Best truck buying experience of my life - James
Roman Guiterrez was the most helpful and courteous car salesman I’ve ever met, as was the finance manager! Roman listened to what I wanted from beginning to end, not about what he wanted! That’s rare in the modern era of auto buying! That idea will carry him far in his career and I will tell everyone I know to buy from him!
My brother will be visiting him next!
Keep up the good work!!!

Quick, no BS service - Steve Boyd
Joshua Treat was both very busy and absolutely with me and my wife when we came in to buy a car. Since we had a COSTCO relationship established there was no bickering over price and no hassle. We got a Bolt, which is a different breed of vehicle than a gas powered one, and Joshua gave us enough information to get out of the dealership with no mishaps. Maybe a little more practical advice about how to use/deal with an Electric Vehicle would be nice, but that is very hard to give just the right amount. Excellent service, and so far it appears to be an excellent choice for vehicle.

New Vehicle Purchase - Lenny H
My wife and I went into Chevrolet Buick GMC of Puyallup and received exceptional service. The salesman Jim Triggs was very knowledge and patient. We had plenty of options and left with an amazing truck.
Gmc Denal 1500 - Jd
I bought a used truck at this dealership. The transaction went flawlessy from the salesman Preston to the finance department.even when I came back to pick up the plates. They put them on for me. Everybody was very professional and polite right down to the detailer. Very happy with my purchase.
Great car buying experience - J123
We came in to look at a car and Kane made it very easy for us to drive and purchase the car, no hassles going through finance everything was very smooth and would recommend Kane and this dealership.
Awesome experience! - Ragin Cajun
I had the best truck buying experience ever. After closing a deal on a truck at another dealership, only to find out a week later they couldn't get it I talked to Axel. He not only said he could get the exact truck I wanted, he had it on the lot when we got there an hour later. His friendly and no pressure attitude was much appreciated. He answered every question we had and didn't let us leave without knowing we were comfortable driving off in our new Silverado 3500. Steve in finance made everything clear and gave us options on the extras. He guided us through every detail to make sure we knew what we were signing. We look forward to many happy years dealing with the whole Jet family. Thanks again Kevin, Axel, and Steve.
Great experience buying a Bolt - sneshyba
I know this is going to sound like an advertisement for this dealership, but I'll say it anyway: we checked out several dealerships in the Puget Sound area, and found that Lee Johnson had the car we wanted at the best price we could find. Everybody we worked with knew what they were doing. Kathy Cope was fabulous.
Awesome - Joan Hays
Hugh Monahan was perfect. Joe Harvey was perfect. I had myself so stressed for months about having to buy a vehicle. The crew at Speedway Chevy really put me at ease and in the driver seat. Thank you so much Hugh Monahan!
Puchased a used car. - DP
I recently purchased a used car from Bill Pierre Chevrolet. I give the dealership high marks but what really made the experience great was my salesperson, Kyle Norgard. Kyle did a great job showing me cars, discussing each one's advantage and disadvantage and not applying any "hard sell" tactics. He made the search easy and pleasant.
Excellent buying experience - Mortahn
I normally hate the car buying experience, and with all the horror stories about pushy salesmen and sneaky sales tactics, I was really anxious about buying a new car. But my experience was very positive. No hard sell tactics. Very low key and comfortable. They tried to low ball my trade in value (I guess you have to try and maximize the profit) but after pointing out the true value of my trade in, they came up considerably. I got the deal I wanted on a new Chevy Bolt EV, with no hard negotiating. The transaction took a lot longer than I would have like, lots of sitting around waiting, but that's par for the course, I think. Salesman - Bob, his manager - Chris, and the finance guy - Tom were all great to work with and I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Thank you - Jjsexymf1
Titus will ended up contacting me and traded the car for one that is in much better condition. I appreciate them for that. Thank you for helping into a car I can be proud to own
I bought a used Acadia from them about a month ago. Car has only been in my possession less than 2 weeks. It’s been in their shop the rest of the time. When I got it back last time, it even said on the receipt “did not fix oil leak”. That was one of the big reasons I took it in. It also said a huge list of things leaking or needing fixed and they didn’t even tell me in person. They refuse to fix it and now I have a car that I paid $20k for that needs thousands of dollars worth of work. I had to cancel my plans to drive to the beach for vacation because I don’t even know if it will make it. The 2nd car we bought the same week had the tires blow out while on the freeway.
I will never buy another car from these guys and am sick that I’m stuck with a car I don’t want to drive.
The only reason I give that one star is because they did give me a rental car and the parts department got all my ordered parts in quick and without any hassle
*Editing to add that I reached out to my sales person and the GM 3 days ago by sending an email. I haven’t gotten a response from either. This shows me they just don’t give one single xxxx about their customers or my situation. Bad form....
