Best dealer experience ever - jagoodri45
I have always been uncomfortable going to dealerships because of the typical pushy tactics and commission thirsty sales associates. Then I went to see Chad at Mullinax Ford of Olympia. He was honest genuine and completely opposite of my previous experiences at other dealerships. I highly recommend him and the rest of the team to anybody who want the un dealership experience like I had.
Top Reviewed Specialists At This Dealership
Fast and friendly - Mylittlepony
I went straight to Cameron and told him what I wanted, and he made it happen in a very timely manner! I have never had such a good experience car shopping. I was in and out of there in a couple short hours. I will highly recommend Cameron and this dealership to my friends. Thank you!

Bought first car today! - Zastoupil
Amazing place, I didn’t feel rushed or forced in any decisions, they answered all questions clearly and thoroughly. And I feel confident in my decision. They were so very helpful and kind.
Mazda Lease - Karalot
Easy and friendly experience at West Hills. Everyone was helpful and got us all set in no time at all. Will come back again next time.
Great Service Dept - Poophead
Both my wife and I have had our ford's serviced here in the past two weeks. Ric Gaddis was our primary contact and defines professionalism, respect and courtesy all with a big smile.
I don't get oil changes all that often but when I do, Five Star and Richard Gaddis have my business.
Service Center Excellence! - GirlSquirrel
Once again I needed to call Bill Pierre's Service Center and make an appointment for my car.
I drive the car in an unconventional manner to most people's way of thinking. I have a GT350R and it sees a lot of track time. This means it runs max to both our capabilities and uses up a lot of consumables. Oil, Pads, Rotors, Tires, Fuel ( haha ) etc. The reason I mention this - is that Paul S and his team understand how important it is for me to have a second set of eyes on this car to ensure that it is running in top performance condition before I go out and drive it on the track. Each time I have brought the car in, I trust that they completely go through all systems and that any concerns/behaviors will be addressed professionally and with thoughtfulness. I am thrilled that I have Paul and John looking out for me and my safety. Thank you guys! A special shout-out to Sunni who always remembers me and greets me as though I were family! You are a star in my book!
Price Ford-Rob White-Very happy with the service and sale - Bob J
We are very happy to report that Rob White at Price Ford was exactly the sales person we needed him to be. He was respectful of our wishes and courteous in our time line to purchase a vehicle, He showed he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and a pleasant person all around. He worked with Chris to satisfy us in our purchase price.
We purchased a new F150 and for the second time in my life I feel satisfied that I got a great vehicle at a great price. He was willing to work for every reasonable thing that we asked for. Rob really made our experience a happy time and he will be our sales person as long as he is there.
Worst service ever! - disappointed
I have never had such bad service. I took my car in over a month ago. Each time the service rep gave me a date it would be complete, that date was missed. (more than 5 times) Several times the rep was supposed to call me with an update, and that was also missed. There was an excuse every time. I have never been treated like this from my old ford dealer in Tacoma (Titus Will) Even with the long drive, I will now go back there. I do not expect to return to Awesome Ford again. I was considering switching to Awesome Ford before this disaster in service, and thinking about time to purchase a new car. Not from this dealer! Finally got my car back. Have to say, the end product was good. Just the in between time was so poor. At least they caught the problem with miss-installed parts before I got it back.
As advertised - wrtubbs3
Saw a car online, price was as advertised and the buying process was straightforward enough. Sales staff was helpful enough, though loan processing was slow.
Vehicle Assist Program - Judy1941
Returning from Portland Saturday evening on Marginal Way during rush hour, dark and raining I struck a foreign object on the roadway. My right front tire immediately went flat. I was able to safely exit the road on the right and park the car in a empty parking lot. I called the Vehicle Assist number and they dispatched a tow truck. The truck arrived in less than an hour and the driver placed the car front on a dolly and towed it to Harris Ford 19 miles away. The tow truck driver explained what he was doing as he worked....nice fellow. I called Harris Ford and informed them of my situation. The manager on duty had a loaner ready on our arrival. Another nice person! The Service Department was closed for the weekend so I returned the loaner on Tuesday.
