I bought a used car from Pascal. He was great and I love my new to me car. I originally went in on a different car but it didn't have heated seats and a few other features that were a must have. Pascal said he would keep me updated if they got anything else in that might work. I didn't hold my breathe as I heard that from several dealers and never heard back from them. But Pascal called me less than a week later and let me know the perfect car for me was just being traded in. I got to see it before it had even made it on the lot, and he was right, it was perfect. Most liked was they make me didn't spend hours of countless negotiation to get the price I was happy with. Oh and their finance guy, Diego was able to get me a better rate than my bank BECU. I don't know if I'll ever buy a new Buick or GMC but if I do I'll definitely be getting it from here and from Pascal.

I bought a used Acadia from them about a month ago. Car has only been in my possession less than 2 weeks. It’s been in their shop the rest of the time. When I got it back last time, it even said on the receipt “did not fix oil leak”. That was one of the big reasons I took it in. It also said a huge list of things leaking or needing fixed and they didn’t even tell me in person. They refuse to fix it and now I have a car that I paid $20k for that needs thousands of dollars worth of work. I had to cancel my plans to drive to the beach for vacation because I don’t even know if it will make it. The 2nd car we bought the same week had the tires blow out while on the freeway.
I will never buy another car from these guys and am sick that I’m stuck with a car I don’t want to drive.
The only reason I give that one star is because they did give me a rental car and the parts department got all my ordered parts in quick and without any hassle
*Editing to add that I reached out to my sales person and the GM 3 days ago by sending an email. I haven’t gotten a response from either. This shows me they just don’t give one single xxxx about their customers or my situation. Bad form....

I contacted kathe Arambul in the fleet sales department and told her what I was looking for in a new truck. She searched dealer inventories nationwide and found none available as specified. I then visited the dealership and we ordered a 2019 GMC 3500 HD set up with my choices of engine, upholstery, etc. She kept me informed of the process and progress until the truck arrived at and was prepped by the dealership.
This the seventh vehicle I've purchased from Seaview since 2000. The lack of gimmicks and pressure makes the buying experience pleasant.

We are so pleased with our experience buying a new Tahoe in Bellingham today. While I was dragging my feet about making the trip, Johnny and I communicated extensively and I ultimately felt comfortable taking the time to drive north. Johnny had excellent knowledge about the details of the car, and spent a good amount of time explaining and demonstrating the features before we drove. Financing with Justin Harpman? Super simple, and definitely the quickest in my new car purchase experience. We met Parts (Jason) and Service (Ty) folks, all of whom were great. I drove away in the car i had researched, with every feature we wanted and none that we didn’t want or need...at a great price and additional savings due to lower sales tax rate than Seattle. Josh was my sales rep, and he was amazing! I was coming up from Portland by train and he even picked me up at the station. He got me into the car I wanted for well under budget (Brand new 2017 Chevy Spark LS for $9,800! I'm from Oregon, so no sales tax). The whole experience was great, no hassles, everything was smooth sailing, and everyone at the dealership was really friendly. Josh answers his phone every time I have a question (which happens.... a lot...). I'm a super happy customer, I'd absolutely buy my next car from Josh + Gilchrist!!!
The best customer service experience when buying a used car! - Michael Manoff
I just had the best possible customer service experience when I bought a used Ford truck from Ruddell Automall. I called about a truck that was listed on line and asked if they could hold it for me as I live a few hours away. They were happy to hold the truck for me and answered all my questions...even volunteering a few minor cosmetic issues the truck had without my asking. I took a no pressure test drive and then was able to take my time looking over the truck with out a salesman looking over my shoulder. They gave me a great deal on the truck and allowed me to leave my other vehicle on their lot until I came back to pick it up a week later.
It's now one week after I purchased the truck and I feel like I got a great deal on a fantastic used truck and would definitely return for any future car or truck purchases.

Ripped off by service center - I hate titus will!
My running lights would not turn off on my hummer. Took it in to be diagnosed. The service department said they changed my light switch but that wasn't the cause and that they had to keep trying to replace different things until they figured out what the issue was. My light switch was never replaced. I know this because it needed to be replaced, it didn't light up anymore. So I was happy that they "replaced" it. They LIED! It STILL doesnt light like it's supposed too! My insurance was charged hundreds of dollars and so was I for a switch that WASN'T replaced and my trucks initial problem was still a mystery! I was so upset that I had them put my dash back together and took it home. I googled the light problem, and I am by NO means a mechanic or mechanically inclined, and in about 5min I found out that it was the bcm (body control modual) that went out hence the light issue. I ordered the part from Amazon and had it put on and programmed by a real mechanic at Fleet Service in Napavine. Titus Will's service center said my issue would cost over $3,000 to figure out and fix. I ended up paying less than $700 for the part, instalation and programming. I am completely blown away that a dealership service center said they couldn't figure out the problem and just started replacing whatever they wanted too to try to figure it out, while all I did was google it, and charging me and my insurance company over $500 for a light switch that had nothing to do with my trucks running lights. The service manager, I believe his name was Steve, had a terrible attitude and said, well too bad that's how we do it. The sarcasm was unprofessional and rude. I called to complain and was informed I'd be contacted. That was over 11 months ago. No call yet. When I try to call about it I get left on hold forever. I will be contacting GM, the owner of the dealership and the better business bureau about the terrible service and the light switch that was paid for but never replaced. I would recommend to anyone reading this to BEWARE and DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE OR MAINTENENCE! Unless you like be talked down to and robbed.