Office manager Kevin is unprofessional and rude - KR2018
After buying a 45,000 car from them. With all the other men that work there being normally nice. I ended up dealing with Kevin the manager. It’s a long story! But this guy give the whole inter place a bad name. I wish I could have threw this car back at your face and took my money else where but it was to late that.. but what goes around comes around. You can’t treat people like crap and not expect it not to come back to you in one shape or another....
My car was not deatailed when I bought it. It was 2 hours passed closing so I agreed to have it detailed at a later time... Kevin informed me unless it was noted someone it wasn’t happening.! Wish he would have been working the night I originally got the car because I’m sure I wouldn’t have walked away with it and I’d been ok with that!! Worker Brent was wonderful, Todd was okay to!spoke to me like a human bean not like a dog!
Great place to buy a car - barbmcdan
Gordon DeWitt makes the experience easy and enjoyable. I got a great car at a great price! I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They really care.
Awesome car buying experience - Bruce L

Do not buy a lifted truck from here unitl you read this - RAD717
So I hate to write bad reviews. But I have to write this one so I can save others from the nightmare that I have gone through. I will be as short and direct as I can be.
First, I came in and traded my 2013 Jeep wrangler ( first mistake) for a used 2013 Dodge Ram Texas long horn mega cab Laramie 2500. This truck was impressive. 60,000 dollars impressive. Had all the toys, 6" lift kit, 35's, aftermarket iron cross front and rear bumper , 12k lb winch. LED light bars. AMAZING truck. So to being my nightmare. I have lifted trucks and jeeps and other vehicles. I know the headaches they can cause for maintenance and warranties. this was not my first rodeo. I made it very clear from the moment I sat down with the sales rep and the finance manager that I wanted the truck - but - I wanted to make sure it had a warranty for the lift. they offer an Extended warranty from a company called "CORNER STONE" and when they sold me this - this is what I was told. the warranty protects the truck 100% engine, trans, you name it - covered. I asked does it include the lift kit because I know the headaches they cause for maintenance and also warranty issues and the finance manager MARRISA TINKERSLEY said yes the extended coverage covers the lift, she even pulled up the contract and showed me the section that is labeled " lifted" to add the coverage and she explained that this is the contract they offer for lifted trucks to also protect the lift kit. so after that , I agreed. no brainer right? I mean it added 5,000 more to the cost of the vehicle but it was worth it. or so I thought.
about 6 months go by and I bring the truck in for some check ups - I had some weird issues with the truck and the techs say the truck is fine - another year goes by I bring the truck in to this dealership again or the same thing, weird issues ( rough sound, tough suspension, transmission issues etc) I get my truck back they say its fine. so another 6 months go by and I go to a DODGE dealership and man o man the nightmare starts... dodge finds a TON of problems, and they find issues that were pretty old from what their techs had to say - so I bring the truck back to this chevy dealership to get help. my lift kit is mangled and I need to have other work done to it to check the transmission - well they refuse to help me because why? … well they cant fix lift kits . so they tell me to use my warranty - but I am told that I may as well buy a new lift kit because the warranty company WONT FIX MY KIT. …. the very same warranty that I was told does cover my lift DOES NOT and this is told to me by ROBERT the manager in service. I was given three options. FIX it out of pocket. Keep it unitl it fully breaks and hope my car insurance covers it OR trade it and get out of it complete and take the deficit …. not joke. this is what I am told to me face.
well fast forward and here I am 2 years later after this headache with this Chevy dealership now with a busted lift kit from faulty shock towers that failed and snapped - and I mean snapped off. I contact the warranty company and they tell me to have my truck inspected by another servicer and inspected by their appraiser. I play this game - I find a shop willing to work on my truck and I wait a couple of weeks to have an appraiser from the contract company to come out and they send my paper work in . so far the total is about 5-7,000 bucks of work to be done. and that does not include my engine, transmission, or steering system that needs to be looked at yet. this is just the lift kit
CORNER STONE calls me back and to put it straight I am S**T out of luck and my claim is denied. why? because my truck is LIFTED and the contract DOES NOT cover the lift.... it only ALLOWS you to have a lift on the truck and not void any other maintenance to OEM parts like it normally would.
THIS WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME or shown to me when I purchased the contract and my exact questions were if this contract covers the repairs of a lift.... MARRISA TINKERSLY sold this contract to me under false representation and lied to me as a consumer - even showed me the contract and presented the contract in a manner that would lead a consumer to believe that the trucks lift kit is covered. Corner stone said they are not liable for a company that misrepresents their product. understand that.
this dealship has been bery unhelpful. the only thing they did was take my truck in for a couple of days ( after i brought it in to them 2 previous tiems for this issue) to do a better inspection and give me a loaner truck for 3 days - great job ....
