I originally contacted them about a 2017 Ford F-150. I came in and test drove the truck, and I liked it. I made them a good offer on the truck, but they declined it. I walked away and continued my search.
2 weeks later, the price of the truck was reduced to the price that I offered previously. Seeing this, I contacted David Tisdial again, and told him I was still willing to buy the truck, and at their asking price - I didn't try to negotiate down further. He confirmed the truck's availability, and we agreed on the price.
As I was planning to drive to the dealership to pick up the truck, he text messaged me asking if I had a trade-in, and if I had my own financing. I told him I didn't have a trade-in, and I had my own financing. He told me that I would have to use their financing to get the vehicle at the advertised price. I went back to their website, and nowhere does it state this is a requirement. I explained this, and after some back and forth, they were going to allow me to use my own financing.
Next, David texted me explaining that the truck has a paint protectant on it, that will cost another $700 above the advertised price. I had no clue how that was possible, if the protectant was already on the vehicle, and the vehicle was listed at their price. Out of principal I was not going to play this little game with them. They are obviously listing the vehicle for a lower price than they can stomach, so they're using shady tactics to make up the margin through these other activities.

I have recently had 2 appointments 1 week apart The first job had to wait on parts to arrive upon returning instead of having to wait in the waiting room They drove me home and later that day picked me up. The Problem was fixed.
2018 Jeep issues and poor service dept - Bill and Sophie
Bought our second car from this dealer which Is a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. After 3 months of driving the Jeep it would fail to start after being driven then would start after sitting for several minuets. Drove it to “our” dealer and was told by the service dept that they could not duplicate the issue. I explained to the service writer that the exact same issues are all over the internet with solutions I was completely blown off and told to bring it back when it happens again. Well next day we had to tow our Brand new Jeep back to the dealership for them to again say they couldn’t duplicate the issue and they would need to keep it till they could. The dealer contacted the factory and was told this was a known issue and how to duplicate and repair. Huge inconvenience for us to not have the car for a few days while they figure out what everyone else knows on the internet. Teach them customer service in the service dept. spending 40,000 at this dealership to buy the Jeep the dealership should be inconvenienced not the customer. This is the second issue we have had at this service dept. they are ok at oil changes and tire fills. Take your car to a different dealer

I wish I could give a no star rating. All this dealership wants to do is give you the bait and switch. Went to purchase a vehicle, signed all the paperwork and was given the vehicle. Two days later they said the bank said they needed more money or I would have to return the vehicle. Called bank and they said they were not asking for more money that that would have to come from the dealership. Dealership called cops on me today saying I stole there vehicle because I hadn't returned it yet and went in there tried to discuss options with them and all they could say was that the bank is the one asking for more money. The sales manager I talked to several days earlier told me it would be no big deal, as long as I came up with "x" amount of dollars I would get the vehicle no problem, looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Today I try to talk with him and the cockroach that he is, decides to hide in his office so he doesn't have to face me. He told me he wouldn't BS me and that's exactly what him and his company did.

Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.

Service manager was being a loud total xxxxxxx. Hmmm not good. !!! Horrible in front of customers !! Not very knowledgeable in product either

SCAMMERS is the only word I can find to describe my experience working with the service department. Don't trust these guys and absolutely don't come here if you don't have to.
I purchased a backup camera to get installed with these guys. The only reason I didn't do it myself was because of convenience & it required the dealership to flash the radio unit in order for it to be able to receive the backup camera.
What should have been only a 1.5 hr job turned into 5 days of them giving me a bunch of B.S. and saying they needed to run tests to figure out why they were unable to get the camera to work.
Ultimately they could not complete the job, returned my car WITHOUT a working backup camera, AND still had the audacity to charge me for labor!!! This is coming from the Manager -- clearly they would rather have a few hundred dollars in their pocket vs now losing a customer for life.
They said if I still wanted it to work, I need to buy a new radio that costs over $1000!!! because their conclusion was that the radio is faulty. That i would have to buy the same model radio when everything else worked because they tested the camera on another car, triple checked the wiring, ran all diagonistics...etc. AND they gave me the guarantee that if I purchased this $1k radio that it will for sure work.
I took the car home, spent 30 min opening up the dash to check wiring going into the radio unit and immediately saw they connected the wiring to the radio harness incorrectly. So it took me 1 minute to fix that and then it worked!!!
I WONDER IF THEY DID THIS ON PURPOSE TO MAKE ME SPEND MORE MONEY KNOWING FULL WELL WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND LYING TO ME. Seems like a crazy coincidence when you figure they seemed very confident and even gave me a FULL guarantee that buying a new radio unit would be the solution. These guys are sneaky and UNTRUSTWORTHY

Ahmad was extremely disreswpectful to my family and I. He tried to rip us off with the price of the vehical. He wanted to charge 6k dollars tax and lisence. When i told him that was unexceptable he queswtioned my parenting. He was extremely rude. He also said he doesnt want to compete with anyone to sell me a car, but he is a salesman isnt that their job to sell their product. The follow up call by the mananger was very pushy to have me come back and buy the vehical at asking price. There was no compassion for the extreme disrespect to my family and I. We are a repeat coustomer and the dealership was rude and very unpefessional. Extremely poor manangement and sales. Go to anyother dealership but this one, Big waste of time.
