We recommend Dallas to everyone! - amf597
Anytime we are in the market to purchase a vehicle, our go-to is Dallas Howell! I met him completely by accident several years ago while I was waiting for my vehicle in the service department. I overheard him talking to a longterm client of his about how they needed trades. I sarcastically told him he was welcome to have mine if he found me exactly what I wanted. He asked if I was serious... he somehow brought me exactly what I wanted that hadn't hit the lot yet. Needless to say, we've now purchased several vehicles from Dallas and refer him to everyone we can. We highly recommend Dallas!! When our daughter was looking to make her first purchase this week, we handed her over to him. Of course he took wonderful care of her and she left with the car she wanted and happy as can be! Thank you Dallas!

Meaghan & Hai are the greatest - Michael G
Came in with no appointment for brake pulsing. Got a brake job and they noticed my shocks had leaked. The new shocks make it feel like a brand new vehicle.
Great purchase experience - Cummins Powered
Stopped by just to look. Jimmy Rakich helped me find my dream truck. Love me Mega Cab diesel. I will definitely refer my firends to Jimmy. He was the best.
very friendly - Ben Parries
Love the Jeep, but just a little disappointed in the mileage it gets per gal. Was expecting at least 27 mpg but very lucky if we get 23 mpg.
Go see Jay, great truck buying experience! - Hawkguy60

DON'T TRUST THEIR WORK - Bob Wojnicz
I used to really like this dealership's service department for my 2011 Ram 3500 truck. Now, not so much. Brought truck in for an LOF, tire rotation, and steering wheel centering after they did a wheel alignment some time back. All prior to driving that truck from Federal Way to Phoenix, AZ.
(1) Tires got rotated but they didn't adjust the pressure-- so was dangerously low in back and dangerously high in front. Discovered this at home and entirely by chance; and
(2) They didn't adjust the steering wheel, but maybe that was a good thing.
I don't mind paying more for dealer service rather than using an independent shop, but if you can't trust a dealership to do a proper job on a basic service then what's the point? The speed limits on the way to Phoenix are mostly 75-80 mph-- not a good speed at which to have tire/handling/stability problems in a pickup. I'm quite aggravated that these guys put me and my family at risk this way.
I did complain to Risa, my service writer about this. She said the manager would get in touch with me. That never happened. Use these guys at your own risk.
Greatest Experience - Nicoleal
My husband and I went to tacoma dodge and met willie newcomb. We went to look for a car. When we first met willie he was very compassionate about helping us seek out the vehicle we were looking for. I loved his personality and how he wasnt pushy at all. He was very friendly and even kid friendly. Our daughter was acting up and he gave her coloring pages to keep her busy. He listened to our financial situation and really helped us get the right price & payments that was right for us. Most people who sale cars usually dont care about your well-being and how much you spend. But he was very understanding and very professional on helping us. I would highly recommend him when you are looking to buy a vehicle. It was our first time buying a vehicle and he made our experience wonderful and easy.
These guys deserve your business - Adam Bryant
I initially was not happy with this dealership. I was sold a vehicle that wasn't quite for me and had some issues with a sales person. But, from that point forward they were amazing. Sales manager Jason and salesman Vince got me and my family in an amazing car and really worked their butts off to make us happy. Even got free new tires and the detail job on the vehicle was the best I've ever seen.
If you're in the market for a vehicle, give these guys the first shot to make you happy.
Worst Experience Ever!!! - HB
Let me tell you about my car buying experience... After 20 years of buying new cars, I discovered the hard way, that Bud Clary Jeep/Dodge/Ram of Auburn was the ABSOLUTE WORST that I have EVER had to deal with.
I purchased my Jeep on a Saturday Aug 19th. I later noticed that the steering wheel was not aligned properly. I brought it back the next day to have a service person drive it and he agreed with my assessment. I scheduled another appointment to fix the steering wheel and when I went to pick it up, my salesman said that they didn't find a problem with it. I insisted that he drive it and he agreed with my assessment, as well.
Also, while driving I went to use my windshield wipers at only 432 miles, on a new car, and I got an alarm that said, "Washer Fluid Low." This basically told me that the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) was NOT performed. I talked (and sent texts) to my salesman numerous times and told him that I wanted proof (photocopy or receipt) that a PDI was completed on my car. My seasoned salesman sent me a text asking, "What exactly do u mean by PDI report?" Seriously, he didn't know what a PDI was?!?! This should be the very FIRST thing done when the car arrives to the dealership.
I scheduled a 3rd appointment to address the steering wheel problem and for them to perform a PDI. I was sent a text by my salesman that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day. I called him immediately and he told me that, "Their service department tried to fix the steering wheel, but were unable to and that they had to send it "somewhere else" to fix it." Hopefully they sent my new car to a reputable and Jeep authorized business.
I received a call from him later that night telling me, "Good news, your car is all done and ready to be picked up!" When I got to the dealership my salesman informed me that they, "Didn't perform the PDI." I told him that I was "Not coming back again." That would've meant a 4th visit back to address something that should've been completed before I had possession of my car.
On a side note, the inside of the car was not cleaned at all. The inside of the windows were filthy. You'd think that when purchasing a $43,000 car, that the dealership would AT LEAST have the car in showroom condition. And after 3 visits, the car was still not completely cleaned. And I even had to peel off some of the stickers on the inside.
The good news is, that I took my Jeep to another dealer and they performed the PDI for me, for free. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy or bring my car to Bud Clary EVER again. And I will definitely let others know about my experience.
Bad experience - coopegm0
I bought a truck here about a month ago, and have had unanswered problems every week since. My experience started, and should have ended, with the finance department informing me that if I bought the vehicle outright with a cashiers check from my bank, the deal that I was promised the day before would be voided, and I would be unable to purchase the vehicle. I conceded to receive my loan through them, only to be pressured into buying a bogus warranty for an extra $3000. Upon returning home with the vehicle, I promptly canceled the warranty with the third part company (still no confirmation of the cancelation with the dealership, and the total is still on my principle loan amount with the dealership, so now I am paying for a warranty that I no longer have). A week after purchase, I noticed a loud knock coming from the undercarriage (frame) of the truck. I was informed by my local Toyota dealership that the vehicle had been in an accident, and the suspension needed $1000 worth of work to make the vehicle drivable. On top of all of this, it is now a month later, and I still have no word of receiving the vehicle's title that was supposed to be mailed to my local dmv. My temporary registration, that I paid for myself, expires tomorrow, and I have been calling for the past week, only to be passed off to over a dozen different people on their phone tree. As of now, I've had the pickup in the shop for three days, am paying on a warranty that I no longer have, and still am not the legal owner of the vehicle (no title). To top it all off, the dealership seems very evasive, and I am never able to reach anyone who knows anything when I call. The deal seemed shady from the get go, and I should have walked away. Hopefully this helps potential buyers.

