Loved the people and love the truck - TimSAuburn
Jim did a great job showing me the truck I bought and going through all the options. He was friendly, fast, and accommodating. I highly recommend that people see Jim for their next vehicle purchase. Everyone there made this car buying experience enjoyable.

Smooth Purchasing Expreieance - YetAnotherHeather
We worked with Quentin Cobb to purchase a Cruze the purchasing experience went really smoothly. Quentin was attentive and continues to be available if we have questions. We did purchase a warranty that we found later did not provide the coverage that had been represented to us during the final financing, we got it sorted out but it took a few visits and many phone calls. The staff at the location are diverse and friendly and that speaks volumes about their community values.

If you don’t want to be hassled go to Haselwood - BZ

Chuck Olson Chevrolet - Alan Jutte
These guys are the best. They are no pressure and very professional all the way round. I went in looking for a particular vehicle (Silverado) and came away very happy with my purchase. I personally dealt with Bill Connor and Bob Collins, as well as Josh and Ian in the finance department.
A+ experience buying my new vehicle from Chaplin's NB! - geoff
I just purchased a new vehicle from these folks, and let me just say that the experience was A++++. Like a 21st century car buyer, I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, but we realized that the ordering window had already closed, so the folks helped me locate one that was scheduled to be built, and commandeered the order for me. They kept me informed throughout the vehicle's journey from factory to showroom floor. They know their car aficionados, and were willing to accommodate my special requests on how I wanted the car delivered - I've had many experiences where dealers drill the front bumper even though I told them not to. The entire experience was very positive.
2105 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Duramax - Davejohnso
After looking at several trucks at other dealerships Northwest Chevrolet had the best selection. The truck we purchased was by far the cleanest truck inside and out that we found for a 2015.
I highly recommend visiting this dealership if in the market for a used or new truck.
Liz, Rich, Ryan and Nate were a pleasure to do business and earned our repeat business in the future.
Excellent buying experience - Mortahn
I normally hate the car buying experience, and with all the horror stories about pushy salesmen and sneaky sales tactics, I was really anxious about buying a new car. But my experience was very positive. No hard sell tactics. Very low key and comfortable. They tried to low ball my trade in value (I guess you have to try and maximize the profit) but after pointing out the true value of my trade in, they came up considerably. I got the deal I wanted on a new Chevy Bolt EV, with no hard negotiating. The transaction took a lot longer than I would have like, lots of sitting around waiting, but that's par for the course, I think. Salesman - Bob, his manager - Chris, and the finance guy - Tom were all great to work with and I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Greatest Mazda dealership ever. - DBerkeyGroup
I'm being redundant here, but I'm just reporting another great service experience. Brought my Mazda 3 in for an oil change. It took record time getting done. Barely had time to get a coffee. Woo hoo! Best ever!
quick and friendly - Silverado-014
started doing the brakes on my silverado when I spotted an axle seal leak. called and made an appointment to have it fixed since it was still under warranty. it was literally in the next day and out the same day. also friendly service.

New car - aandr0
Everything was handled in a professional manner. The dealer staff took away all the hassles of purchasing a new car. Being able to have the Credit Union paperwork done there saved that extra trip to their office. Loved the whole process! Thank You, Titus will.
EXCELLENT service, knowlege and experience! - dmcowan1968
My husband and I were very impressed with the service provided by Cody, Sam and Good Chevrolet in general! Cody made sure that I knew at least 80% about my Tahoe before I drove it off the parking lot, which was a lot. He has lots of knowledge on every vehicle I was interested in. He did not force anything on me and he listened carefully. I was very impressed!
Good Chevrolet offers Excellent Service and Experience! I Love my TAHOE!
