-5 which retails for $20,000, and they wanted $27,900. I researched the vin on Vehiclehistory.com and saw that the car was previously listed for sale at a different dealership a year ago with the same mileage for $20,495. Once the car was entered into their inventory it was originally listed by them for $23,999. So I see it very difficult to believe that they paid more then the other dealership couldn't sell it for, especially when the trade in value is only $13,000. After the salesman/financing specialist (Mike H. with ID#A2) new he couldn't make a sale, he slammed the door in our face on the way out. This was extremely unprofessional.
Do your homework! Don't trust them! Their sale tactics are very decpetive and fraudulent. If you buy a vechicle check the vin on Vehiclehistory.com so you don't get taken for a fool. I will never buy a car from any Bradley dealership after this experience! They have lost my buisness forever and I will be spreading the word on how this dealership operates.
If you want to see for yourself how crooked they are, go to VehicleHistory.com and input the VIN:
Then call the dealership and ask what the price is on the 2015 Mazda CX-5, Stock# 9853. It will be interesting to see if they alter the price after reading this. Again, I was quoted $27,900 (which was the MSRP when it was brand new).
