Super accommodating and knowledgeable - Pacificgirl21
My friend and I went to rairdons on a whim after my recent job promotion. I’ve always wanted a Jeep and jay laclair was so helpful and showed me all the different models to find the right on for me. My dream Jeep is a bit out of my immediate price range but I know in a few months I’ll be back to see jay again. Thank you!
Excellent Service - NW Gal
We brought in our 1999 Jeep for a new headlight and hood struts. The lights were fixed quickly but the struts had to be ordered, We returned the next day for the strut installation and were in and out within 30 minutes. Great service. Efficient, courteous.

I won't even go anywhere else even just for an oil change. Very professional in all aspects from greeting customer to the follow through to make sure everything is just what you asked for. Also advising thoroughly what may be needed in the near future for maintenance. The Best!
Awesome deal on my 2018 diesel pickup - TruckGuy1234
Jason Flavell helped me to find the diesel truck I've been looking for. He got me an amazing deal. The truck I originally wanted had sold but he found a slightly higher model for a fabulous price. Jason was very responsive over text message.

Great Experience! - Terese Slabaugh
Angelina helped me with scheduling and Nate Gruol helped me on the day of service. Both were very professional and pleasant. They were able to complete the work quickly and efficiently! I had a loaner car arranged, but they were able to complete the work so quickly, I did not need the loaner. This saved me time and hassle in the long run. Very pleased with the experience!

Have been dealing with Dodge dealer in auburn got very poor customer service , ask for call back on vehicle calls were never returned , 6 weeks to fix transmission .
Enumclaw Dodge called me twice to let me know what was going on with the vehicle , even washed my vehicle part of the service , highly recommend this dealer . I will not go back to the Auburn Dealership
Do not recommend - Unhappy
This dealership is awful. My experience from start to finish (purchased the truck and two visits). Upon purchasing I asked for gap insurance from my financing credit union, instead they gave me their’s at a much higher price. I was in a rush to be done and did not realize that my monthly payment was $115 Higher than what I was told it would be. All of this came to light when I went to my credit union. I have never gone back since 2017 and never will. Service appointments are slow and customer service is almost non existent. Go to another Dodge Dealer and they are great.
Great prices and honest staff - EcoD4Life
Second truck from this dealership. Honest sales staff and it didn't take all day to get the deal done. Very fair on your trade as well. I'll be a customer for life.

Service department pleasure to work woth - Jbe
Painless warranty work and solving issues with supercharger. Parked the car inside at night to protect it and got the job done. New issue to solve, hopefully it goes as easily.

Took our Jeep to Rainier Dodge today for an unexpected repair. The service department was pleasant and efficient and I was back on my way within five minutes. Thank you, Rainier Dodge!
Great Service Experience - stampguy
Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.
Lacking customer service - .
The service department at this dealership leaves a great deal to be desired. It should not take over two hours after dropping your vehicle off to get an oil change. You shouldn't have to go looking or asking someone the status of your vehicle in order to avoid having to wait an extended period of time for your vehicle. In addition, a customer should be notified of all if any recalls that are on a vehicle and time may spent verifying said recalls. Overall, not impressed with this dealership and will not return.
They Sold A Car I Was Buying To Someone Else For More Money - starshine
I searched for quite a while to find an SUV I could afford and that met my needs. After negotiation, we agreed on a price and I was given a copy of the purchase order. I had complicated circumstances to get my funding through an estate attorney. The primary people at the dealership were all aware of my situation and I called them to keep them posted on my progress with the attorney.
Within a few days, I had the funds available to pay for the car and called the dealership to complete the purchase and arrange to pick up my car. That is when I was informed that another salesman, with the approval of management, ignored my purchase order and sold the car to someone else for a higher price. As you can imagine, I was furious!
They could have at least called me before proceeding with selling my car to a higher bidder! I do not recommend doing business with them because their word or even their purchase order means nothing to them. They did not follow good business practices or common courtesy when they ignored the agreement that everyone involved had approved.
Watch out, this dealer has double standard service - LemonJuicer
if you use coupon for car service, your car will be serviced by a "non-master" technician with lower pay rate! I cannot guarantee if that technician knows the difference between gasoline or engine oil!
Here was what happened to me:
I was trying to use a standard Mopar coupon for a full synthetic oil change at the time of checkout. Very interesting things happened...The cashier did not allow me to use it and explained that I have to present the coupon at the time of the service order. I have been doing the same thing with another Jeep dealer without any problem, so I asked for an explanation. They asked the manager Tiffany and here is what she explained:
If I use a coupon, they will bill a lower rate which would have distributed my service job to a "non-master" technician who has a lower pay rate.
They even uses examples that if I pay less, they have to hire a "JixxxLube-level" technician to do the job. Ouch...This is shocking to me that this dealership or Mopar has such double standard to discriminate service jobs by whether customer uses coupon or not? OMG, this is unbelievable in today's industry...
What's worse is this manager is a total denier...I asked her to write down this reason in paper so that I can use this to check with Mopar if this is company policy. She refused to record her words and reworded it to be "Service will need to be distributed accordingly when customer presents a coupon". She claimed they have used the "express lane" technicians who are all master-level. But listen, even the original service confirmation email said "express lane", I didn't even have a choice.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated with this dealership. I think I will try to avoid AutoNation entirely in PNW.
Guys, if you want to keep your cars for longer, make sure you can make more money so that you don't need to use coupon on them, or just move away!

Ahmad was extremely disreswpectful to my family and I. ... - de40zb
Ahmad was extremely disreswpectful to my family and I. He tried to rip us off with the price of the vehical. He wanted to charge 6k dollars tax and lisence. When i told him that was unexceptable he queswtioned my parenting. He was extremely rude. He also said he doesnt want to compete with anyone to sell me a car, but he is a salesman isnt that their job to sell their product. The follow up call by the mananger was very pushy to have me come back and buy the vehical at asking price. There was no compassion for the extreme disrespect to my family and I. We are a repeat coustomer and the dealership was rude and very unpefessional. Extremely poor manangement and sales. Go to anyother dealership but this one, Big waste of time.