The Vehicle Assist program worked amazingly. After a very stressful incident I am really thankful to Harris Ford for saving the day! Thanks to all that were involved.
Sales only - haven't used the service center - Steve Leonard
Don Buesen was pleasant to work with we're very happy with the vehicle (2013 Ford F-150 FX4. Gas mileage is terrible but we expected that. Very comfortable to drive.
Thank you Jay.Nabu.Kwok - Suzanne
Got the F-350 that I needed in a short amount of time. A lot of helpful employees at this dealership. I like their sales model.
Great Sales Service - pscianna
I live in Southwestern Utah but summer on my boat in the PNW with Bellingham, WA as my summer port. In the past I have had great mechanical service for my 2001 F350. that I travel up to Washington state in. Recently I asked Interenet Sales Scotty Kerbein to help me locate a very specifically equipped F350 Powerstroke, 4x4 dually just before going home. Scotty amazingly located said vehicle and we negotiated a satisfactory purchase price. Unfortuatley the vehicle was located remotely and was sold out from under us but undaunted Scotty found and referred me to a dealer that had the same exact vehicle only 300 miles from me not the 1300 miles I would have had to travel to pickup at Diehl Ford. Kudos to you Scotty as I am enjoying my new F350 equipped to my exact specifications.
Excellent in every way! - Marilyn L.
This is the third new vehicle we have purchased from Fugate Ford's salesman Kurt Kranc. Each time no pressure, gave us a very fair trade in price, very informative in helping us decide which vehicle was best for our needs and gave us a great deal. He's a good guy and I would recommend him highly, as well as the sales manager and finance manager. We will be loyal customers. Thank you Kurt Kranc and Fugate Ford!
Sunset Ford works on E450 RV chassies - RetiredTeacher
Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Shop is able to work on large trucks and RVs. Dropped off without an appointment and they got it done in 2 days.
Used Car Purchase - dbolton2
OMG.... Purchased a used vehicle with my son - his first car. As part of the deal they said that they'd throw in a tank of gas...they only filled it half way. On the way home, found that the radio doesn't work - that was not disclosed to us. When we opened the trunk, there was half an inch of water in it. No integrity and I will not deal with them again.
Not happy at all - DeanE
I purchased a 2015 f150 , love the truck, the dealer sucks. It is a Canadian truck an reads in kilometers . I have to re set my dash every time I get in my truck. They will not fix it . I have ask many times , its too expensive to fix is what I have been told. They said they would be happy to sell me a new truck .. urgggg.... I bought this truck in the U.S. not Canada. I also bought a new suv the same week. They must have not gotten enough money from me to fix my truck. I feel screwed an used. Frontier Ford is laughing all the way to the bank . Makes me mad every time I have to change my dash to read in MPH. Screammmmmm
Customer service - JMB
Evergreen Ford sold my daughter a pre-owned 2011 Chevy cruse and warranty. Benjamin assured us the pre-owned car had a complete 126 point inspection and the warranty was the best in the business and was hand picked by the owner of the Chevy and Ford dealerships. The car was having mechanical issues the day after purchase and the car was in the shop twice before the first payment, so much for the complete 126 point inspection, repairs were completed and covered by Evergreen Ford. The car was having more issues shortly after making first payment, took car to Evergreen ford for repair and was told to take the car to the Chevy Dealer. Evergreen Chevy said failed turbo fitting is not covered by the warranty would cost $700 for repair, so much for the hand picked warranty.
Called Benjamin, who now called "pre-owned car" a high mileage used car, he told me he would be happy to direct me to someone else.
Bottom line: Cars been in the shop three times in the first six weeks of ownership and will cost $700 in repairs before second payment. Don't buy a used car from Evergreen Ford and if you do don't be taken in by the warranty.
