MY CONSUMER RELATIONSHIP STARTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP WHEN MY FATHER PASSED AWAY AND I STARTED USING HIS 2012 HYUNDAI SONATA FOR MY DAILY DRIVER. I HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS BUT ALL OF THEM SEEMED TO FALL UNDER A RECALL AS THE WARRANTY WAS WAY OVERDUE, I NEVER PAID A DIME OUT OF MY POCKET AND THEY EVEN COVERED THE ENGINE FAILURE UNDER RECALL AND PROVIDED ME WITH A RENTAL UNTIL THEY COULD REPLACE WITH A BRAND NEW MOTOR! THE CAR WAS AN OLDER MODEL AND THE ISSUES HAVE ALL BEEN RESOLVED AS THE ENGINE FAILURE WAS DUE TO METAL PARTS INFILTRATING A NUMBER OF CAR ENGINES IN AN ALABAMA PLANT ON A SPECIFIC DAY,WITH THAT BEING SAID I FELT COMFORTABLE GIVING THEM A SHOT AGAIN WHEN A MONTH LATER MY DADS CAR WAS TOTALED DUE TO AN ACCIDENT. MICKEY HARVEST IS A HUGE REASON I CONSIDERED DOING NEW BUSINESS WITH PEACOCK HARDEEVILLE. MICKEY ALONG WITH JESSICA CODY (SERVICE MANAGER) DEALT WITH ALL MY FRUSTRATIONS WITH CLASS ON MANY OCCASIONS ALONG WITH SAVANNAH McALEENAN WHO HELPED ME WITH A SEPARATE ISSUE A FEW MONTHS LATER. I BELIEVE ANYONE CAN SELL YOU A CAR BUT FEW CAN PROVIDE ADEQUATE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE AND THEY PROVED THEY COULD! MY BUYING EXPERIENCE WAS JUST AS GOOD, I HAD GOOD INTERACTIONS WITH MARIE ANDERSON WHEN I SHOWED INTEREST IN TEST DRIVING, MY SALESMAN JEFF RIBAK WAS TOP NOTCH AS HE DEALT WITH ME AFTER I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH AND WAS SET ON A BUDGET, HE COULD HAVE EASILY LET ME WALK AWAY BUT WE SAT DOWN WITH THE SALES MANAGER MATT HOUGHTON WHO WAS ALSO TOP NOTCH,WE TALKED FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES ABOUT LIFE AND THEN IN THE END CAME TO A DEAL WHERE WE ALL FELT COMFORTABLE!

If it wasn't for Terry, one of the service consultants, I would have given less than three stars. There were two other service consultants that did not even acknowledge me or offer assistance when I entered the room. Neither one of them were busy with a customer either. It seemed as if they didn't want to be bothered. Terry was waiting on a customer when I walked in, though. When Terry was finished helping the customer, he assisted me. He was very professional, friendly, and attentive. Thank goodness for Terry, otherwise I may not have been helped.