Long story short. if you buy a modified vehicle DONT unless you get a better description of what contrac you obtain. i was lied to on the true coverage and now i have a badly damaged truck and i have to foot the bill of over 7,000 dollars to have it fixed.
i would give them a 1 star but they helped me a little bit so i give them 2.
good luck - but go to a better dealship.
i spent 60,000 on an amazing truck that is now a nightmare. do not do what i did.
As expected...great service - RobertAndTerry
I would give them 5 stars BUT then there is no room for improvement and there is ALWAYS room for improvement. Overall, this dealership does excellent work. A little pricey but it is a dealership. You could get slightly cheaper at Bob's Hair Care and Tire Center but then you probably won't get the quality of service you get here either.
Car purchase - Zac
I traded in my Honda of a year old simply for the horrible customer service I received every time I visited the Honda dealer. I live roughly 200 miles from Roy Robinson Chevy most of the deal was done over the phone. When I got to the dealer everyone was super helpful, the salesman Nick did an awesome job explaining everything I had questions about my new Camaro ss 1le. He also had the stupid front license plate bracket removed for me as well. It was a reall shock to finally get good customer service from a dealer.
Thanks Josh! - Kaminism
Josh was my sales rep, and he was amazing! I was coming up from Portland by train and he even picked me up at the station. He got me into the car I wanted for well under budget (Brand new 2017 Chevy Spark LS for $9,800! I'm from Oregon, so no sales tax). The whole experience was great, no hassles, everything was smooth sailing, and everyone at the dealership was really friendly. Josh answers his phone every time I have a question (which happens.... a lot...). I'm a super happy customer, I'd absolutely buy my next car from Josh + Gilchrist!!!
top of the list non negotiators - local resident
I spent the better part of a day buying a used vehicle from this dealership and they would not negotiate a $50 drop in price to pay for a broken tail light lens. I purchased the vehicle anyways it it has been the worst Toyota truck I have ever owned having to spend over $1500.00 in repairs and counting. I would never deal with these people again.
Great dealer! - Chasboba
Go here for your new Volt. Best deals around and the service is top notch. Would definitely recommend it. Thanks to Chris Anderson and his team for making buying a car an enjoyable experience.
Great Service - donna
I just purchased a 2019 Traverse and am so happy that I chose Titus-Will Chevrolet. As a business owner I know how important employees are in their performance, their loyalty and their commitment to their job and how these things reflect on the business. Mark Baughman, our sales person, went above and beyond in each of these categories with working with me. He worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and made sure the purchasing process went smoothly. For the sales office, service department, reception area and service technicians I give them all high ratings for their excellent service and customer care.
Great Experience - S & P
We were an out of state purchaser and had one of our best purchasing experiences at Evergreen Chevrolet. Kyle and Rocky were excellent and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Communication was excellent in preparing us to consider the 4 hour drive to the dealership to look at the vehicle. When we got there, the vehicle was waiting and ready. It was exactly as described. The team worked to move us thru the process efficiently. Thank you Evergreen Chevrolet! We would recommend you any day!
Classic bait & Switch - Broadview car customer
Just visited them on 5/26/18. Two cars were advertised at reduced prices strangely were not available when I showed up. The dealer had promised to get them ready to test drive on the phone just prior to my visit. After testing substitute car that was not discounted. ,I told them I wasn't interested in that vehicle. Wonders of all wonders, one of the vehicles I originally came to see was suddenly available.
Spent 2 hours arguing with the Sales Manager over the terms and trade-in amount. They advertised a $1,000 increase over blue book on trade in but only offered $1,000 total which in effect was zero value for the trade in vehicle.
They insisted on a full $150 document fee which they advertise is subject to reduction.
Got so fed up,I just walked out. 2 hours wasted. Don't go there
Ripped off by service center - I hate titus will!
My running lights would not turn off on my hummer. Took it in to be diagnosed. The service department said they changed my light switch but that wasn't the cause and that they had to keep trying to replace different things until they figured out what the issue was. My light switch was never replaced. I know this because it needed to be replaced, it didn't light up anymore. So I was happy that they "replaced" it. They LIED! It STILL doesnt light like it's supposed too! My insurance was charged hundreds of dollars and so was I for a switch that WASN'T replaced and my trucks initial problem was still a mystery! I was so upset that I had them put my dash back together and took it home. I googled the light problem, and I am by NO means a mechanic or mechanically inclined, and in about 5min I found out that it was the bcm (body control modual) that went out hence the light issue. I ordered the part from Amazon and had it put on and programmed by a real mechanic at Fleet Service in Napavine. Titus Will's service center said my issue would cost over $3,000 to figure out and fix. I ended up paying less than $700 for the part, instalation and programming. I am completely blown away that a dealership service center said they couldn't figure out the problem and just started replacing whatever they wanted too to try to figure it out, while all I did was google it, and charging me and my insurance company over $500 for a light switch that had nothing to do with my trucks running lights. The service manager, I believe his name was Steve, had a terrible attitude and said, well too bad that's how we do it. The sarcasm was unprofessional and rude. I called to complain and was informed I'd be contacted. That was over 11 months ago. No call yet. When I try to call about it I get left on hold forever. I will be contacting GM, the owner of the dealership and the better business bureau about the terrible service and the light switch that was paid for but never replaced. I would recommend to anyone reading this to BEWARE and DO NOT GO THERE FOR VEHICLE SERVICE OR MAINTENENCE! Unless you like be talked down to and robbed.