Thank you Vernon Sackie! Great job! - Silverado2009
I asked for an appiontment to test dive a truck (via email). Vernon Sackie contacted me and we set up a time to meet. Vernon met my wife and I at the Pierre Chevrolet dealership the next afternoon, with a smile. He had driven to another location before we even arrived, and brought the truck we wanted to test drive back. After test driving that truck, we decided to look around a little more. Vernon found us a Silverado that was very nice. We negotiated a fair trade in value with Vernon’s help. Vernon had a great sense of humor. We felt like we made a great deal on the used truck we purchased. Vernon was professional and we genuinly enjoyed buying a car from him. Thank you Vernon! Great job! We’ll be back.
friendly and helpful - chevyal
Gordon was not hard selling. He was easy to talk to and helpful while showing me what he had on the lot. He knew what came on the trucks and what did not; that was very helpful to me while also gaving him a good idea what I wanted. He found what I wanted at a different lot and had it brought here. He spent extra time with me showing what all the gadgets were in the cab. Very helpful. I feel like he really cared. Thank you very much.
Oil change - Dycus, Karil 214
I came in earlier then my appointment was made for and they took my car in and got the oil change quickly and answered questions that I asked
GREAT DEAL !! - 2xm31234
Just did a out of state sale for a new Cadillac from these guys, All i have to say was my Salesman Nelson Cruz was AMAZING, super low pressure and he listened to everything I had to say and I would give him a higher star rating if at all possible !!! The finance department also did a perfect spot on job once I told them I was using my own Credit union. John and Mike had me done and all paperwork finished in less than a half hour!! Record time for that, lol. All in all a great buying experience and will buy from than again. All in all a perfect experience !!
Thanks Josh! - Kaminism
Josh was my sales rep, and he was amazing! I was coming up from Portland by train and he even picked me up at the station. He got me into the car I wanted for well under budget (Brand new 2017 Chevy Spark LS for $9,800! I'm from Oregon, so no sales tax). The whole experience was great, no hassles, everything was smooth sailing, and everyone at the dealership was really friendly. Josh answers his phone every time I have a question (which happens.... a lot...). I'm a super happy customer, I'd absolutely buy my next car from Josh + Gilchrist!!!
My experience was fantastic. - Dennis1979
Joel went the extra mile to find the exact truck I was looking for, he even went so far as swapping a truck for the one that had everything I wanted. And Todd Swenson in finance made my day when he told me I could get re-inbursed for the remainder of my extended warranty on my previous vehicle. All in all I want to again thank both Joel and Todd.
Love my new Silverado 3500 HD! - Mike
We have been looking for a used newish truck for some time. My wife and I spent quite a bit of time online looking for trucks and browsing all the dealers within 100 miles of Silverdale. We visited several dealerships in the area as well and started to narrow the list down to trucks that we liked and were in our price range. Then the perfect truck bopped up from Roy Robinson online that was brand new and was $1,000 cheaper than the used ones we were looking at with 20,000-30,000 miles on it. To good to be true??? So we called and they said they had the truck. It was a 2.5 hour drive for us each way and it had better be there if we went. We showed up, worked with Grant, and purchased the vehicle! it went smooth and with no games. We love our new Silverado 3500 HD!
Neither Negative nor Positive Experience - Don't Call Me "Kid"
Attempted to purchase a used vehicle through Brooks Biddle. The salesman seemed nice enough, but kept me waiting hours and was not responsive to my questions or concerns. Further, the salesman was extremely condescending. If I weren't a young-ish woman (in my late 30's), I suspect I would be paying less, but I wasn't willing to haggle very hard since the salesman spoke to me as if I were a particularly stupid child and I knew the price to be in a reasonable range according the KBB values. It turned out to be slightly high using NADA values; be sure you check both.
Salesman was not knowledgeable about the vehicle. Sure, it's a "really nice car," but that gives me no information about the vehicle. I would expect some basics, such as gas mileage, knowledge of braking system, etc. Would not give me any paperwork after we settled on a price, and in fact, did not seem to know what paperwork was required in the sale of a car. Turns out a different guy handles all the paperwork. That gentleman was quite nice and respectful. Salesman said multiple things that were factually inaccurate, such as telling me the car had all wheel drive when it has front wheel drive (thankfully I came having done my homework), telling me that CarFax reports were guaranteed accurate (they are only as accurate as their information sources; a CarFax report can't actually guarantee much and only shows records from certain sources), not seeming to understand what a certification of emissions is, otherwise hemming and hawing and ultimately seeming slightly incompetent. Perhaps this is a sales tactic of some sort, but it had the effect of causing me to want to take my business elsewhere rather than wait for the salesman to get it together, but I really liked the particular vehicle I was purchasing and stuck it out.