Liars!!!! - vettechsara
I wish I could give a no star rating. All this dealership wants to do is give you the bait and switch. Went to purchase a vehicle, signed all the paperwork and was given the vehicle. Two days later they said the bank said they needed more money or I would have to return the vehicle. Called bank and they said they were not asking for more money that that would have to come from the dealership. Dealership called cops on me today saying I stole there vehicle because I hadn't returned it yet and went in there tried to discuss options with them and all they could say was that the bank is the one asking for more money. The sales manager I talked to several days earlier told me it would be no big deal, as long as I came up with "x" amount of dollars I would get the vehicle no problem, looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Today I try to talk with him and the cockroach that he is, decides to hide in his office so he doesn't have to face me. He told me he wouldn't BS me and that's exactly what him and his company did.
Great Service Experience - stampguy
Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.
Sleezy management - Carguy123
Sales team try's hard to deliver but incompetent sales managers Richard and Josh ruined my experience while I was working with gabby I heard Richard and Josh making homephobic jokes to another employee this almost made me walk out but Gabby's amazing attitude and my liking of the car I stayed once My trade was appraised I was brought a shockingly disrespectful number for my trade I was told that they don't control trade our corporate does... Ahmad was extremely disreswpectful to my family and I. ... - de40zb
Ahmad was extremely disreswpectful to my family and I. He tried to rip us off with the price of the vehical. He wanted to charge 6k dollars tax and lisence. When i told him that was unexceptable he queswtioned my parenting. He was extremely rude. He also said he doesnt want to compete with anyone to sell me a car, but he is a salesman isnt that their job to sell their product. The follow up call by the mananger was very pushy to have me come back and buy the vehical at asking price. There was no compassion for the extreme disrespect to my family and I. We are a repeat coustomer and the dealership was rude and very unpefessional. Extremely poor manangement and sales. Go to anyother dealership but this one, Big waste of time.
