Scratched my car and didn't tell me about it - Ml500
Took my Mercedes in to get repaired and although the repair went fine they scratched my car and tried to cover it up with paint filler without telling me about it. This is completely unacceptable for them to try to hide their mistakes like this instead of being transparent and telling me about the damage. Obviously I will never come back here again.

After a long wait I had finally settled on a deal with them. In the moment of signing papers the finance director rushed through the paperwork and did not say that I had to pay 2k of downpayment with them. She said you deal that with your bank. So I did as I was told, after a week of having my new car she calls and threatens that I owe 2k after I had told her that I gave that money to my bank and 2 checks were made that totaled the total cost of the car. After her and the manager threatened to send me to collections and gave me the ultimatum to pay or return the car, I returned the car and canceled the contract. Throughout all this, the finance director was very unprofessional and rude, perhaps because I was young and buying a Mercedes she didn’t think I could afford. I am very unsatified with the classism and rudeness I received at this dealership from these people.

Bad business and extremely unprofessional. I had a deal in place and was awaiting the paperwork to sign. As I was waiting for such paperwork the dealer decided to sell the vehicle to someone else because they happened to be in the store. Me and the sales agent had a verbal agreement but I suppose that does not mean much these days. I would stay away from this dealership and go to a dealership who actually honors their commitments.
