My fiancée and I recently moved to Marin County from SF and discovered that we needed a second vehicle after living in the "burbs". We had shopped around at several dealers in the area for comparable lines of cars. We stopped by on a whim later in the evening Labor Day weekend (very near closing) and were greeted by Jerry Malone.
After spending 5 minutes with Jerry, we knew we had just found a dealer for life (which is great since we are new to the area from NYC) and at the end of the process also felt as if we walked away with a new member of the family! He proceeded to spend time with us listening to what we needed and expected in a car. Jerry was able to explain every detail of the cars we tried and showed us how to experience what Mercedes-Benz has to offer, which is a lot!
Over three days of working closely with us due mainly to my indecision and fiancée's busy work schedule. We came to the conclusion to get out of the current car I was in and are now walking away with a FANTASTIC deal on his and her Mercedes-Benz and could not be happier! She drove away in a C300 and I got the GLC300!

I dreaded going into dealerships as most of my experiences with other places have summed with employees trying to upsell, rush the process, pressure me into buying something or simply acting like a know-it-all. On my visit to Mercedes-Benz Walnut Creek, I have encountered Danny. He is patient, thoughtful, helpful and considerate. He took the time to show me what I wanted but he also gave me sufficient space to decide without pushing to sell or rushing me. Even if initially, I went for a specific car, I ended up getting something else and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The whole team made sure that we are happy!

The worst service advisors They are bullies and humiliate you to no end. Yes so much attitude arrogance, wasted time and feel they are ALWAYS RIGHT!! no regard for the well being of a CUSTOMER!!! the saying customer is always right treat them with respect and loyalty will follow is not their standards of how to deal with CUSTOMERS. They really are bullies and trickles all the way up and especially Jay Faulkner and Jack. Thousands and I means thousands of dollars later and still car is not fixed properly. Got the state board of automotive repairs involved. The attitude we have been in being doing this 30 years they are not in touch with reality!!!!!BULLIES!!!!!

Let me preface this as buyer beware!! DONT BELIEVE them , car fax crap, take the vehicle and have in inspected by another mechanic.I purchased a CPO 14 mercedes GL for 80k with 1000 miles. Salesmen was friendly, Vehicle was in and out of the shop 6 times in the first year of ownership, multiple problems with sensors going bad, seatbelts breaking, turbo problems, engine going into safety mode and not accelerating which throws ZERO codes and they have no idea how to fix nor fix because they couldnt replicate, I had to wait until the problem happened and drive it that way all the way to them so they can hook it up, this took 2 years before they could figure it out. I was lightly rear ended in a parking lot and had to replace the bumper, I took it to a Mercedes certified shop and was told by them that the upon inspection and replacing the bumper that this vehicle has been in a previous accident. BIg help the carfax with zero problems showed. SHADY dealer, not worthy of being a mercedes dealer., service department like most have said is true, slimy and shady service people who offer fake smiles and no quality service, will not buy another vehicle here or have service here. Hope this review helps someone else out there.
