John Hall, Jeff Beaty, Frank Potis, and Mike Zolman worked as a team in a well organized fashion to find and complete my purchase of a special vehicle...a 2018 Mustang GT Premium Convertible...my 9th Mustang in 52 years. I actually look forward to bringing my Ford vehicles back for service as the process is fast and well done, plus I get to spend a few minutes visiting. I cannot fail to give a shout out to Jerry Korum as this establishment and everyone in it work hard for the customers which is a tribute to Jerry's vision. You look around and you see successful professional employees, and that starts with Tyler who at 19 is a very informed and already an asset. I am making a list of questions to get back with Mike Zolman as we enjoy a cup of coffee. I also am very impressed with the enthusiasm of Jeff Beaty as he prepared the showroom display of my yellow Thunderbird trade-in. Great Buying Expetience - Benzgal
I went to Price Ford Lincoln to look for a used Ford Escape Titanium. Just having moved here from Las Vegas 3 months ago, I was used to being accosted by numerous sales people as soon as I set foot on a car lot. This was quite a different experience. I was looking st a car on the lot when a salesman named Tim came over and asked if I needed some help. I told him I was interested in buying a used Escape and he replied that he had one I could look at. I really expected pressure to buy a new vehicle but there was none. He brought the car up, I looked at it and said I would think about it. He said he had another car I might be interested in at which point he brought up a Mercedes GLK. After driving both cars I was sold on the Mercedes. I told him I would think about it and let him no tomorrow. I expected to be pressured into making a decision but again there was no pressure. I called later that day with several questions all of which he answered. I went up the next day and bought the Mercedes and the whole process including financing took about an hour. It was the easiest car buying experience I’ve had. Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Price Ford Lincoln and Tim Zimmer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Worst service ever! - disappointed
I have never had such bad service. I took my car in over a month ago. Each time the service rep gave me a date it would be complete, that date was missed. (more than 5 times) Several times the rep was supposed to call me with an update, and that was also missed. There was an excuse every time. I have never been treated like this from my old ford dealer in Tacoma (Titus Will) Even with the long drive, I will now go back there. I do not expect to return to Awesome Ford again. I was considering switching to Awesome Ford before this disaster in service, and thinking about time to purchase a new car. Not from this dealer! Finally got my car back. Have to say, the end product was good. Just the in between time was so poor. At least they caught the problem with miss-installed parts before I got it back.
Tech service is excellent - Michele
Michael Holden explained all the tech items in our new Escape, very patiently. That was last year & he is now going to do a Sync update for me to see if that solves a back up camera problem. Hopefully that will do the trick instead of having to go to service department. He has been so helpful to us, from day one. Bickford Ford is number 1 in customer service, and Michael is invaluable. Thank you !
Practically Painless - Another Sign In, No Thanks
When my 20-yo Ford van finally gave out I chose Harris thanks in part to a wonderful experience I had with their service department years ago. Since my only vehicle (the van) was not reliable for a trip off Whidbey Island, the salesman picked me up in Mukilteo and the trip back to the dealership was my test drive. My new vehicle was new to the salesman and he wasn't able to answer some questions, but willingly found the answers back at the dealership. (I recommend sale people have test drives themselves on new models before going out with a customer.) As expected, I paid more than I'd hoped (probably didn't read the text on the web site carefully enough), but since it was expected... All in all not the terrible experience buying a new car can be.

I am confident under watchful administration of my car service. The shuttle ride to my home is such a blessing. Then they come pick me up again to return later in the day to get my car. It is all an elegant experience for which I am very grateful.

Great experience looking for a Mustang GT - SteveC
I stopped in about a week ago just window shopping. I wanted to take a good look at the late model Mustangs and see if I liked how they drive and what option packages were available. I was met by Alex, a "product specialist", and Kesh, who I believe is a sales manager. As a product specialist, I discovered that they aren't the typical commissioned sales people. Not only are they non-commissioned (so there's no sales pressure), they are also trained in many aspects of car sales, including washing and prep. Alex was very helpful and showed me the variety of cars they had and demonstrated the latest technologies that Ford incorporated into the cars and accompanied me on a nice test drive of the Mustang GT. But....I had to tell them that my wife was out of town for a few more days and I couldn't go any farther (yes, it was true).
Before my wife's return, their sales manager, Brian Camp, personally called me at home to thank me for coming in and offered any help that I might want. The great thing here is, that after talking with Brian, I discovered that he's a tremendous asset for the dealership having owned a multitude of Mustangs in his life and knows all about them. Good to know!
A few days go by and my wife met me there after work, again, mostly window shopping for her this time. Product specialists Mikkeli and Natasha helped me this time and were wonderful to work with. Both were very informative and friendly.
In the end, I found the car that I was looking for, with most of the options that I wanted, in their inventory for the right price! Financing was a breeze with their financial guy, Nabu, who has access to most if not all of the available credit issuing agencies around here.
After sale support has been great also. They didn't just forget about me now that the sale is done. This has been a totally positive experience for me and I recommend to anyone to give the folks at Sound Ford a chance to earn your business. And, no, I'm not receiving a single penny for writing up this positive review.

Bought a 2016 F-150 - Joe
I saw my dream truck as I passed by the dealership one day, then two weeks later as I got serious about buying it popped up again online. Buying there was a really good experience, probably the best car buying experience I’ve had. The thing I dreaded most was how long it takes, but my total time there was probably about 4 hours, not including the time they let me take the truck for the afternoon to see how I like it.

