We brought in our 1999 Jeep for a new headlight and hood struts. The lights were fixed quickly but the struts had to be ordered, We returned the next day for the strut installation and were in and out within 30 minutes. Great service. Efficient, courteous.

Found a truck on Rairdon's web site that had a great price and set up a test drive. The test drive with Chris Jackson went well, and decided to buy the truck. The dealership tried to add everything they could onto the deal (service contract, gap insurance, maintenance plan, etch, fabric and paint protection, ect) without asking if I wanted any of it. All that total more that $10,000 to the price. Had to get them to remove most of it (kept the maintenace plan). That took about 2 hours. After I made the deal with the floor manager, we did the paper work. I did pay attention and read the contract when I signed it. A few days later I was reading all the paper work and noticed that they added the service contract back in at a cost of over $2350. The interest rate was also .4 percent high than agreed to. I called the dealership 4 times. Was unable to talk to anyone about this. The next day I drove to the dealer, 2 hours and 40 minutes away. Got to service contract removed (as of this review I haven't receive any information of if the refund will be applied against the loan or I will get a check), and the interest rate was drop to what was agreed to.

We went there first to test drive a Dodge Charger and Challenger (I was undecided what to choose). After deciding the car I wanted as my first new car, the sales Manager tried to rip us off. He didn't honor the TrueCar price printout I had for a Charger, said that price was only if we finance in house, we already had a pre-approval from our Credit Union. Jacked up the price of the car for a non-inhouse financing and had the audacity to low ball my trade in car by 30%, I also had a printout from NADA website showing how much my car was worth. He said it costs around 2 grand to "fix" my car in order to resell it, I detail my car every month or so and always take it to an authorized dealer for oil change and general inspections. At the time we were on site, we saw 4 prospective buyers just walking away..never coming back!!

Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.

Very very low on trade ins !!! Overall not a good place to do business. Customer in parking lot why I was there flipping out about service. Which he payed for extended warranty. Service manager was being a loud total xxxxxxx. Hmmm not good. !!! Horrible in front of customers !! Not very knowledgeable in product either