This dealership very clearly prioritized service to people who were using their financing (to be expected), as well as middle-class, older (50's and above) couples, to the extent that I constantly felt they were trying to put one over on me in some way, but couldn't really put my finger on how. I know there's some bias because the salesman was constantly assisting another (older, white) couple while I was waiting and when he returned to me he had forgotten what we'd previously talked about. Perhaps they just don't have enough staff? Perhaps "bumbling, disorganized dad" is part of his sales strategy? However, I'd guess that based on the majority of the positive reviews of this dealership being from older white people, and because all of the staff seem to be older white people, there may be some inherent bias happening. I certainly didn't enjoy the way I was spoken to and felt there was a severe lack of professionalism in treating a customer like a child.
The salesman thoughtfully had the gas tank filled up when I came in to finalize the purchase, but the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was bone dry. This dealership is connected to a service garage. The lack of attention to detail was somewhat concerning. Not a deal breaker, but proceed with caution. I appreciated that his heart was in the right place, but there is room for improvement.
The dealership could vastly improve the customer experience by using more respectful terms to address customers (ix-nay on the "young lady" and "kid," I'm almost 40) and by being more transparent about timelines and documentation. You have to expect a certain amount of B.S.-ing with car sales, but there are more savvy ways of presenting it to the client. Salesman told me he was "proud of me" when I purchased the vehicle. What??
I received a "survey" call after my purchase. When I expressed my concerns, I was told I was wrong and the "majority of people" enjoy their experience, then the caller quickly ended the call. Why call to get my opinion and then tell me my opinion is wrong?
I'd like to say it was a wonderful experience because the people at Brooks Biddle seem very nice and probably mean well, probably aren't aware that their mannerisms are even remotely problematic, but "inter-sectional feminism" is definitely not a term they're familiar with and they are decidedly not politically correct. Proceed with caution if you are female, under 40, or a person of color.
I did not have any experience with the service side of the business, only sales.
Great results from a great dealership - GG
First time at Jet looking for three specific vehicles that each could be towed flat behind a motorhome. Preston took us under his wing and showed us an Equinox, which we had previously rejected because of low headroom, but because this one was a Premere model, and had different seats, it also had more headroom. That and the fact it had Nav and could be towed flat sealed the deal for us. Preston was so personable and took so much time with us to make sure we understood and were comfortable with our selection and with each part of the process. We highly recommend Jet Chevrolet and their very professional salesman Preston.
Great car buying experience. - levilevi1
Our experience here in February of 2018 was great. Our sales person, Joshua Collier was very helpful and kind. He was not pushy at all. We received a fair price for our trade and a good price on our new vehicle. They were a big help getting us a good deal on financing. Everyone from the Manager to the finance lady was awesome. Thank you!
Stay away if you want good Customer service - Khaine20
Where to start... I bought a 2005 Mustang Saleen from them 30 days ago. Just two days ago I was visiting a friend in South Seattle and the car started to make a sputtering noise and I could hear some pressure being released. I pulled over and I saw oil spraying on my drivers side tire. I turned off the car, investigated and saw it was coming from under the car near where the Turbo was installed. I Left my car there overnight and towed it to my friends the next day.
Friday night (the night it happened), I called up my salesman from Titus-Will (Bill Leveque) and he said to me word for word "Theres not really much I can do for you since I dropped the price like I did".... YEP because he didn't get full retail, he wasn't willing to even entertain the idea of actual CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The he told me that it is a "Performance Car and things break".
I informed him I would be calling the sales manager on monday and see if they could help me. Now at this point I wasn't asking for them to fix the car for free.
