New Car, Positive Experience - Kia of Roseville SUCKS
I bought an Elantra here today and am very satisfied with the purchasing process. After being "yo-yo financed" by Kia of Roseville, I was well treated by Curtis from the internet dept and the finance signing guy. I would highly recommend Vacaville Hyundai and their internet price on cars.com is legit!

Saw A hyundai Tuscon for 20k, got interested so I filled out the form and got $207/moth for payment with my trade in, next thing i know the sales guy tells me there was a software glitch and MSRP posted on the site is wrong. Typical BS to get customer's contacting them then they tried to cut me a deal for a different car and for a higher payment. My advice.. STAY AWAY .. integrity and ethics is what wins trusts

I brought my car in for service September 2018 because it hesitated. Was told it needed new engine. (7K) Not under warranty, no other options. October 1, 2018 I paid $165.00 for (miss) diagnosis and had car towed to another Hyundai dealer to get second opinion it was repaired under warranty. I came to the Tracy Dealership on November 7 to ask for refund. I spoke with Brian Schneider. Brian Schneider said he understood and would give me a refund. I emailed Brian Schneider on 11/8 thanking for speaking with me and provided my contact information. I emailed again on November 19 asking for an update. I received no response from either email and no refund in the mail. I finally called and spoke to Brian Schneider on November 29 and at that time he told me that the GM, Keith, no last name givien, denied the refund, but that Brian Schneider would ask Keith again. It has been nearly 6 weeks and still I have no refund. I am surprised at the lack of customer service. I can't believe Brian Schneider has not responded to any of my emails or contacted me in any way. Who is their General Manager their Carchat says it is Tony Pappas, but Brian Schneider said the GM is Keith. And there is no Staff Directory on their website. No one ever contacted me even after many chances.

Once again I will tell my story in hopes that I can help at least one person by diverting them away from this dealership.
Back in January I bought a brand new car from Momentum Hyundai of Fairfield for $27,500. When signing the contract I was sure to look over everything to make sure they were truly charging me the price we agreed on, which they were. BUT the guy had added in a warranty and when I asked about it said it was the one that came with the car & was free of charge. I then asked why my loan amount seemed higher then I thought it should and he lied stating the total includes the interest on the loan; which I knew seemed fishy at the time but figured I could trust this company to be fair. I am now paying off a loan for $3,500 more then I should be.
I signed a warranty cancellation as soon as I caught the mistake which was about 4 months ago and I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY OF MY MONEY. I have called MANY times and it took a very long time to get a hold of the general manager who ignored my messages for weeks. I have already sent a letter of intent to sue and I will be filing on Friday of this week if this is not resolved.
I do love my car but it has already had a few transmission issues that I can't even focus on due to dealing with this issue. So disappointing, I will be making sure no one I know visits or does business with dealership.