Received a call from Tom Noe General Manager Evergreen Ford who generously offered to cover my daughters out of pocket repair costs. This has restored my confidence in this dealership. Having purchased new vehicles from Evergreen Ford and Chevrolet in the past with a positive experience.
Great Customer Support, Great Service - OrangeTree
I purchased a 2018 Transit with the intent to convert it to a multi-purpose camping rig. I did my research and decided to purchase a high-roof, 15-passenger van in the Extra Length body style with a 3.7L V6 engine. I searched the internet and found Horizon Ford had one. I was able to schedule an appointment with a sales staff for the same day and went in to check out the car.
I had a little difficulty locating the lot because it has no sign, but it is the white building next to the Fortune Casino and across the street from the Great American Casino. Google Maps took me to the right place, but I drove by twice before pulling in.
The van was really clean and drove very well. The only downside is that it had a 3:73 rear axle. The salesman I was working with said it would be no problem for their shop to change it out to the higher-torque 4:10 axle. The other issue I had was that I didn't have anywhere to park it in Seattle. The sales manager was really accommodating and said he'd let me park it there while I found a space to rent to park it!
My salesman got me a quote for shop labor and parts that I could take right up to service and get the job done. Even though Sales and Service are in two different towns, the communication between them is great!
I highly recommend visiting Horizon Ford if you're looking for a new vehicle! It was a great experience!
Nice and Easy Sale, but no Follow Up or Follow-Through - JB
In my life, I've purchased many cars. Some transactions were an absolute joy and easy (in and out in 45 minutes for my Land Cruiser). Some transactions were an ordeal (5 hours of negotiating for our first Subaru Outback).
We purchased a used Ford Fusion from this dealership earlier this fall. And the sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, but wasn't too flexible on the price, but that was ok. The sales process was very smooth. Our only contact with the service department on this vehicle has been very pleasant.
So why only 3 stars? Once the deal was done, we haven't heard a peep from the dealer or the sales person. No thank you notes after the purchase, no phone call to see how we are enjoying the car, or any issues they need to take care of. When I purchased a used Avalanche from a nearby dealer, we got at least one communication a year (Christmas card with hand-written note) for years after the sale.
When you come in and spend a lot of money on a car, you expect some sort of service AFTER the sale, and I hope this review will help the dealership improve on this. We love the car so far and I hope to be in the market for a newer truck within the next year. Whether I use this dealer or not is still in question. If I could give 3 1/2 stars, that would be a better reflection of our interaction with this dealership.
lied to - Steve
I purchased A new F-150 ,50+ K. all I asked for was for them to add the ford brake controller and I would pay there asking price, I was informed that this could not be done on the new 2017 model and I would have to go with an aftermarket unit. So I purchased it anyway, several days later I looked into an aftermarket controller and discovered that the ford controller could be added I called the same dealer anonymsly and surprise it could be installed and the part was in stock , I then asked if thay would do the right thing and put it in for me , the manager refused ,seyed the diel was done this was the same manager his name was Zaine that had the salesman lie for him. This was a very low thing to lie about as the option was under $300 to install ,I ask that if he is willing to lie about this what is he going lie about when you take your car in for servicaine
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, THEY TARNISH THE FORD BRAND - Slavik Melnichuk
EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL LIE AND NEVER MAKE THINGS RIGHT. READ DOWN AND FIND OUT. THESE GUYS DONT DESERVE ANYONES BUSINESS UNTIL THEY LEARN HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS RIGHT.
UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 2018. I had finally got some time and decide to call and have this dealer fix the brakes and the brake controller as the controller never worked since i bought the van new from them and they installed it and the brakes started to make loud schreeching noise as the brake for the trailer didnt ever work. They promised me to fix the issues and said they would do those and then call me about fixing recalls. Guess what?? They fixed the recalls, things that they get paid for and never fixed the 2 issues caused by them, they said they couldnt recreate the issues and as i picked the van from them, the driveout to the hwy 99 is down hill and it made an ugly sound. The break controller book says that according to the flashing code on the controller, there is no power running to it when the brakes are engaged. How is this dealer still in business? I restore homes for people and if I screwed people over the way these guys do, i would be out of business, there is an HONEST WAY to make a living and succeed im business and if you screw up, make it right. EPIC FORD, YOU HAVE TARNISHED THE ENTIRE FORD BRAND WITH YOUR LAME, EXCUSES AND SHOULD CLOSE YOUR DOORS UNTIL YOU LEARN HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS AND TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT.
LATE 2017 IN TO 2018
I called and scheduled for I requested a new ford transit and also a 2018 f450 limited from Epic Ford and I was transferred to Mike Ryan same guy who sold me a broken diesel ford transit and with upgrades I paid for out of pocket that do not work and he ignored my calls to get the van fixed but since i was told that hes the guy i most recently purchased from then he is the one that I have to work with. When i asked him to find me a f450 limited he only laughed at me at it being a very big and expensive truck and then said he will let me know costs and stuff. I followed up with him several times after that and left voicemail that he never returned calls to but finally whrn I could reach him and he kept telling me he will look into it. Long story short, i ended trading my 2015 f350 in for a 2018 f450 limited at Titus Will in Tacoma and as far as I know im the only guy that has this unique truck on this coast. It seemed that Fred at Titus Will was interested in earning my business and he was willing to get me what I wanted without any issues and even expedited delivery of my truck by the date I said I needed it. I own a very successful insurance restoration company and promises go along way in my business but looks like they meant nothing to Mike Ryan or the people who kept making me work with him. Unfortunantely for Epic Ford, all my vehicles will be coming from Titus Will for personal and business use as well as I will be referring all my friends there as well because they care to get you want you want and dont laugh at you, at the end of the day what does it matter to anyone what car I want, if I can pay for it then your job is to get me exactly that.
I bought 1 truck from Epic thinking they were still a great dealer ship when they used to be Brian Ford because I bought my 2015 ford f350 king ranch from them. I was wrong and after I paid for my 2017 ford transit tdi, it had issues and they were never resolved. Dont make the mistake of coming there.
Transmission crapped out after less than a year - Unhappy customer
I bought a Fiesta there, transmission crapped out after less than a year. Got the run around for over an hour on the phone with them. It is still under warranty. Their reply, “drive it in and we will be able to look at it in about 2 weeks.” Also, “we have no loaners for you. You’ll have to just figure it out. We can give you the number to a rental car company.” How am I supposed to drive my car there when the transmission is out...?
Painful buying experience - greencityinc
I would not recommend this dealer. I bought a Ford 150 super crew. The dealer had lots of trucks on the lot. I found a truck I wanted to purchase and that's where it got painful. Brent was our sales person. He was very friendly and helpful. Although as I was working on price with incentives I felt he wasnt being honest. Im not sure if it was him or the manager because he keep leaving the room. He came back with price and numbers on paper. Of course the incentives weren't on the deal. I had to press the issue. This happened three times with different scenarios. Finally agreed to price then the real pain came in the finance office. They want to charge me 10 % interest- really with a credit score of 840. I decided to just pay cash and stop the pain. Then they told me they found a better rate from ford for 7.6 something. Still painful but I decided to sign. Then they talked me into financing and telling me it would not cost anything if I paid off in the month (no fees or any costs) I ask them three times and same answer no extra cost. I agreed and signed (but had pit in stomach). Yesterday I call Ford credit cuz I just didn't feel good about the deal. They informed me that indeed I was paying interest daily. Yikes for 9 days it cost 115.00 interest. This was the best 115.00 spent to never deal with the dealer again. I am on my way to another dealer to buy 3 more trucks today which I inform the sales person at Bowen I was interested in. Seriously you'd think they would bend over backwards to get that business but instead treated us like we were uninformed and could do what they wanted. I wanted to buy local but have to go farther to get treated better. Just for the record we are commercial landscapers and always need truck at different sizes !!!!!
