Great service and outstanding Service Representative - jvillejoe
We purchased our 2015 Lexus SUV from Earnhardt due to the great reputation they had for ongoing service. We have not been disappointed as our service rep, Andrew Wilson, has been outstanding and very accommodating due the distance we live from the dealership (northern Arizona) since we started getting the scheduled services. My wife and I can recommend Earnhardt and Andrew without reservation and with the respect that he is a true professional and genuinely nice guy.
I was surprised at the service - Starry Eyed
Anymore you get used to bad service. I mean, it's everywhere; at lunch, the doctor, even Nordstrom sometimes. I guess I shouldn't have been, but I was very surprised when I brought my car in for service at Bell Lexus. They greeted me immediately and took care of me every step of the way. I never wondered what was going to happen next, or when. They valued my time! It's been a long time since that has happened.

Avoid this dealership - Redhead
Sales manager failed to deliver on a promise made for condition of sale. Front bumper was to be made free of paint chips due to rock hits prior to clear protective shield (I paid over $1200 for this to be added). The shield has now exacerbated the paint chips. I’m in the process of escalating this to Lexus Corporate and dealership owner, Berge Group.
Additionally the transfer paperwork for my trade in was never completed and I received a notice of intent to suspend my vehicle registration from ADOT.
It’s being cared for TODAY (over 6 weeks later) due to my phone call. Such incompetence.
New Lexus NX300 - Nancy
Thank you, Lexus of Chandler, for an A+ car shopping experience. After multiple searches on cars.com and to other car makes, I decided to come into the showroom not even sure if I wanted a Lexus. I drove away a couple of days later in my new NX300 with a big smile on my face. Karen Phillips, our Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was patient as we debated on exactly what we wanted and led us to the right decision rather than pushing us.
After some back-and- forth discussion with Ed on pricing, we feel that we got a great car at a fair price.
I used to dread car shopping, but this was totally “new school” car buying at it’s best, lots of personal attention as well as an educated sell rather than a hard sell.
