After having asked 3 other dealers to find the Chevy Volt I wanted, I didn’t have high expectations for Weseloh, however, Curtis Cheely completely surprised me. He not only found d the exact car others told me I would have to special order, he did so in less than 24 hours. By the time I arrived at the dealership, he had all papers ready to sign and the car sitting outside, ready for me to drive away. This was by far the easiest and fastest car purchase ever (and I’ve purchased several cars!). Thanks to Curtis for being super responsive, professional, friendly and for getting me the car I wanted.

I've got to say, these guys have been very impressive with their service! Brought my vehicle here after an accident to get the front fender repaired, and immediately was greeted by an estimator, Andrew Layus. He took a few days to fully inspect my vehicle and gave me a call there after wth their findings, as well as sending me confirmation email on the issues. After my insurance company inspected the vehicle as well, they noted that there was nothing missed and how important it was that internal damages were caught instead of ignoring them and working only on external repairs(turned out after hitting a really deep pothole, more than my fender was broken: the suspension was shot and I cracked my rim) . After all had been said and done, I'm left glad I came here with their genuine service and affordable costs. Andrew even gave me a few courtesy calls weeks following to ensure the vehicle was running properly as well as gave advice on maintaining my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!
Worst Experience buying USED ever! - Michael C.
I bought a used truck "AS-IS" from Bob Stall and within 24 hours had a check engine light come on for the evap system. I was falsely told during the sale that "buyers remorse" does not apply to used vehicles. This was a lie and I would've utilized option had I not been lied to. Truck had 2 engine codes both of which were not meeting California Emissions Standards. I called them and explained to them my situation, they requested I bring the truck into be seen and speak with an advisor on my options.
I brought it in 30 mins later and was told at 9:30 AM! that the advisor went home sick, but I wouldn't have to pay for the diagnostic. I was told that my charge would be $196 for a $30 part. I asked to speak to the sales manage to get this fixed due to the fact that AT THE TIME OF SALE the vehicle was not emissions standard ready and that I have only had the truck for 24 hours. After leaving several voicemails and calling back I was finally put in touch with Essi who greeted me hostily and told them I shouldn't threaten them with a negative review because I bought the vehicle used and "as-is".
I was told they would fix the ISSUES and be called back the following day to pick up the truck. Next day, got a call from Gary saying truck was ready to be picked up. In order for me to pick up the truck I had to sign papers saying I could not ask them to fix anything else that goes wrong with the truck. Seems like blackmail and not giving customers confidence in their purchase at your establishment. But ok, I sign thinking this is over. I drove off the lot got onto HWY 8 and check engine light comes back on for the same issue I brought it in for to get fixed. They lied to me and duped me, I missed 2 days of work over this and am now out $720 to fix the issue they never fixed and told me they would fix.
Bob Stall sold me a vehicle that did not and couldn't pass emissions inspection at the time of sale and told me I was not eligible for Buyers Remorse. I won't get the truck back for another week due to these repairs. They cost me time, money and huge inconveniences. Had the vehicle for 1 week and its been in the shop for 6 days.
I would NEVER recommend buying from here and after seeing the other reviews I feel like others are saying the same. Do yourself a favor buy going somewhere else. Somewhere that is honest and reputable.

Stay away from these scoundrels, especially their service dept. They refused to polish my car after they damaged it with a cheap wash. Their techs couldn't even install anything correctly without any problems. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else.