Neither Negative nor Positive Experience - Don't Call Me "Kid"
Attempted to purchase a used vehicle through Brooks Biddle. The salesman seemed nice enough, but kept me waiting hours and was not responsive to my questions or concerns. Further, the salesman was extremely condescending. If I weren't a young-ish woman (in my late 30's), I suspect I would be paying less, but I wasn't willing to haggle very hard since the salesman spoke to me as if I were a particularly stupid child and I knew the price to be in a reasonable range according the KBB values. It turned out to be slightly high using NADA values; be sure you check both.
Salesman was not knowledgeable about the vehicle. Sure, it's a "really nice car," but that gives me no information about the vehicle. I would expect some basics, such as gas mileage, knowledge of braking system, etc. Would not give me any paperwork after we settled on a price, and in fact, did not seem to know what paperwork was required in the sale of a car. Turns out a different guy handles all the paperwork. That gentleman was quite nice and respectful. Salesman said multiple things that were factually inaccurate, such as telling me the car had all wheel drive when it has front wheel drive (thankfully I came having done my homework), telling me that CarFax reports were guaranteed accurate (they are only as accurate as their information sources; a CarFax report can't actually guarantee much and only shows records from certain sources), not seeming to understand what a certification of emissions is, otherwise hemming and hawing and ultimately seeming slightly incompetent. Perhaps this is a sales tactic of some sort, but it had the effect of causing me to want to take my business elsewhere rather than wait for the salesman to get it together, but I really liked the particular vehicle I was purchasing and stuck it out.
This dealership very clearly prioritized service to people who were using their financing (to be expected), as well as middle-class, older (50's and above) couples, to the extent that I constantly felt they were trying to put one over on me in some way, but couldn't really put my finger on how. I know there's some bias because the salesman was constantly assisting another (older, white) couple while I was waiting and when he returned to me he had forgotten what we'd previously talked about. Perhaps they just don't have enough staff? Perhaps "bumbling, disorganized dad" is part of his sales strategy? However, I'd guess that based on the majority of the positive reviews of this dealership being from older white people, and because all of the staff seem to be older white people, there may be some inherent bias happening. I certainly didn't enjoy the way I was spoken to and felt there was a severe lack of professionalism in treating a customer like a child.
The salesman thoughtfully had the gas tank filled up when I came in to finalize the purchase, but the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was bone dry. This dealership is connected to a service garage. The lack of attention to detail was somewhat concerning. Not a deal breaker, but proceed with caution. I appreciated that his heart was in the right place, but there is room for improvement.
The dealership could vastly improve the customer experience by using more respectful terms to address customers (ix-nay on the "young lady" and "kid," I'm almost 40) and by being more transparent about timelines and documentation. You have to expect a certain amount of B.S.-ing with car sales, but there are more savvy ways of presenting it to the client. Salesman told me he was "proud of me" when I purchased the vehicle. What??
I received a "survey" call after my purchase. When I expressed my concerns, I was told I was wrong and the "majority of people" enjoy their experience, then the caller quickly ended the call. Why call to get my opinion and then tell me my opinion is wrong?
I'd like to say it was a wonderful experience because the people at Brooks Biddle seem very nice and probably mean well, probably aren't aware that their mannerisms are even remotely problematic, but "inter-sectional feminism" is definitely not a term they're familiar with and they are decidedly not politically correct. Proceed with caution if you are female, under 40, or a person of color.
I did not have any experience with the service side of the business, only sales.
A+ experience buying my new vehicle from Chaplin's NB! - geoff
I just purchased a new vehicle from these folks, and let me just say that the experience was A++++. Like a 21st century car buyer, I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted, but we realized that the ordering window had already closed, so the folks helped me locate one that was scheduled to be built, and commandeered the order for me. They kept me informed throughout the vehicle's journey from factory to showroom floor. They know their car aficionados, and were willing to accommodate my special requests on how I wanted the car delivered - I've had many experiences where dealers drill the front bumper even though I told them not to. The entire experience was very positive.