Monday i drove down to south seattle (I live farther up north) called and talked with the Sales Manager Victor at 0940 in the morning. He said he needed to call and talk to Greg who worked on my case.
1120 I called him back since I hadn't heard from him, and he said he was still waiting on Greg to get back to him.
1250 I call him again since no one has been in contact with me, I'm still sitting at my car in South Seattle... he said there was some people there in front of him and he would call me back. I made sure he understood I don't live in south seattle, but I've been there all day waiting for him...
1337 I call and ask for someone above Victor, Karen (who is freaking amazing btw) transferred me to Trevor Will, whom I left a voice mail with, then immediately sent an email. No response to either.
1513 I CALL HIM BACK AGAIN, he didn't answer at this point.
1528 Victor calls me back and says there is nothing he can do for me since it is a "Specialty Vehicle and they can't just be expected to keep fixing it when it breaks. It was running fine when they sold it to me".
I had the car towed to my house to where I could actually get under the car and the problem???? The oil return hose from the Turbo had blown loose. It just needed some readjusting and tightening.
They didn't even entertain a fix, or offer to look at it or anything. It was literally a 15min fix that if they would have at least attempted, I would be writing a completely different review of them.
Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen... I've been a loyal customer of Bickford Ford, and Mazda of Everett for years, I truly regret that they did not have the car I wanted.
DO NOT Buy from them if you want to be treated like an actual customer once you leave the lot.
Scam Artists! - BrandenR
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I was looking at a car in the area and scheduled a prepurchase inspection. I dropped the car off and went to lunch when I recieved a phone call from them saying they misquoted the price and it was actually going to be almost double the original price. During the inspection they also broke an ignition wire and asked what I wanted to do. Being that it wasn't my car I and I needed to get it back to the owner I had them replace it. The just replaced the one ignition wire and charged me almost double what I could have picked it up at an automotive store for. They also said they'd leave the rest of the new ignition wires in the car so I could replace the others when I got home, they did not do that either. Stay away from these scam artists!
Ripped off by service center - I hate titus will!
My running lights would not turn off on my hummer. Took it in to be diagnosed. The service department said they changed my light switch but that wasn't the cause and that they had to keep trying to replace different things until they figured out what the issue was. My light switch was never replaced. I know this because it needed to be replaced, it didn't light up anymore. So I was happy that they "replaced" it. They LIED! It STILL doesnt light like it's supposed too! My insurance was charged hundreds of dollars and so was I for a switch that WASN'T replaced and my trucks initial problem was still a mystery! I was so upset that I had them put my dash back together and took it home. I googled the light problem, and I am by NO means a mechanic or mechanically inclined, and in about 5min I found out that it was the bcm (body control modual) that went out hence the light issue. I ordered the part from Amazon and had it put on and programmed by a real mechanic at Fleet Service in Napavine. Titus Will's service center said my issue would cost over $3,000 to figure out and fix. I ended up paying less than $700 for the part, instalation and programming. I am completely blown away that a dealership service center said they couldn't figure out the problem and just started replacing whatever they wanted too to try to figure it out, while all I did was google it, and charging me and my insurance company over $500 for a light switch that had nothing to do with my trucks running lights. The service manager, I believe his name was Steve, had a terrible attitude and said, well too bad that's how we do it. The sarcasm was unprofessional and rude. I called to complain and was informed I'd be contacted. That was over 11 months ago. No call yet. When I try to call about it I get left on hold forever. I will be contacting GM, the owner of the dealership and the better business bureau about the terrible service and the light switch that was paid for but never replaced. I would recommend to anyone reading this to BEWARE and DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE OR MAINTENENCE! Unless you like be talked down to and robbed.
New Customer - jjjr
I was a first time customer at Koenig Subaru and was treated with courtesy and respect. They had the Car I was interested in, matched the best deal I could find on-line (and had the very lowest sales tax rate), gave me a fair trade in, I made the deal! I would recommend them to anyone.