Great Service Experience - stampguy
Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.
"BAIT and SWITCH" - FordTruckGuy
Horrible sales tactics for my used truck buying experience!
The Bait - Website ad price for the truck - $42,981 - Nice initial conversations with everyone involved. Pre-approved online before even looking at the truck. Came in for a test drive, again, everyone super nice. Came back a couple days later to work a deal, everyone still nice.
The Switch(es) -
1 - Sale price of the truck now $57,000! I had to show this "manager" the ad on HIS website. He changed the price back to $42,981.
2 - Trade-in value on my truck - $5,000. (2006 F-150 now on their website for sale listed for $14,981) This took an hour and 2 sales managers to try to get me to "meet them half way" on this, because they said they'll have to wholesale my truck and nobody will give them what I was asking for it - $9,000. We settled at $8,800.
3 - Financing - Remember I said I was "Pre-approved"? SO I thought. After speaking directly to Shawn, he told me specifically that I was pre-approved at 7% for this truck days before coming in. After spending roughly 2-3 hours in the dealership finalizing the deal it was time for finance paperwork. The finance person said they couldn't offer that rate, but could offer a rate of 12% !! Almost double!! Their excuse - The 7% was quoted on a new vehicle. I never looked at a new vehicle. They came back down to 7%, but that took another 45 minutes.
All said and done, 4 hours of horrible humiliating haggling, I left with my new(used) truck. Although I should have walked 3 hours prior, I stuck it out. Probably paid more than what the truck was worth and certainly got less for my truck that it was worth. But so far, I like my truck.
This dealership wants nothing but your money, period. They have ZERO integrity and in my case, don't give a rip about the customer.
I did receive a call from 2 different managers and spoke to one directly after posting a similar review. He was going to speak to his management staff about my experience.
Maybe it was my looks, or just a bad day to buy a used car from Port Orchard Ford. Or simply just bad business.
Will not honor warranties on ford parts - bruce
I paid a total of $4,000 to do pretty extensive work on my f450, and as part of that service purchased and installed two motorcraft (ford brand) batteries. They come with a 36 month free exchange warranty.
Two years later or or both of the batteries appeared to fail, so I pulled them out of the truck and took them down to marysville ford to test them and replace if needed.
I was told that they had the records showing the work on my truck, but that they would not honor the warranty because "they didn't know what truck these batteries came from", and suggested that I re-install the dead batteries, and then have the truck towed down to their dealership, where they would then check the batteries and replace them.
I called a towtruck company and they quoted me $180 to tow my truck to the dealer. So the dealer wants me to spend $180 so that I can replace batteries that aren't worth that much.
Bad service. Will not honor their own warranties. I paid full boat retail for ford brand parts and service, and did not get anything for the cash I spent. I would stay away from this dealer, particularly for warranty issues. They do not honor them.
STAY AWAY!!! - Steve Ruhl
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY ARE THE WORST AT TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER! SALES CAN'T COMMUNICATE WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. AND THE SERVICE DEPT. CAN'T COMMUNICATE WITH THE SALES DEPT. THEY WON'T GO THE EXTRA MILE. THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR JUST TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR. ONCE AGAIN, STAY AWAY!!!!
I recently purchased a Ford Fusion from Courtesy Ford in... - PAL75
I recently purchased a Ford Fusion from Courtesy Ford in Poulsbo Wa. Unlike most automobile dealing, It was a very pleasant experience. During the process of buying the car the people I dealt with, the Salesman, the Sales Manager, and the Service Manager all impressed me as ethical and aboveboard. I researched the market before buying the car and got it for the price I intended to pay; no hassles. I understand that this dealer is under new ownership and management. I think they got it right this time and I will return on my next ford purchase.
Mullinax Ford of Olympia
