I can't say enough positive things about the team at Infinity on Camelback. Each step of the process was easy and actually fun. They took the time to demonstrate all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle. It was a true white glove experience. I would strongly recommend them to anyone interested in buying an Infinity.

From Texas i was shopping for an extended warranty for my 2013 G37 convertible. The Infiniti USA site pointed me to Courtney at this Arizona dealership. I received a prompt email quote and I compared it to my local TX dealer and would save big $$.
Courtney was very prompt in answering all my questions and even making suggestions on how best to secure this warranty.
Her timely responses to my calls and email even though I’m in TX and did not buy this car from this dealership says alot about Courtney and this dealership.

After a handful of "new car experiences" elsewhere in the past I can say that I've been treated ok, but never as well as I have at Infiniti of Peoria! My experiences with every one I've come in contact with since I bought my G37 Coupe new in 2012 has been a positive one.
I live 90 miles away and have never had any problems scheduling an appointment, and now that my car is out-of-warranty, I still don't hesitate to drive there and back for a simple oil change!
Matt Delveccio as my service associate has always gone above and beyond to meet my needs, including a 4 pm oil change when "I just happened to be in town". The Service Department is first class because of employees like him!
Shanna Sanmarco is Peorias' Service Manager and she definitely believes in customer satisfaction and rewarding a customers' loyalty. She and her team recently fixed a problem I had with my cars' Navigation unit. She could have easily told me the repair would not be covered but instead went to bat for me and took care of the problem!
Shanna and Matt are valuable assets to the dealership. Nowhere else have I been treated to this level of respect, fairness, consideration and hospitality.