Nice and Easy Sale, but no Follow Up or Follow-Through - JB
In my life, I've purchased many cars. Some transactions were an absolute joy and easy (in and out in 45 minutes for my Land Cruiser). Some transactions were an ordeal (5 hours of negotiating for our first Subaru Outback).
We purchased a used Ford Fusion from this dealership earlier this fall. And the sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, but wasn't too flexible on the price, but that was ok. The sales process was very smooth. Our only contact with the service department on this vehicle has been very pleasant.
So why only 3 stars? Once the deal was done, we haven't heard a peep from the dealer or the sales person. No thank you notes after the purchase, no phone call to see how we are enjoying the car, or any issues they need to take care of. When I purchased a used Avalanche from a nearby dealer, we got at least one communication a year (Christmas card with hand-written note) for years after the sale.
When you come in and spend a lot of money on a car, you expect some sort of service AFTER the sale, and I hope this review will help the dealership improve on this. We love the car so far and I hope to be in the market for a newer truck within the next year. Whether I use this dealer or not is still in question. If I could give 3 1/2 stars, that would be a better reflection of our interaction with this dealership.

I was not pleased with the hill assist my new 2018 mustang gt. I couldn't find anywhere how to disable it. I googled and there were no step by step instructions. I called the ford customer service and they couldn't figure it out either. They said they would research it can get back to me tomorrow. Well the dealer I purchased from was on my way home so I decided to stop by to see if anyone could help me. Jon Sweigert said he wasn't sure how to do it, but he would figure it out. Once we sat in my car he figured it out extremely fast! I was thrilled. From now on if I have any questions about anything i'm not checking google....i'm calling Jon!

I purchased A new F-150 ,50+ K. all I asked for was for them to add the ford brake controller and I would pay there asking price, I was informed that this could not be done on the new 2017 model and I would have to go with an aftermarket unit. So I purchased it anyway, several days later I looked into an aftermarket controller and discovered that the ford controller could be added I called the same dealer anonymsly and surprise it could be installed and the part was in stock , I then asked if thay would do the right thing and put it in for me , the manager refused ,seyed the diel was done this was the same manager his name was Zaine that had the salesman lie for him. This was a very low thing to lie about as the option was under $300 to install ,I ask that if he is willing to lie about this what is he going lie about when you take your car in for servicaine

Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.

They said that glow plugs were changed. Complete lie. The glow plugs didn't work the day after I left with my truck. They refused to fix them. Be careful if you buy a used vehicle from this dealer.

The Bait - Website ad price for the truck - $42,981 - Nice initial conversations with everyone involved. Pre-approved online before even looking at the truck. Came in for a test drive, again, everyone super nice. Came back a couple days later to work a deal, everyone still nice.
The Switch(es) -
1 - Sale price of the truck now $57,000! I had to show this "manager" the ad on HIS website. He changed the price back to $42,981.
2 - Trade-in value on my truck - $5,000. (2006 F-150 now on their website for sale listed for $14,981) This took an hour and 2 sales managers to try to get me to "meet them half way" on this, because they said they'll have to wholesale my truck and nobody will give them what I was asking for it - $9,000. We settled at $8,800.
3 - Financing - Remember I said I was "Pre-approved"? SO I thought. After speaking directly to Shawn, he told me specifically that I was pre-approved at 7% for this truck days before coming in. After spending roughly 2-3 hours in the dealership finalizing the deal it was time for finance paperwork. The finance person said they couldn't offer that rate, but could offer a rate of 12% !! Almost double!! Their excuse - The 7% was quoted on a new vehicle. I never looked at a new vehicle. They came back down to 7%, but that took another 45 minutes.
All said and done, 4 hours of horrible humiliating haggling, I left with my new(used) truck. Although I should have walked 3 hours prior, I stuck it out. Probably paid more than what the truck was worth and certainly got less for my truck that it was worth. But so far, I like my truck.
This dealership wants nothing but your money, period. They have ZERO integrity and in my case, don't give a rip about the customer.
I did receive a call from 2 different managers and spoke to one directly after posting a similar review. He was going to speak to his management staff about my experience.
Maybe it was my looks, or just a bad day to buy a used car from Port Orchard Ford. Or simply just bad business.
Rotten experience - Car buyer 16
We went in to look at a Ford Edge they had for sale. We brought in a trade-in to let them examine. Once we filled out the paperwork to examine our credit, They came back offering only $500.00 for our car. We want to walk away then, but they kept our keys. I will never return there.

At first it seems like a professional sales enviroment but after the experience of buying a lincoln mkz it was the worst sales experience I've ever encountered. I'll probably never buy a ford or Lincoln again and will make sure to deter others from buying one unless they can rectify the situation. You feel pressured to buy and to the point that it seems you're being manipulated to buy. I asked multiple times if they had any used Lincoln mkz from 2013 on and the sales rep told me no, only to find out they had two hidden in the lot after the purchase. I was told it had heated steering wheel as well. I felt excited at the time and they used that to their advantage to pressure me to buy. They even made it sound like i was getting a good deal, only to find out i could've gotten a used car or even new one for a lot less. I have considered legal action buy in the end may just return the car and take the credit hit for a few years than give money to a greedy dealership. I liked where Lincoln and ford is going but the sales experience as me looking else where to buy. Never buy here, look at other dealerships and you'll pay a whole lot less.
