Have been dealing with Dodge dealer in auburn got very poor customer service , ask for call back on vehicle calls were never returned , 6 weeks to fix transmission .
Enumclaw Dodge called me twice to let me know what was going on with the vehicle , even washed my vehicle part of the service , highly recommend this dealer . I will not go back to the Auburn Dealership

I went to Dodge to buy a new Jeep and traded my old one in John the salesman was very friendly knowledgeable we looked at one jeep and he said he didn’t think that was for me and we went and looked at another jeep that was a 2017 I took and test drove it it rode really well Lotsa room all the bells and whistle‘s and the price was right I Purchased it on the spot and Brandy and financing was just simply amazing she got the financing for me what I wanted my price down to what I wanted for my payments and it was just a great opportunity everyone wins great bunch

I went in to get a key fixed. They gave me no heads up that even if they couldn't fix the key, they would still charge me the $90 fee. They told me wrong information 3 times and tried to tell me that my key wasn't factory (I confirmed later on that it absolutely was). The communication between the actual guy working on my car and the front desk was so unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this particular dealership.

Went to this Rairdon's location looking for RAM 3500 Crew Cab with long bed and extra options. Met Vince Porter who was knowledgeable and knew how to locate the truck with options we had wanted. We did not feel pressured, working with the finance group/process, while always too long a process, was pleasant and efficient. We highly recommend this dealership based on our experience. Ask for Vince, he was great to work with, experienced and knowledgeable.

Overall, an outstanding service experience. I was promptly greeted by Aaron at the service desk. He listened to me and made sure he had documented my concern. He put floor and seat covers in my vehicle and escorted me to the waiting area and made sure I was comfortable. He gave me frequent updates during the repair. When everything was done, he explained everything that was done, and thanked me for my business. My truck was washed and vacuumed, and the whole experience made me feel that I was engaged and important. I love this dealership! Highly recommended.

Very very low on trade ins !!! Overall not a good place to do business. Customer in parking lot why I was there flipping out about service. Which he payed for extended warranty. Service manager was being a loud total xxxxxxx. Hmmm not good. !!! Horrible in front of customers !! Not very knowledgeable in product either
